《The Billionaire's Maid in Disguise》Thirty Nine - "Your coffee is getting cold."

Sunday evening I arrived home and went directly to the lighthouse.
Hanging out with Pia and his parents gave me this warm, joyful and euphoric feeling. I had never felt this sense of belongingness for a long time, and it made me feel so alive.
I worked on my painting of Pia, capturing her sparkling brown eyes, her high cheekbones on her delicate face, her temptingly curved slightly parted lips...
I was nearly finished, when my private phone rang. My heart leaped in excitement thinking it was Pia, but...
"What the hell were you thinking, bringing a woman inside the office building last night!"
I pressed my lips together, controlling my temper.
"Good evening too, Dad. Nice to hear from you."
"Fuck with the pleasantries. You boy, should keep your mind straight. I don't want any worthless hooker inside our building. Do you understand!"
"She's not a hooker! For heaven's sake. She's my girlfriend."
"Since when did you start getting girlfriends, huh? You can fuck as many women as you want, sky's the limit, but you're not getting a girlfriend. Do you understand?" Dad cussed angrily.
"I'm not that kind of person, who treats girls like toys," I hissed, "this is my life, dad, you can't dictate to me what I want."
"Do you want to be a good businessman? If you want to be like me, then do what I say. Fuck that damn girl, then get rid of her. Don't commit yourself, because all girls are the same. They will poison your mind. Control and manipulate you. They're after two things only. Your dick and access to your bank account."
"Pia isn't that kind of girl. I'll prove it to you," I heaved a sigh, feeling agitated, "when you come back, I'll arrange dinner for you to meet her."
Dad cursed, "don't bother. I'm not interested in meeting any brainless bimbo."
My anger immediately escalated to fury, "don't call her that, she's a very intelligent woman. She has a degree."
"Even if she has a PhD, she's a dirt on my shirt that I want to get rid of," he bursted, "you know I want you to marry Ramona. She's not a gold digger, like anyone else. You have the same mindset and perceptions in life. Your goals and ambitions are aligned. She can help you run the company, making it the biggest business empire in the whole world."
"Why do you keep on forcing me on her? For heaven's sake. I don't love her!"
"Love?" Dad roared into laughter, "now I can see what happened here, that pest really poisoned your mind. We, the Stavrakos men, don't fall in love, son. Love is toxic, a poison that we should avoid. You won't get anywhere if you believe in love. It's a disease with no cure."
I paused, trying to absorb what he said. Then I replied, in a very calm and confused voice.
"Are you saying... that you don't have any feelings for mom?" When dad did not answer, I repeated, accusingly, "you never loved her!"

"What your mother and I had is something that we agreed on. She knew from the very beginning what to expect when she entered into our marriage," he said firmly, "yes, feelings were not involved. It was a business arrangement that both of us benefited. And look where that led us? Our company wouldn't have been mega successful if I had any feelings that would only make a man weak."
Disappointment overwhelmed me, knowing the real status of my parents' previous relationship.
"If that's your perception in life, then mine is different," I tightened my lips in anger, "I hope you're happy."
"Ahhh.... I am very happy with my life now, I can assure you. Actually, I'm catching up. For many years I had been working so hard to build our company. Now, it's time to enjoy the fruits of my labor," he chuckled.
He probably did his advice to me, getting laid as often as he can, with many girls. He was in his sixties, for heaven's sake, and acting like a teenager in the sprout of his puberty. Drinking the finest champagne, partying and staying late at night.
"Take it easy, or you'll end up in E.R.," my concern for him as my father still overpowered my anger and disappointment.
"Ahh, I won't. I'm healthy as a cow, I'll survive until ninety," he assured me, then before he hung up the phone, he warned me again, "I give you one week. Only ONE WEEK. Ditch that woman, or else... I'll get rid of her myself."
Monday morning, I arrived at the Stavrakos Estate, feeling so excited to see Kristov.
Time flew so fast. Today was the start of the remaining third week of my employment at the mansion. Next Monday... two weeks more... then down to one.
The thought of leaving the mansion suddenly gave me a heavy heart. I would miss Kristov terribly. Especially that I learned to love him so deeply. Of course, I would also miss the beautiful sceneries of the whole estate and the staff who were like a family to me.
Cameron greeted me at the gates. He was off duty when I left last Saturday morning, so now was our chance to catch up.
"I heard from the other guards that you're dating the boss," he asked right away.
"Yeah. Do you have any problem with that?" I countered, avoiding any preliminaries.
It took him too long to answer, "my warning still stands. I'm concerned about you, I don't want you to get hurt."
"Why would I get hurt? Kristov is a very kind, caring, compassionate man, he has a very gentle soul. He's not a monster, for heaven's sake."
"He's not an ordinary man, Pia. You have to keep that in mind."
"Of course I know that, and I know what I'm getting into. You don't have to keep on warning me against him. I'm not a kid."
"Are you sure you can handle him? What you see outside is different from the man inside. He's dangerous."

"Yeah, you were not the only one who told me that," I shrugged my shoulders, "you know what? You can say that because you don't know the real him. You're basing your judgment from what you've seen, heard and read."
"I've been here too long, Pia," he chuckled nastily, "I know a lot of things that you don't."
"Sure you are," I nodded, "isn't it odd that you're saying negative things about your boss? You're his gate guard, he trusted you with his life. Loyalty, dignity and respect are expected from you. I wonder, where are they now?"
I left Cameron, speechless.
Later, after changing to my black maid's uniform, I went to the mansion's kitchen and met Jean, Tess and Sammy.
"You look so pretty today," Jean greeted, "your weekend must be wonderful."
"It was," I giggled, feeling giddy remembering my date night with Kristov, and the day we spent with my parents.
I could not wait to ask them about Kristov. If he was awake. Did they see him jog outside, what he looked like today... where he was...
"You know what," Tess whispered, "the Master had a date last Saturday night. It must be a really hot date, because Charrie said that his shirt had a cherry pink lipstick stain."
"Yeah, and the same stain in his white shirt last night," Sammy said, his eyes widened, looking at me intently, "so, that means, he's dating someone. Do you have any idea who she is?"
I shrugged my shoulders, "why asked me? How would I know?"
"You're getting friendly with him. I'm sure he told you something about his personal life," Tess raised her eyebrows, curious.
Before I could answer, Hector saved me, by arriving in the kitchen.
"Pia... the master is asking for you. He said to bring him coffee in the study room."
My heart jolted instantly at the thought of seeing Kristov.
"Sure-sure. I'll bring it to him," I answered, doing my best to be calm. I prepared his coffee with nervous fingers, spilling some beans on the counter.
"Are you okay?" Sam looked at me, "you seem so edgy, girl."
"Yeah, you don't look fine. I'll bring his coffee," Tess volunteered, "and his breakfast too."
"NO-no. I swear, I'm okay," I assured them, "he requested only coffee, Tess. I'm sure he'll go to the dining room, as usual, for breakfast."
"You're right," Jean answered, then ordered me, "now go. We don't want our master to be upset. He had been in a very happy mood since Friday."
"Exactly. We're crossing our fingers that that won't change," Sammy agreed.
"He must be really in love. What a lucky girl..." Tess kept on talking, while I left them and went to see Kristov.
I took a deep breath before I knocked at the study room. The door was immediately opened by Kristov from the inside.
"You took so long, Miss Rosi," he said, giving me a wicked grin.
I was hypnotized by his magnetic compelling eyes and drugged by his wonderful male scent.
I lifted my chin, then said, "I apologize, Mr. Stavrakos. I had to make the coffee perfect for your taste."
"The hell with the coffee," he removed the cup and saucer from my trembling hands, and put it aside. I yelped when he gathered me in his arms without warning and kissed me hungrily.
Fire ignited within me, turning me into a scorching flame.
"Oh God, I missed you so much, Pia," he said between kisses, "I've been dreaming of kissing you the whole night."
"Me too, Kristov," my hand creeped inside the collar of his shirt, yearning for the touch of his skin.
His tongue shoved inside my mouth, exploring, tasting... his hands touched my breasts, teasing, kneading...
We moved to the couch. He sat down, and made me sit on his lap. My arms went around his neck as we continued to kiss.
"Kristov..."
"Hmm?"
"Your coffee..." I moaned, "it's getting cold."
"I asked for it as an excuse to see you," he chuckled deeply, "I don't need coffee to get warm. Your kisses and hot body are enough."
His lips moved on my neck, and his tongue licked the hollow of my throat, making me feel so hot all over. I was restless, and wanted to get closer to him, until we both dissolved as one.
I gasped when his hand slid under my skirt, his fingers caressing the length of my thigh.
"Kristov..." I moaned, "what are you doing to me..."
"The same thing you're doing to me," he removed his hand from my thigh, and gathered me in his arms.
"I kept on looking outside my window, waiting for you to arrive."
"I was caught in traffic. But I arrived on time," I teased him, "I was not late, sir."
He chuckled, a deep beautiful sexy sound that made my center ache more.
"I got worried, because it was snowing early this morning. You know how sketchy the roads are on the way here."
"Don't worry, I'm always careful."
"I know you are," he heaved a long sigh, "it's just that... I still can't get over the accident. I have this trauma of driving in snowy weather, especially during at nights."
"Is that the reason why you always take a helicopter even in near places?"
He nodded, "only when it's snowing, even just a tiny bit."
I held his face with my hands, giving him a peck on his lips.
"I understand where your fear is coming from. It was indeed a very traumatic experience that isn't easy to forget. I would feel the same way if I were you," I hugged him, and rained kisses on his face.
His eyes lit up, looking at me adoringly. Then I continued,
"I want you to know that I'm here for you, Kristov. I'll help you forget your fear and worries. In due time, all your wounds will be healed, and you'll feel complete again."
