I look at my reflection in the vanity of my mirror while I put my hair in a ponytail.

Since I have braids its easy so I twist the braids into a donut putting a rubber band over the donut.

After Im done I check the time and put some lipgloss on.

I do my edges and I get up from my seat.

I walk to my full length mirror and fix up my clothes.

I have on a beige leotard, a black leather skirt, and glitter heals with a leather jacket.

I hug the jacket to me and throw a scarf on.

I then make sure my purse which is a bookbag purse has everything in it.

I smile in satisfaction and grab my keys to my car.

After exit my room I go down the stairs and straight out the door.

I walk down the stairs and walk to my 2019 Lexus ES.

I hop in and crank the car blasting easy.

"Let me catch a vibe lets just take our time just relax your mind and take it easyyy." I sing along with the song sweetly.

2 songs later I pull up to my building and hop out my car.

I go inside, get in the elevator, and when I get to my floor I go straight to my office to put my stuff down.

I pull my notepad out with a pen and go right into my sitting area.

Just as I set my notepad down my assistant knocks on the door.

"Ms. Mia your 10:00 is here." She says

"Thank you, let her in." I simply say as I get up from the chair.

Just as I get up Ms. Lombardi comes into the room.

"Hi, Ms. Lombadri I hope everything was to your liking would you like to head straight into it." I say as I greet her but she pulls me into a hug.

"Sweetheart everything was fine, your very beautiful you know." She says as she pulls away to smile at me.

"Thank you so much, your even more beautiful." I say with a genuine smile.

"Thank you Ms. Harris." She says as we move towards the seats.

I sit across from her in my chair while she sits on the sofa.

"Okay lets get this started mind if I record you?" I ask just in case.

"No darling, go right ahead." She says as she gets comfortable.

"Okay so Ms. Lombardi I have some questions first about what you own and what you've passed down to your son." I say after I turn the recorder on and grab my notebook.

After The session

"Well that is all I have for today Ms. Lombardi." I say after I turn the recorder off and close my notebook.

"Oh sweety call me Ms. Sofia." She says with a smile.

"Of course Ms. Sofia it is then." I say as I smile at her.

I walk her from my door to the hall and we walk towards the elevator.

"It was nice meeting you Ms. Sofia" I say

"It was nice meeting you too darling we'll probably see each other a lot sooner." She says as she pulls me in a hug.

we pull away as the elevator doors open for her.

When the elevator doors close, I then turn towards my assistant.

"Send the next one in doll." I say as I walk back towards my sitting area.

As soon as I get inside and turn the page in my notepad someone walks in.

I smile and greet them nicely as soon as I stand up.

After the appointment

"Doll I'm going on my lunch break." I say to my assistant as soon as I walk out of my door.

I walk into the elevator and when I get downstairs I head out of the building.

As soon as I get outside My phone vibrates to let me know I'm getting a call.

I reach in my purse and take out my phone.

I answer and hold it to my ear as I smile.

'Mia, habari yako?' (Mia, How are you) Baba says

"(Dad) I say into the phone as I walk through the park.

'That's wonderful don't always work so hard babygirl.' Baba says

"." I say with a sigh

'Me too babygirl, but look i have something to tell you.' Baba says

"" I say as a response

'You have a- he gets interrupted by my phone dropping.

I look up and see I bumped into someone.

I quickly pick his phone up and when I look up again he's staring at me.

"Um..... I'm so sorry I really didn't mean to." I say shyly

"It's okay I wasn't watching where I was going either." The man says in return.

I stare at his features and take all of him in.

Hes a fine ass greek god looking man with light brown hair, Green eyes, and a clean shaved face. He has an earring in one ear and I let my eyes travel down his body. He looks like he has muscules so his fit which is a button down white shirt fits like a glove. I look further down and see he has on dress pants as well as Nike's on his feet.

When I look back up into his face he looks to be still roaming my body.

I clear my throat and his eyes snap to mine as I take my lip in my mouth.

He looks at my lip and at that I hand him his phone.

He hands me mine and I look at the screen to see my call ended.

I sigh and look back up to see him looking at me.

"May I know your name?" He asks with a smile.

"My name is Mia Harris, and yours?" I ask

"My name is Niccolo Lombardi, beautiful." He says with a smile as he picks up my hand.

He kisses my knuckles while I bite my lip lightly.

All of a sudden his name registers in my head.

"L-Lambardi, um I have to go." I say as I check the time on my phone.

I then pull my hand away and walk around him.

I walk until I get to the chick-fil-a across the street after I walk out of the park.
