I mentally sighed to myself as Malena walked to the front door. I wanted my questions fully answered, not vaguely and through some riddles. What was wrong with having legitimate answers?

As I continued to be deep in thought, I soon heard my name being called. Tearing my eyes away from nothing in particular, I turn my head and see Malena standing there with another woman. The woman was beautiful, not surprising me one bit. In ways she looked a lot like Malena, as if they were related somehow.

"Sisters?" I question.

Her friend grinned. "She's observant," she says. Yep, definitely sisters. "I'm Jemma, it is an honor to meet you."

"So I've been told," I say, standing.

Jemma looks at Malena confused. "She doesn't know," Malena said softly. Or at least she tried to speak softly, my werewolf hearing prevented that.

Jemma's eyes somewhat widened but nevertheless she nodded. "Are you ready to go?" she questions. Nodding my head, I stand and wait for her to go to the door so we could leave. "Where are your things?" she questions.

"Jemma," Malena says annoyed. "I explained everything to you on the phone."

"I just thought-"

"It's okay," I interrupt. "I don't have anything, I haven't owned anything in the last nine years."

Jemma smiled at me somewhat sadly and began to walk to the door.

"Wait!" Malena says. "I need to tell you one last thing before you go." I waited patiently, confused, but patient. "Your necklace," she begins, reminding me that it was in fact around my neck, "Do not ever take it off. I know you have a lot of questions, and through time they will be answered and I cannot answer the question as to why you can't take it off just yet, but just know you can't."

I nodded my head. In all honesty, I didn't think of taking it off. Of course, I had forgotten it was on me but also because it was something from my mom. The only thing I had left of her other than my memory.

Malena smiled at me softly before engulfing me in a hug. I returned it thankfully and felt a tug on my heart but I ignored it. But as we began to pull away, I felt something off.

"Something's off," I say mostly to myself but I knew they heard.

They looked at me confused but not a moment later, they felt it too.

"You need to go," Malena says quickly. "Now."

Pushing me softly to Jemma, she grabbed my hand and we were power walking out of the cabin and into the woods. I had expected her to have a car but there was nothing in sight. As we continued going further in the woods, I wanted to ask where it was we were going but I remained quite.

"You might feel a little dizzy," she says.

I almost asked what she meant, but she brought up her arm and the scenery in front of me seemed to become distorted. I didn't recognize what it was until I saw a blinding light for a brief moment. I squinted my eyes and in a flash we were somewhere else.

Looking behind me, I notice that the woods at my pack's territory was beginning to fade.

"How did we..."

"Teleportation," she says simply, still holding my hand. Looking forward again, I see a beautiful street. The walkway was stone and the surrounding buildings were small shops and homes. I had no idea where we were but it looked absolutely beautiful. Noticing my silenceness and my dazed look, she easily answers my unasked question. "Florence, Italy," she says.

I snapped my head over to her. "Italy?!" I question. "We were just in Washington. How-"

"Trust me, you will learn all of this and how to do it very soon."

"So you live here?" I question as we turned down another beautiful street. She nods her head. "Why do you live over here and your sister in Washington?"

She smiles softly. "Ever since we were kids, I always imagined living over here. When I got old enough I easily left home and came over to Italy. At first it was just to live for a couple years but I eventually met my husband and it became permeant."

"You're married?" I question. She nods her head, grinning widely. "You must really love him."

"I do," she says softly.

"Will I meet him?"

"After your training, it is a possibility."

"Does he..."

She nods her head answering my unasked question. "It was hard for him to understand at first. But he eventually came around."

"So if we are not going to your home, where are we going?"

She grinned again and soon stopped walking. Standing in front a building that looked to be rundown, as if no one would live here. "Here," she responded.

The way she answered my question made it seem like she loved the place. I wasn't sure why but I knew I would in a while. We began walking inside, and like I had suspected, the inside wasn't much. The inside was completely empty and looked dingy.

"Uh," I say. "It's um..."

"Oh per favore," she says. "This is just the first floor, to make it seem like nothing is here for nosy neighbors. The magic is upstairs."

Leading me to a secluded staircase, we went upstairs and I soon gasped. The layout was completely open. And it was beautiful. It was well lit from the sun outside and had plants all around the room. There was a wall full of books, from the floor to the ceiling. In one corner had a wall with liquids and a podium with a thick book on it. In the center of the room was a pentagram. Candles littered just about any given platform but it was absolutely amazing.

"Wow," is all I could utter.

"Let's get started," she says, clapping her hands.
