He signalled at the shop attendant and she took the dress off the rack and added it to the other ones I had picked out, she packaged them and he paid for it. I wanted to reach out for our purchases but he beat me to it and carried the bags instead.

"Where are we going now?" I asked him as we walked out of the mall.

"To get food." He said, "And after that I need to hurry back to the pack house, I got some work to finish up."

"Can I help?" I asked.

"No." He told me flatly and I felt hurt. Him taking me out and spending time with me obviously didn't mean that he wanted me to be his luna. I had to stop getting ahead of myself, I should remember that he is just using me to break the spell so he wouldn't be weak anymore.

"Okay." I nodded quietly. He led me to a restaurant attached to the mall and there we had a quick lunch before heading back to the castle.

"I missed you too my child." I smiled at her, "I got you something." I said dropping the bags and then I fished out a t-shirt for her with a really beautiful dress. She collected them while thanking me and at the same time jumping excitedly.

"What is this?" She asked referring to the mobile device I held in my hand.

"It's a phone." I said to her.

"You can call people and also take pictures with it." I explained, "Let me show you." I put it on and went to the camera. Soon we were taking really cool pictures, I couldn't wait to show willow my phone too.

Soon enough Amara had gone out to play and I was left alone to myself. I busied myself with arranging the stuff I got and also having an important conversation with Hera.
