I have been calling her for the past 2 days but she has not replied a single time. I m regretting everything. It went apartment only to find it locked.

"Pick up the phn dammit!" I shouted but the call ended after ringing.

"I think u should give her some time. She must not be in a condition to talk to you after whatever happened" said my friend anshu

Yeah I think " I said sighing .

7 days after the birthday incident

It's been 7 days since I last saw her. And during this whole week I have been a fuckin wrek. I don't know wat to do. But I was finally happy that today she will be here. I will apologize to her and tell her that she is nothing but pure.

I went to my office. And started tapping my foot waiting for Khushi . Then I heard her sweet voice . I said come in.

And then I saw her. She was wearing a long oversized t shirt and a baggy pant . I have never seen her like this . She always wear professional but today .

But still she was looking breath taking .

Look khushi i-" I tried to explain her but she cut me off.

"This is my resignation letter . I don't want to continue. " She said plainly.

And threw her letter on my desk .

I looked at her in shock .

" No khushi please- "

"It's okay sir . I know u saw the blood and now u r felling guilty. I already forgave u. But I can't work with u anymore. I can't do this . I m sorry ." She said and then walked out of my office.

I was utterly shocked. I cannot utter a word . My eyes welled up with tears . I never thought that leaving of someone will affect me that much. I felt tears down my cheeks. Now I knew .

This whole time I was pushing my feelings back . But when I realized that she was leaving I felt a hole in my heart.
