We reached the college and I started going towards my classes . Yes I don't have many friends instead of my best friend . I m an introvert but yeah everybody knows that I am like this .

I reached the class and sit in my usual seat . Taking out my books I see that the boys are drooling over me. I just glare at them .

The teacher walked in and said " Good morning students. I hope u all r doing well . Well I m busy today so u can do whatever u want unless u r shouting . And I want Khushi to come to me at the lunch " she said looking at me.

I sighed pulled out a romantic novel and started reading it.

The rest of the classes were as usual nothing special.

At lunch I head over to Mrs. Btara's office .

" Can I get in mam?"

"Yes my child" she responded with a smile. I returned the gesture .

"What can I help u with mam"? I asked

She took a long breath and then said what I wasn't expecting "u r selected for an year's internship at the Singhania's".

I was frozen . Singhania's is one the biggest company all over the country.

Then a smile crept on my face .

"I know that u r very excited but I must be very excited but u have to move to Mumbai for this internship and u will directly be working under Mr. Akash

I was shocked, surprised ,happy , sad all at the same time .

Mrs. Batra continue telling me the details but I was not concentrating.

Then I took the leave .

I skip rest of my classes and went to my house .

"Mom " I shouted

"What r u doing here ? Did something happened at college" she asked me concerned.

I took a deep breath and told her "iamselectedforanyearinternshipatsinghaniabutihavetomovetomumbai" I told her in one breathe .

She looked at me confused . And then put her hand on my forehead ." Mommmmm " I whined .

"I can't even understand a single word . Relax and then tell me" she said .

I sigh and told her everything nervously.

And then asked her" mom I really want to go there and learn as much as possible . I know I have never been away but I really can't let it go. " I told her .

"We will talk to ur father and then we can decide" she said .

I really wanted to be there and work for the Singhania company . It was one of the most reputed company of our country . I was getting free apartment . A year salary worth ₹10 lakh.
