Arya's POV -

I could feel myself getting weaker and weaker.

It had to of been over a day now.

Oliver came back once to bring me another glass of water and a half-sandwich like last time.

I didn't make the same mistake twice on not eating, I devoured that sandwich in a minute.

Once I chugged the water Oliver gave me a disgusting wink and told me 'we'll be together soon.' to which I gagged at when he turned away.

Oliver was very oblivious to what his father was doing. I had tried to tell him again of his father's plans but he only threatened me again.

I knew it was no use to try and convince him.

When the door opened I had expected to see one of those two monsters, but a gasp escaped me when I realized it wasn't either of them.

It was one of their men.

His face was all scarred up and bruised, I couldn't even imagine what possibly happened to him.

"Get up." He snarled at me and I quickly stood after lots of effort.

This man was huge like Ivan and Rome, but older like Ivan.

I wasn't sure how old Ivan was, maybe in his 50's.

"Let's go." He gestured towards the door and I was left shocked.

I was going to leave the cell?

"Come on bitch, I don't have all day."

I flinched at the word he called me and took shaky steps towards him, however he got too impatient and gripped my forearm, dragging me out of the cell.

I winced but didn't say anything since I knew his grip would only get tighter.

Pulling me down the hall, I tried to take note of my surroundings.

My eyes frantically looked around but I wasn't met with much besides flickering lights on the ceiling and scratched up walls.

This place looked abandoned.

The man took me to a room, this one much larger then the cell and there was a chair placed in the middle with a lamp to the side.

My anxiety spiked as he shoved me down onto it and began to tie my hands to the armrests with rope he pulled out of his pocket.

"No," I whimpered as he tied both and backed away.

I squirmed against the restraints but I was only met with pain in my wrists making me hiss.

My chest heaved up and down as the man said nothing and only walked away.

"Your Rome should be on the way soon." A voice whispered behind me making me jump in my seat.

I turned my head to see Oliver with a taunting smile on his face.

"Ol-Oliver please, he's going to kill both Rome and I, not just Rome." I said and he snickered.

"How many times are you going to say that? I told you there's no use in trying to get out of this. Once that don is out of the way you'll be mine."

"I'm not going to be alive to be yours!" I yelled, frustration bubbling up in my chest, "He's told me so many times now that he's playing you, you need to believe me!"

He laughed sarcastically, "And what? Just let you go run free? I don't think so. Besides, my father doesn't back out on deals."

I groaned internally and dropped my head in defeat.

"Why am I in this room?" I questioned.

"Well once those bastard Italians show up, this is the room we want them to find you in. Then we'll kill them, simple."

My heart raced at the thought of them dying. No. I don't think I could live with myself if I was the cause of it.

"W-Why haven't you done this before then?"

Oliver scoffed, "They've never had anything they cared about before, especially Rome. But I've watched you enough to know how much you mean to him. To all three of them."

He began to lean in towards me and I gasped lightly, trying to move backwards but was met with the chair.

Chuckling, his hand came up and gripped onto my hair making me clench my eyes shut.

"You're going to be all mine soon. I've waited too long for this."

I heard a deep inhale and tensed once I realized he was sniffing me.

Leaning back a bit, he licked his pale lips and trailed a finger down my cheek.

"Such beauty, Rome didn't deserve you anyway. I'll treat you the right way."

"You could never." I spat, but immediately regretted it at the way his eyes narrowed.

"I could never, huh? You'll see once that time comes."

He trailed his fingers down my jaw and hooked it onto my hoodie.

He pulled it down slightly and I whimpered.

Oliver bit his lip, "I can't wait to finally be alone with you."

After another minute of him staring me down he finally pulled away, my tense shoulders relaxed slightly.

He checked his watch, "They'll be here soon enough, I hope you enjoy the show."

Once he left the room, I immediately started thrashing on the chair, trying to free my wrists.

They burnt from them rubbing against the rope, but I only continued to pull.

After several minutes my wrists were bleeding slightly, making me stop and my eyes water.

I tried to catch my breath as I stared ahead of me, praying for some sort of miracle to happen.

Rome's POV -

"So what's the plan again?" I asked the two of them, but my question was directed more towards James.

He scoffed knowingly, "I know the plan man. We'll send the men to the left and right sides of the building while we go through the back."

I nodded in approval and turned towards Elijah to see him adjusting his gun to his liking.

He must of noticed me staring as he glanced up at me before giving a short nod.

"Alright," I said. "We'll send in the left side first, give it a few minutes before we send in the right and we go through the back at the same time. Our main priority is Arya, even if you see Ivan or Oliver but Arya is in danger, she comes first, got it?"

"Got it good, capo." James saluted and I rolled my eyes.

"Yes." Elijah blankly said.

"Great." I said, adjusting my own gun before looking at the building ahead of me.

Apparently they had been hiding at a worn out library that was abandoned years ago. No one would have guessed this place which is exactly why they picked it.

Looking outside the window of the SUV, I glanced around at my men that were in place waiting for the go.

We had waited until the sun had set to make our move, that way we were hidden better.

Turning back around I saw my two best friends ready and waiting for my command.

My hard eyes went back towards the building in front of me, rage taking over everywhere inside of me.

My girl was inside there somewhere.

Fingers gripping tighter around the gun in my hand, I gave the order.

"Send in the left side."

Arya's POV -

After many failed attempts, I still wouldn't give up.

I pulled at the rope again but was met with a searing pain in my wrists.

The burns were only getting worse and the rope was starting to soak in my blood.

Pulling again, I groaned in pain.

Slumping against the chair, I decided to give my hands a small break before trying again.

Great, I made the skin even more irritated.

I stared longingly at the door, imagining myself getting out of here.

The thing was, I didn't want Rome to show up here. I didn't want him to come. It was all a trap.

They had been preparing for Rome to arrive, they knew he'd come for me.

Fearing the worst, my eyes wouldn't move away from the door as I listened for any type of movement.

It had to be a few hours now that I was left alone here.

My eyes closed briefly, and I sent a few quick prayers. If Rome did show up I could only hope all of us would get out of here alive.

The Russians are brutal, that's for sure.

I kept my eyes closed, however my ears perked up at the sound of voices.

No.

Not just voices.

Voices that were yelling.

Voices that were screaming.

Jolting to sit upwards, my eyes automatically drifted to the door about 10 steps away.

I continued to listen and heard more frantic yells, but then...

Popping noises.

Sounds that were like fireworks.

Wait, no. Not fireworks. Gunshots.

It has to be Rome! It has to be. There's no other reason there would be so much going on.

The shouts and gunshots got closer and closer and my heart sounded like It'd be ripped out of my chest at any moment.

Then there was the opening and slamming of doors heard, followed by footsteps.

"Rome!" I screamed, yelling at the door thinking It'd magically break down.

"Rome I'm here, help me!"

I flinched as there was banging on the door, and then grunts.

My wide eyes stared at the doorknob as it rattled, the person on the opposite side trying to open it.

"I'm here!" I yelled again, and then I froze when my hands were suddenly released from the rope and fingers tightened around my neck.

I clutched weakly at the man's hands as I was brought to my feet right as the door opened, revealing two out of three men I've been wanting to see ever since I got here.

Rome and James stood on the other side with guns in their hands and furious expressions on their faces.

I watched as Rome's eyes blazed with anger as he stared at the scene in front of him.

They both stepped inside as I began to slightly struggle for air.

"Not another step or I'll blow her brains out." Ivan said.

A gun was then pressed against my head along with the sound of the gun cocking.

"It's about time you guys showed up." I heard Oliver's voice, and my eyes shifted to my right to see the outline of him.

He had a gun in hand as well making my heart race even more if possible.

I stared at Rome with wide eyes as his gaze slowly moved to me, our eyes locking.

Those eyes. I've missed those eyes. Those beautiful, green eyes.

His gaze didn't waver from mine for a few seconds before he looked back at Ivan.

"Drop the guns or I'll kill her."

It felt like slow motion as the five of us all stood in the room.

Ivan's grip got tighter and I clutched weakly at his fingers again, trying to pry them off of me.

"Drop the guns!" He screamed again and I flinched in his hold.

I watched as Rome swallowed thickly before he slowly lowered the gun to the ground, James following his movement.

Ivan chuckled and pressed the gun harder against me, "I've been waiting for this for too long now. It's about time you died Rome Black."

"Let her go." Rome finally said.

"I don't think so. I want to watch you crumble. I want to watch you drown in fucking air."

"N-No," I choked out.

"Shut up you bitch." Ivan hissed out.

Rome's eyes caught mine again, and I could see the desperation in them.

"Let her go Ivan, she had nothing to do with this."

"You're right, she hasn't. But It's so much fun to take and kill what you love. After all, I already took care of your parents."

I watched him tense, his knuckles tightening into large fists.

"I'm going to kill her, and then I'm going to kill you."

"You said you wouldn't kill her!" I heard Oliver's voice.

Silence that lasted less than a second went by.

"I lied."

Ivan's finger went towards the trigger and I closed my eyes shut, waiting for the blow.

But then the door opened again.

Another large figure.

I recognized the scar down his face.

Elijah.

The world then stopped.

But then it spun frantically.

And then it stopped again.

Then it spun frantically.

Gunshots.

So many gunshots.

I was dropped to the floor, my head hitting the ground.

My eyes were blurry, I couldn't move.

More shouting.

More shooting.

I couldn't take it. My breaths were becoming uneven.

Sweat travelled down my forehead as a million emotions took over me.

"Arya!"

I was pulled up under my armpits by strong arms and placed on the ground.

I blinked my eyes rapidly to try and see clearly, but it was hard.

My eyes met Rome's terrified face, but before I could say anything he was pushing me towards someone else.

Another man's arms grabbed onto me and I was met with Elijah.

He didn't say anything, he only began sprinting out of the room as more bullets were flying around in the room.

His grip on my arm was tight as he dragged me down the hall.

My eyes went wide as a Russian came running at us, but then I screamed as Elijah tugged a gun out of his waistband and shot him in the chest.

I didn't have time to react to the fact Elijah just killed someone without remorse.

My head was pounding from my fall earlier, but I tried to match Elijah's steps as he searched for an exit out of here.

Glancing back, I prayed that Rome and James were safe. I could only hope they caught Ivan and Oliver.

A huge gust of wind blew into my face as Elijah opened the back door revealing multiple black SUV's parked on the side of the road.

"Come on," Elijah urged and we both ran towards one of the SUV's.

The side door opened to reveal one of Rome's men I assume, and he quickly scrambled out of the car with his own gun in hand.

He pointed with the gun at something behind us, but before he could shoot, someone else beat him to it.

The shot echoed throughout the air and time froze once again.

Pain. There was so much pain in my stomach.

Why was there so much pain?

I didn't realize I was screaming before I dropped to my knees, clutching my stomach.

The man behind us shot me.

Tears flew down my cheeks as I continued to wail, and I could barely hear Elijah's yelling.

My ears were ringing, everything was hurting. I couldn't breathe.

"Arya!"

Elijah was calling for me, but it felt so far away. I couldn't open my eyes.

"Arya, open your eyes! Fuck, call Wyatt!"

I felt myself fading, fading into nothingness.

After all, it was easier to succumb to the dark. It made the pain go away.
