Arya's POV -
I didn't really know what to expect when I turned around, but I didn't expect this at all.
My mouth parted slightly as I looked at the man in front of me. His hair was a pitch black obsidian, slightly messy falling over his forehead. His eyes were a beautiful emerald green, and I could see the tattoos painted over his collarbone. He had a small nose ring and a few piercings on his ear.
He stood over me like a building, he had to be at least 6'3!
His fingers were coated in silver rings glistening in the light, and tattoos covered his hands. His skin was a beautiful tan color and I couldn't help but drop my jaw.
I hadn't realized I had been staring for so long, as I head another clearing of the throat.
I gasped slightly as I looked into his eyes, and I could have sworn I saw slight amusement before they turned dark and emotionless.
"U-Um," I stammered. "Hi..." I whispered. I didn't get a response, the man only continued to look down at me. I watched as his eyes roamed my body, and I became slightly embarrassed.
I was about to open my mouth to speak again, but the man beat me to it.
"I'm looking for someone, and since you're the closest to the door, I though maybe you saw him." He said, still looking down at me.
He tucked his hands into his pockets of the black suit he was wearing.
"O-Oh," I replied, "What does he look like?"
He held up a photo on his phone, and I squinted my eyes, peering at it.
My eyes widened slightly, that was the same man I just saw run into the bathroom!
I looked back up at him, and he must have saw my eyes widen because his narrowed slightly.
"Do you know him?" His pretty voice questioned.
I contemplated in my head for a second if I should rat out that man. Why was he looking for him? Why did he need him?
"Uh, no. No I didn't see him." I finally answered.

There was a few moments of silence, and I barely heard the cashier calling "next!"
I turned and saw that it was now my turn, and I quickly scurried to the front.
"Sorry!" I blurted before looking at the menu again.
"I-I'll have the vanilla chai tea latte, and um...um the chocolate chip muffin. That's all."
The cashier nodded and began to type on the pad thingy.
Suddenly a presence was beside me and I looked up to see him again.
"Add a black coffee on there." He said, and my eyebrows scrunched in confusion.
Before I could say anything, he was handing the cashier lady his black card, and I felt my throat clog up.
"You don't need to do that! You don't need to pay for me." I said quite loudly, and he looked down at me with those mesmerizing eyes.
My cheeks flushed as he didn't answer, and only took his card back once he paid for the meal.
"Come," He gestured, tilting his head in the direction of a booth. I watched as he retreated, steps filled with power. I reluctantly followed him with small steps, nothing in compared to his.
He let me sit first before sliding in across from me.
I felt extremely nervous. I had answered his question. What else did he need to know? Did he know I was lying?
Nothing was said, all you could hear was the small chatter of other customers and the rumbling of thunder outside.
Soon our food arrived, and I happily took my tea, sipping it.
"Thank you," I said softly. "Y-You really didn't-"
"It's fine." He cut me off.
I swallowed nervously and continued to drink my tea. It was so good!
A few minutes passed of us drinking our drinks, and I soon dug into my muffin. Every time I came here it was magical. They had the best meals.
"Now, I'm going to ask you again," He suddenly stated, making me look up at him.
He didn't look mad or angry, he looked quite calm. He showed me his phone again with the same picture.
"Are you sure you haven't seen him? Because when I showed you the first time, you looked startled."
I didn't know what to say yet again.

"W-Why do you need to know? Are you guys friends?" I questioned. I would feel awful if they were and I was keeping them from each other.
I saw him smirk slightly and lean back in the booth, sipping his coffee.
"You could say that. We're more of business partners, we just need to have a small chat."
Before I could answer, he continued.
"But I really do need to find him. So if you've seen him, I want the truth from you, sí?"
I thought about it for a few moments. I didn't want to lie. And besides, if they're friends I have no right to keep a secret like that.
"Okay...yeah I did see him. He actually came sprinting in here."
"Oh?" He said, tilting his head.
"Y-Yeah, I think he's still here actually. He ran into the bathroom over there and never came out."
His head snapped towards the restroom and I saw his jaw clench. He turned back to me and took his phone, typing furiously away on it for a few moments. There was a bit of silence while he did so since he seemed so into it.
I continued to eat my muffin and hummed quietly to myself. Now they can reunite and talk!
I swallowed another bite and asked, "What did you guys need to talk about?"
His green eyes snapped back to me and he sighed before putting his phone in his pocket.
"Nothing really, just business related."
My mouth formed an "O" shape, and I nodded furiously, and I saw his lips twitch.
"What's your name, hm?" He questioned and I flushed at the way he hummed.
"Arya...and you?"
He stared at me for a few moments before running a hand through his hair, almost like he was reluctant to answer.
"Rome."
I smiled slightly, and then my smile turned big, to which he made a slightly confused face at.
"Rome?! That's so cool! I love that name!" I exclaimed. He looked at loss for words for a few seconds, almost like he was in disbelief.
"You don't recognize my name at all?" He questions slowly.
"Nope! I've never heard the name Rome, now I can say I have!" I replied, still smiling brightly. I heard him sigh deeply.
"That's good... sono felice che tu non sappia chi sono."
(I'm glad you don't know who I am.)
My jaw dropped, "You know other languages?!" I say, wiggling in my seat.
He looked at me amused before nodding softly.
"Yes, I know Italian and only a little Spanish."
"That's so cool." I whispered to myself but I'm sure he heard me. "Can you say other things in Italian to me?" I said excitedly.
He smirked and nodded, "Non ho intenzione di mentire, ma devi essere la ragazza più carina che abbia mai visto."
(I'm not going to lie, but you have to be the most prettiest girl I've ever seen.)
"That was a long sentence, what did it mean?" I questioned with big eyes.
He hummed before replying, "I said I liked the café and they have a lot of good food."
"Yes! They really do, this is my favorite place. I'm here all the time."
"Oh really? How often?"
"I come at least once a week, usually on Monday's since it cheers me up. I don't like Monday's." I grumble towards the end making him chuckle. His chuckle was deep and masculine, making me shiver.
"And why don't you like Monday's?"
"Because It's a brand new full week of school. No one likes school!"
"I guess that's true."
Suddenly a few men burst through the door, making my head snap to them. They were all huge! Almost as big as Rome but he was definitely bigger.
I watched as there was slight eye contact made with each other before they looked towards Rome. I found my eyebrows scrunching together. They know him?
The men began to walk towards the bathroom, and I turned to see Rome getting up. "Come on darling, the rain seems to be clearing up, let's go outside."
I was going to question why all those men were going to the bathroom at the same time, but I looked outside to see Rome was right. It was barely raining now and I had to get home soon anyways.
Rome extended a hand towards me and I gently took it.
"Okay," I replied softly as he led me to the door, a hand on the small of my back. Completely oblivious to the actions that were going on in the restroom.
