“Um…It seems like your pretty busy right now. Maybe I'll just call you later-”
“No, don't hang up! I want to ask you something really important!”
Something important?
“What do you mean?”
[Haruka then exclaimed with an anxious expression on her face]
“Your vitals! What happened to your vital stats yesterday?!“
“My vitals?”
”Don't act dumb! Your vitals dropped to a critical point yesterday night! *Gunshots* Your stats showed that your blood pressure levels and oxygen intake increased to a dangerous level for a few seconds yesterday. Even your adrenaline level spiked up at an abnormal rate. *Gunshots* That's the same reading a person who is going to die would show!”
“Huh?”
”I was so shocked when I saw these vital readings last night! I tried calling you but you weren't picking up your phone. I was even going to fly back to Japan after this since you weren't responding! *Gunshots* Your vitals have never gone that bad before! What made your vitals drastically change like that? What exactly happened yesterday at 7:49 PM? Tell me!”
7:49 PM? At that time I was……Oh! So she wants to talk about yesterday's accident. This is going to be a little tough to explain
*sigh*
If I hadn't had these tracking chips in my body, she never would have known that accident happened and I would have escaped the hassle of explaining the whole thing
It was okay when I was a child but why do I still allow her to put those chips in body?
She put them in 11 years ago to monitor my body's vital stats during my missions because I was only a kid at that time and she was worrying about my safety
But now I'm all grown up. I don't need anyone to keep track of my vitals and every movements, I can take care of myself. I even surpass her when it comes to the success rate and efficiency of any job, so basically I'm the one who should be monitoring her vitals, instead of her monitoring me

And if that isn't enough, the chips even have a GPS system that tracks every one of my movement. I can't even move around without her knowing. Although I can just use a jammer to disconnect the signal, I can't possibly carry it around wherever I go
I know she's just worried about me but I'm old enough to take care of myself. She probably still thinks of me as a little boy who used to follow her around wherever she went
I'll just stop her when she tries to put in a new chip next time since they constantly have to be changed with new ones, as each one of them can only last a few months at a time
Now, how should I explain what had happened yesterday? Hmm…I'll just explain it in the simplest way possible
“Yuuto, why are remaining silent!? Do you know how scared I was when I saw your vitals at that time?! *Gunshots* I thought that you had died or were in a critical state!”
”That's basically it”
“Huh? What do you mean?”
“Well….I almost died yesterday-”
“WHAT!”
