“And then the scene where she took the sword out of the monster's body was so cool!”
“Even the line she said after killing the dark demon was badass!”
We then both simultaneously said…
“Tell Satan in hell, I'm coming for him soon”
…and started laughing
As I was talking with her while going to her home, I found a completely different person from what I saw at school
Before she would always look grumpy and angry and would never show a single smile. But now that same girl looked like she would never stop smiling. She was really cheerful and chipper and looked so happy talking about the things she loved
Her downcast and self-deprivating attitude was completely gone and what replaced it was a girl who was prideful and a bit arrogant and didn't like to lose to anyone
It was like she was an entirely different person
I guess this how her true personality is. She's been hiding it underneath all along but could finally show her true self after meeting someone she could trust. But just why was she so distrustful of others in the first place?
We had already been walking for 15 minutes and were now walking along a big park with large trees and we'll maintained bushes. It was surrounded by grey stone boundaries with big black iron fences on it. It looked completely different from the surrounding neighbourhood. It looked grand and majestic
Maybe it's a public park built by some private organisation. I don't think the government would spend money to build a park as grand as this one. Maybe I'll bring Kaede here later so we can check it out together
Akatsuki-san pointed her finger forward and said
“My house is just a around that corner”
“Oh, Okay”

………………..…….
Hmm? I thought she would start to talk about something like before, but for some reason she was weirdly silent. She just held her hands behind her back and continued to walk with a blank face. Is she thing thinking about something serious?
I'll try to break this awkward silence
“Hey, did you see yesterday's-”
“Yuuto…”
I was completely interrupted when she called me by my first name all of a sudden. It was also the first time she called me by my name since we met
It's not like I care about it and I'd rather prefer to be called by my first name. But isn't it normally embarrassing for a girl to call a boy by his first name. Well if she's okay with it, I'm okay with it
She was looking forward and looked like she was seriously thinking of something
Maybe she doesn't want me to see her house address and is having a hard time telling it. This where I should act like a gentleman and excuse myself
“Since your house is around the corner, I think I'll be leavin-”
“You used the fact that, that boy had cut marks on his wrists to harass him right?”

Exponential Mana Regeneration
When the Change occurred, humanity suddenly found itself with superhuman constitutions and the ability to use mana. All the government leaders had known about it beforehand and had made an announcement, so there was little strife and instead excitement to loot the dungeons that the Change had created. Kyle Anders was incredibly excited when he saw his starting skill, called Exponential Mana Regeneration, but his excitement quickly waned when he realized it was almost useless with his starting mana pool of twenty. He had nearly given up hope on being a mage when his family got him a new skill for his 18th birthday. Suddenly, with his mana pool expanded because of the skill, Kyle’s mana regeneration shot through the roof. But while humanity worked hard to loot dungeons and increase their skills and stats, Change was coming, and peace cannot last forever. The story is currently on haitus. (This story is a work in progress. As the first story that I have ever written, the beginning, especially the first ten chapters or so, needs heavy editing. I have decided to continue writing the story instead of going back and editing the beginning. I hope that despite all its flaws you will still find my story enjoyable.)

The Cracks in the Labyrinth
Evoking the paranoid tension of Rosemary's Baby and the unnerving atmosphere of the cult horror film Jacob's Ladder, The Cracks in the Labyrinth is a disturbing psychological thriller set in present-day Caracas, where the government has devolved into a "democratic dictatorship"-a creepy suspense novel meant to challenge your deeper, subconscious fears of losing control. It consumed the sanity of an entire country...And it was not from this world. It couldn't have been. Whatever caused the incident known as "The Red Christmas" drove Venezuela into madness.Even ten years since it happened, none of the survivors of that night dare to attempt to make sense of it all, including Adam. Living ostracized to hide from the brutal way of life in Caracas, he's working tirelessly as an online writer to help his brother and sister flee the country. Now, as he's about to have enough money to take them to safety, he receives an email from his old girlfriend ... which is remarkable, considering she's been presumed dead for years. Adam tries to think nothing of the email or the broken video file attached to it. He convinces himself that it has to be a computer virus of some kind until he discovers something terrifying: the video might link his sister to the worst night of his life, the night his girlfriend went missing, the night of "The Red Christmas". Then he realizes this could be a threat; his sister's life could be in danger. As he starts to investigate who sent the video, Adam begins to uncover dark truths about his neighbors and finds evidence that there might be a larger conspiracy at play. The problem is that he's starting to suffer from hellish hallucinations that make him question what is real. Soon, the only clear thing to him is that someone doesn't want him to dig up the past. Will Adam be able to stay sane long enough to find out what really happened the night of "The Red Christmas"? Will he succeed in helping his family escape the country?
