He closes the distance between us an incredible pace despite the crushing gravity surrounding him. How can this army be struggling with members this powerful, I cannot comprehend why they even need me to fight. Accepting my fate I throw my hands in defeat, I will lose my life if this battle drags on any longer. Hans recognizes my surrender and the ungodly energy surrounding his clears up.

"Finally, noticed the clear difference between us? You have talent and creativity which, is important for developing your strength, however, two critical aspects set our strengths apart."

Hmm, this is the first time Hans has used a serious tone with me, could this whole bout be an attempt to make me realize my own weakness. I am now curious, getting stronger only sounds like a plus to me.

"I have been fighting and training for 10 years, what could have gained in that time that cannot be gained through talent alone?"

"How does having lots of skills make a difference if you just get a few strong skills can't you achieve the same effects?"

I pull up my status box to see that I have risen to level 40. What's strange is that there is new slot flashing with the words class unselected. Ifoik never told me there was a class system in this world. Dues seems like a pretty intelligent guy I should ask him for advice on the matter sometime. Speaking of the devil Dues is running towards us right now, he looks a bit worried.

"What in god's name are two doing out here? I could hear the crashing noises from the house."

"I was just having a friendly match with the noobie to test his abilities."

I remain silent I do not have a retort because he is correct, what I did was completely irresponsible and I want to have favor with Dues. After all, I need to get information and he currently is the best one to get it from. I head back to the base with Dues and Hans. When we finally arrive the base is as lively as ever. I call Dues off to a corner of the room to speak to him in private.

"I have a strange message on my status board, about choosing a class. I am very confused on how the whole system works and you are only one I can turn to for help."

"Didn't nobody ever teach ye about the class system, it is basic knowledge around these parts."

"Sadly, I am not from around these parts so my knowledge is more limited than you can imagine."

"Everyone here has a class; not having a class is a weakness as classes increase your capability and skills. Get some supplies around we are going away for a few days on a journey to steal a class stone for you."

"Huh, why do we need to steal it? I thought it would be easy to get since everyone has a class."

"Normal, it is sold widely but, the Royals have taken control of the mines where the ore needed to produce a class stone are mined. They do not let class stones are only handed out to their army. We do not currently have enough troops to take back the mines, therefore, the only way for us to get a stone is to steal it."

"Okay, I get it but, where are we heading?"
