Episode 19: Spanksgiving

Richard Biggs stood in the ring. "Today, we are going to be doing a meeting between JAC and Swillow. Let's have them come out to the ring."

"Until the Bitter End!"

Swillow unleashed a howl, before walking down into the ring. Harper-Jay was in tow, only she was in her devil form as she jumped and joined Swillow into the ring.

"JAC," Swillow said. "Someone who can't even hold the Beast Crown because he's not a beast, used his authoritarian powers to rip the Darkest belt away from Berand. Of course, After Dark is owned by Lilith - also known as JAC's cousin for the unaware. Yes, that's right, JAC and Lilith are related!"

Audience: Lilith! Lilith! Lilith!

Swillow clapped. "And while he cannot fight for the belt according to the one higher up than even him, he still plans to challenge me to a match. And with JAC being on a fiery win streak, it's no wonder some think I'm afraid. Though I do wonder why some think I'd be afraid of someone who's too busy talking. He'd rather bake cakes with eyeballs in them, and would rather bark than bite."

"It's a miracle!"

JAC came down from the stands, and crawled into the ring.

Both sat on either side of the table, as Richard Biggs began.

JAC picked up the microphone. "Isn't your entire book about you being betrayed by your brother? And here you are, betraying me? I offered you forgiveness, you even revealed I can't hold your crown, so why would you attack me, of all people?"

"I know who you really are," Swillow said. She made a sweeping motion with her head, and asked, "And if you can't hold belts, what are you doing with... That thing?"

JAC stared down at his belt, which he had painted white instead of black. For its sliders, it showed a picture of a fox's butt, and another picture of a fox's head to represent heads and tails.

"You know," JAC said, "I'm the first one to ever take anyone else's championship in either promotion. And while I'd love for this belt to have been yours, my kind, the homo rex, can't hold belts in Beast Games. But we can in After Dark, because it's not quite Beast Games, where Beast Games is owned by my cousin Noah, okay?"

"And she gave you a cushy job," Swillow said. "A job where you're general manager, and pick out all the booking and everything-"

"And with that, I made you a star, I made you a king."

Swillow said, "You did everything for yourself! Just like I'm doing now. And yet I bet you're still so high and mighty, you believe you did right anyway."

"No, I know I did wrong," JAC said. "It's like Frankenstein's monster. Have you heard I'm doing a rewrite to your book? Turns out I may have let out a few details I thought would be a PR nightmare."

"So make it more full of lies and make me the antagonist?" Swillow asked.

"No," JAC said. "But you remember the dark blue wolf that was with us episode one?"

Swillow's eyes widened.

"This book keeps being tagged with, each chapter, 'whereiswasting," JAC said. "What do you think that means? You know, the brother who betrayed you?"

Swillow grabbed her crown, and held it close to her chest. "You, nor Wasting, nor Citrus Snow, are ever taking my belt from me. You'll have to rip it from my paws."

JAC said, "I'm already about to. The person at the end of the year with the most points gets to face the champion, at End of the World, this December 30th. And if you haven't realized, I have the second best record here."

"Second," Swillow said.

JAC said, "Yes."

"You have to be number one," Swillow said. "Either you beat Inari, or you beat Rexcelsis. Which is it you're going to face? Either Inari, or Rexcelsis. Beat one of them, then it's me, otherwise, you're not going anywhere."

JAC said, "I'll figure it out." He slipped under the ring as he walked away.

Richard Biggs: Inari or Rexcelsis, who will it be?

Richard Littles: Onto our next match!

JAC sat with Berand, Cyras, and Ahmond. "Inari, or Rexcelsis. Who will it be?"

Berand shrugged.

Ahmond said, "In our culture, there's the roads of light and darkness, an idea where you have two roads. One leads to light, and the other to darkness..."

The other three stared at her, and Ahmond cleared her throat.

Cyras said, "I think more elegantly put, she means you can either go good or evil."

Ahmond said, "More than that. You have two choices. Either you face the good guy, and become a bad guy as a result, and get corrupted. Or you face the bad guy, and walk a virtuous path."

JAC said, "I think I've spent a lot of Beast Games going the dark path."

Cyras said, "JAC, you've only faced people who've attacked you."

"But maybe that had good reasons for starting," JAC admitted. "Maybe I should go down the hero's path."

"Path of light, face Rexcelsis," Berand said. "Path of dark, face Inari instead. Only you can figure out which path is best."

"What would you choose?" JAC asked.

"Path of the bear says face Rexcelsis for the glory and honor."

JAC nodded.

Richard Biggs: This is our main event of the evening.

Richard Littles: Let's go over the rules with our narrator, Swillow.

Swillow: Spanksgiving.

From Citrus Snow whooping Arson with a belt, all the way to Cyras using Karma Spanks on Rexcelsis, from Inari getting hit in the head with a size heavy metal boot, we have dealt out a lot of punishments.

But now we're going to deal out some more as we revive the punishment chamber.

The way to win is to escape the chamber. The first to escape the chamber will be safe from any and all harm. Number two gets booted, number three gets spanked, number four gets mauled by a rabid bear, and number five gets all of the preceding.

Richard Woods: Thank you, Swillow.

Flare jets activated as Cyras the fox and Ahmond the wolf-coyote ran out into the giant metal structure. It was attached to the ring like a steel cage, only it had a roof on top, with only one hole about five feet by five feet.

Reich the fox and Arson the bobcat followed, with Reich staring up in fear at the size of the cage.

"Why are you afraid of the dark?"

The other four competitors stared back, only to see a hyena walking towards them while her new theme played.

"Afraid of the dark?"

Demon Harper-Jay walked into the ring. Three other contestants balked, but Cyras stood up to Harper-Jay.

Richard Short rang the bell.

Cyras jumped up on Harper-Jay's head, and went for a diamondcutter, but Harper-Jay kept her neck up. Instead, Cyras sat on the back of her neck.

Reich channeled electricity into his body, before sending shocks over at Arson, who jumped out of the way. Arson had fought both Reich and Harper-Jay prior, but he was running straight for Ahmond now.

Ahmond blinked, but glared, and smacked him across the face to stop his impact. He swerved back, but she picked him up for a belly to belly suplex. With a burst of teal energy, he countered by blasting her back instead, and he summoned a clone.

Harper-Jay stared at Reich. Reich paused, and took a few heavy breaths, before he turned and bolted over to the metal of the cage.

Cyras wrapped her tail around Harper-Jay's neck and spun around until she had Harper pinned.

Richard Biggs: This is not, in fact, a standard match up.

Richard Littles: Yeah, only way to win is to escape the cage.

Harper kicked out. Cyras ran at her again, but Harper bit down on Cyras' neck, before tossing her all the way into the walls of the cage. It buckled. Cyras bounced off and onto the ground with a thud.

Cyras limped up, before Harper jumped over the top rope, and somersaulted. With a shred of inspiration, Cyras summoned a pillar of rock, and Harper hit that spine first. The rock broke and Harper fell back.

Richard Biggs: Cyras fixing Harper-Jay's back right there.

Richard Littles: More like breaking it!

Arson had his clone full nelson Ahmond, before real Arson jumped off the top post, legs around Ahmond's neck, then he did the Arson Poison Destroyer with another jump. At the end of this jump, Ahmond's head crashed on the apron with a blast of space-tech to almost break the ring apart.

Ahmond fell to a clump onto the ground, mostly unconscious. Arson was able to knock her out.

He climbed and scaled the cage as he went towards the hole at the top, which was when Reich unleashed a burst of lightning to shock the entire metal structure.

Arson's hairs stood on end as his teeth chattered from the striking lightning. He fell off and onto the mat.

Harper-Jay stopped bothering with fighting, and instead, she bit down on the metal, and ate her way out of the cage.

Richard Woods: Your winner, Harper-Jay!

Reich ran over to the hole left by Harper-Jay, but Cyras, with a burst of flames, tackled into him.

Both rolled over each other with Cyras sitting on Reich's chest. Reich stared up at her.

Actually, he thought the ruby colored fox was rather beautiful, and he thought about asking her for her number-

She repeatedly and insistently slapped him across the face cheeks a couple dozen times before she jumped to exit the gap, only to get drop kicked by Arson.

Her tumbling terminated as she hit the chain link, causing the entire structure to rattle around. She fell onto her front, while Arson stared at Reich. Yeah, he had time to walk out, but...

He just walked out.

Richard Woods: And your second-place contestant, none other than Arson-

Arson ran back into the cage and jumped onto Reich. Reich burst up as he felt Arson's full weight on his stomach.

Richard Biggs: What in the world? Arson's attacking Reich now.

Reich tried to push Arson off, but Arson bit down on his nape, before throwing him against a metal pole. Reich wrapped around, and landed on his side.

Richard Littles: He's just ripping Reich apart!

Arson threw Reich into the air, before jumping up to drop kick him higher, and then used a pulse of energy for a double jump to drop kick him higher. Reich was about to scrape the ceiling before he fell down.

Cyras snuck through the cage.

Richard Woods: And your third place contestant, and the winner of a spanking, Cyras!

Ahmond tried to dart past.

Reich's eyes widened, and he unleashed a stream of electricity which made the stadium's lights flicker. Ahmond and Arson's eyes widened as they screamed, before an explosion occurred.

Audience: Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!

Richard Biggs: Now what was that?

Richard Littles: I think Reich just unleashed all his full power!

Reich crawled out through the ring, and collapsed on the other side.

Richard Biggs: Well someone needs to recharge his batteries.

Richard Woods: And your fourth place winner, and the one to earn a mauling. Reich!

Ahmond had to be dragged out by Cyras.

Richard Woods: And your absolute last place loser, Ahmond. Who earns all three.

Richard Biggs: Well what a wonderful little night we just had.

Richard Littles: I expect something to be done with that Reich versus Arson angle, but please come in next week to Beast Games.

Next Week:
