Kartegus and Zurtegus, patched up Couraderi as best they could. The vessel, having suffered extensive damage needed to return to its garden. It was at least flight worthy. So having said their goodbye’s, those from Kyxichen and Kebv, including the birds loaded up on the vessel and flew across the ocean.
Azurumene armed with new knowledge was able to treat a newborn afflicted with Elucidetris. Thramuny and Drumya ventured into Tial-Meh’s old domain and found an egg floating on a luminescent underground lake.
Angdraoni decided to return to his island of origin with Brek, Dungii, and Kiliyi. They flew to the grove where the Silver Willow once stood, and searched the area. Ang picked up half a purple crystal.
“Brek do you think this is it?” he called.
“Yes, that looks like the focus, let me see it.” Ang passed it to him. "Hmm, I've never seen anything like this before."
"Azurumene might know something about a purple crystal. If not him then maybe Zurtegus."
"We just got here let's look around a little more. Maybe your mom left a clue about where she was trying to take the Silver Willow." They continued to search the area until night fell. Then moved to the clearing, where Ang's village once stood. They sat on top of the mushroom, while Dungii sang a song, Ang didn't remember teaching him. Stretching his arm over Brek's shoulders, they gazed up at the moon where Ang swore he saw a little blue whale swimming across the sky.

No matter what she does, she can't talk to the gods. When Myra meets Roam, an old, enigmatic Storyteller, she finally gets some answers. She learns of the origins of the Universe, the divide between mankind and their deities, and the important role that Storytellers play in her world. But the truth for Myra is just the beginning of her story. The Storytellers is a story that I began to develop from a series of shorter stories that I wrote for a mythology and folklore class. As such, they have a strong basis in the myths and folklore of various cultures and religions. Join me as I try my best to integrate these stories into my own and develop the world of the Storytellers and Myra herself. This is my first attempt at any sort of longer-form fiction so helpful advice is greatly appreciated!
