I'm done with the first story arc in my re-written version. I just posted the first chapter, and starting tomorrow they all will be coming out on a staggered release, with 1-4 chapters coming out per day. Go find it on my profile.

The second story arc is shorter than the first, so it shouldn't take as long to finish, also I am making far fewer edits to the existing chapters. That said, my life is also going to get-crazy-go-nuts soon, so I'm not committing to a specific release date. I would love to have it done by the end of the year, though. Once I do that, I'll make one final update to this version to indicate that the current story ark with the second palace has finally been completed. In the meantime, feel free to go read my updated version of arc 1 if you want. It's mostly the same events, but some things are in a different order and I changed up a few scenes/conversations. And I will say that Chapter 21 has some new bits of lore/backstory that weren't anywhere in this posting, so that's worth checking out even if you just want to skip to the new stuff later.

Also, if you're wondering, I changed the cover of this back to the old one because I want to use the new one for the current version, and having two stories with the same cover on my dash will confuse me greatly.

Edit: Should've mentioned this, but forgot. The new material that will continue where this version left off will begin in the new version's Chapter 43. Keep an out for that number if you're waiting for that.
