I shatter my opponents ice shield with a fireball.There sent flying a few feet in the air then land with a thud.

"There it is ladies and gentlemen the deciding strike delivered by Kaito against Arthur Cold wind it has been a thrilling fight but now it's other so let's give them both a loud round of applause"

The crowd gives a massive round of applause for both me and my opponent, even know the fight was not that exciting for me especially because he used ice magic and i used fire so i had a clear advantage. He did keep saying things about me not being a genius and that Sylvia was wrong i wonder what that was about anyway.

I walk back into the waiting area. I look around and find a free seating area near some second years. I seat down and start eating some kind of meat on a skew except the meat is yellow, but it still taste nice.

I get through my third one, when i feel someone approach me from behind. They are cloaking their presence, but thanks to my training i can still detect them.

I look over at the second years and they're still just enjoying themselves. I look around and see two bulky men walking over to our table. Why do i feel like all this is connected somehow. The second years see the bigger men approaching,all of them break out in a sweat and leave their seats as quickly as possible.

Once there gone the big men each one sits on either side of me as closely as possible. I look straight ahead acting as normal as possible still eating, when i see someone else approaching the table this time from in front of me.

By his looks i would say third year. He is wearing the normal school uniform,but his one has some slight alterations it his gold lining all though it. He has a very nice face even sweet and innocent looking it complements his short blond hair. I'm sure many girls have fallen for him only to get there hearts broken.

I already don't like him.He sits down across from me.

The guards move in closer to me. The assassin also moved in closer. I'm guessing for the kill, but it would never work there strength is not enough to kill me as long as i have my enchantments on the most they could do is maybe cause some minor cuts, by then i would retaliate.

He waves his hand.This time a man fully clad in black assassins clothing appears and hands him a golden card with some print on it.This isn't what shocks me the fact i couldn't even sense that person is what shocks me. Who the fuck are these people.

He hand me the golden card which looks and feels similar to a credit card. I look over the card it only has some simple braille on it.

As we wait for this Evan's fight to show up i continue to eat and try to scene any other assassin's presence. I was able to pick up six more all strategically places around the room. It was hard for me to even get a hold on their position, but i still couldn't detect the one who passed the card to,Wait what is his name he never even said it to me.

The girl dashes at her opponent with amazing speed she quickly turns into a blur. I notice something in the corner of the arena shine for a split second. Then the girl stops dead in front of Evan. Her face has turned pale, her eyes are slightly bloodshot.

Even just walked over and pushed her over. And that was how the fight ended.

"See how that was quite suspicious. So going to work for me now"

"Fine i agree it was a little suspicious, but maybe he used some kind of special magic or technique that no one else knows."

"I agree that it's possibility, if it wasn't for the fact that at the last tournament this happened."

Jacob passes me a Crystal similar to the one in the wall.He flows some mana in and it starts to show a projection of Even at the last tournament he is using fire magic trying to form a simple fire ball. He makes it but suddenly it explodes in his face knocking him unconscious. He is bad that's one of the most simple fire magic abilities out there.

"Okay i see your point he was shit bu-"

"Stop trying to convince yourself to not take my offer it's a simple one do one little job for me and get money nothing illegal and if you want after this we can permanently separate. So now what do you say."

He's right for one thing this is a simple job that pays well, but there is another reason i have to do this because if this person continues to cheat it could cause trouble for me or someone else i need to stop it now.

Hi everyone sorry about the late release i have been terribly ill this week, so i thought i should at least get one chapter out this week and then get back to my usual schedule next week. Sorry everyone but these things unfortunately happen to us mere mortals .
