Nothing interesting really happened at lunch, besides Netherwing eating half my meat pie when i wasn't looking so i just sent him to my room as a little punishment, but he will probably just be sleeping and enjoying himself.

Magic combat class was not what i expected i thought it would have an arena or something like that but really it was set out like a college lecture room, The giant chalk boards were covered in pictures of creatures some looked cute others were huge and frightening.

I was sitting at the back just laying around with the blood mana in my body rotating around and looking through all the runes i now had, it was rather easy to do both at the same time.

I looked down when i heard the doors open expecting the teacher, but instead it was Sylvia, she looked around the classroom i think she saw me, she starts to walk up the stairs and takes the seat next to mine, i just stare out the window but i could still feel all the hate coming from every single boy in the class.

"So you're also in this class Kaito"

"Yeah"

"Hey where's that familiar of yours"

"He's back at my room i sent him there for eating some of my meal"

She starts laughing softly using her mouth to cover it. I will admit it was kind of cute.

I think what i'm experiencing right now is a true pleasant moment with a female i guess there is a first for everything my only problem is how am i supposed to keep the conversation going i didn't even start it.

And i think i just broke the pleasant mood by a lot.

We just sat there in what i would call a very awkward silence. I heard the door open. A man with dark brown hair walked through, he was wearing a black robe with bright red trimmings. I have to say he's not what i expected his body was medium height with not much muscle, but i suppose you don't have to be very built to have a lot of magical prowess.

Sylvia leans in close to my ear.

"I know he might not look like much but i promise you he is one of the best mages to ever have been born"

"Welcome class as you all know this is magical combat class and today we will be working on summonings and spirits. As you all probably know a summoning is when you use your mana to bring something from somewhere else to yourself this is done by two ways. A spirit summoning which is when someone uses their mana to connect to the spirit plane and then uses mana to bring that spirit to our plane and keep it here with their mana this is the most common summoning that happens in combat. Then there is the large scale summoning this only can be done by at least fifty grand mages it only happens when the summoning of heroes happens.

Summoning of heroes what is that.

"Hey Sylvia what is the summoning of heroes"

"It's a grand festival that happens every 1000 years in which all the grand mages in the continent get together and summon heroes from another world"

"Really that sounds interesting"

"So now class you will each be summoning a spirit today so i want each each of you to enter a meditative state of mind then we can begin"

I enter a state of meditation. I wait for a while before the air starts to change it becomes filled with mana strong mana i find it hard to breath at first but my body thankfully starts to adept.

'Drake what the hell was that'

'The teacher that is taking this class has used an artifact to connect you to the spirit plane that's what you're feeling now you just need to sit down and wait until a spirit finds and accepts you'

'How will i know when a spirit has found me'

'Simple it will talk to you but no matter what never open your eyes before you attract a spirit if you do that you can get seriously injured'

'Okay thanks for the advice'

I continue to sit there in my meditative state. Suddenly a chill runs down my spine i feel goosebumps emerge on my skin. I've never felt a presence like this before one of complete evil one that doesn't care for anything.

"Hehehehe you blaze you blaze big i like your blaze you be my blaze we blaze forever we blaze everything"

"Are you my summon spirit"

"Summon spirit? No i be blaze you be blaze we be blaze you and i blaze good"

The chilling insane voice continued to talk but i didn't understand a word.

'Drake is this thing my summoned spirit yes you can open your eyes now and take a look at your summoned spirit'.

But i don't see anything around me except for a class full of people meditating. I look over at the teacher and he's standing near a giant black mirror that's giving off the powerful mana i suppose that's the artifact that Drake spoke of.

"This is very blaze can we blaze big now"

I turn around and there is a human skull floating in the air surrounded by blue flames i look into it's eyes and i see thousands of similar skulls all on fire. Just by looking at this skull i get a chill up my spine why?

'Drake what it this thing'

'It's a corrupted spirit'

'What's a corrupted spirit'

'They are spirits that have been summoned by summoners but when the spirit meets there summoner they get corrupted by the evil emotions that are inside the summoners heart'

'So they are evil'

'No not in anyway they are just psychotic have no emotions and are completely loyal to anyone who's able to summon them'

'Great so i summoned a crazy spirit'

'Yes and it suits you perfectly Hahahaha'

The floating skull covered in flames just nodded it's head. Great so i summoned a floating skull covered in blue flames called Blaze.
