《Chaos Realm; A VRMMO Tale》10. I'm a scaredy what?

Gene got out of the game and simply laid back on the bed. Constantly getting hit by the bosses made her fatigue and she felt incredibly tired. She mentally prepared to purchase some sturdy armour as soon as she liquidated the items she got from the kills. She noted not to attempt such a risky move again.
The forest guardian was considerably weaker and Gene didn't feel much but the attacks from the mountain troll were too powerful making her almost nauseous.
Tanks had good armour to counter this effect and unlike Gene, they tried to avoid as many hits as they could.
"Is that you?" As Gene was checking out different armours at the store, she heard a voice from the side.
'Who's You?'
Seeing Gene's expression, the guy continued. "That fellow killed the boss solo now?"
"Nope, I don't even have armour see." Gene went back to looking through the armours again. Unlike outfits, the armour was a lot cheaper. She ended up paying a little extra for added cushioning...and a new outfit.
"But you are Gene. I looked all around the place." The guy refused to leave. "Let's duel then. I'm pretty sure we will know for certain then."
"I'm not interested." A small crowd formed.
"Stop trying to act cool." The guy drew out his sword and charged ahead.
'This is bad.' Before she could react a solid hit landed on her shoulder causing decent damage. The reflected damage instantly killed the poor bastard.
"A blood mage?"
"But she didn't cast any spells."
"Yeah, but her damage dropped and recovered immediately. Never seen that before."
"Must be some amazing class."
The crowd buzzed and Gene slowly waded away from the market.
"Stop. I saw that." She heard a voice that she wanted to hear the least.

"I didn't start the attack."
"Doesn't matter. So you practice blood magic?"
And so the city guards led by Jolene took her away.

At the prison after an hour-long interrogation, Gene was finally allowed to meet Jolene and make her case.
"How long since you started dabbling in blood magic?" Jolene had this aura around her that made Gene look awkward.
"I don't," Gene said.
"I saw enough evidence to think otherwise." Jolene was hell-bent on prosecuting Gene for blood magic.
"She said she didn't. And you clearly don't understand blood magic." A familiar voice came from behind startling the two women.
"My Lady." Jolene immediately stood up and curtsied. Wewick approached Gene patiently and stood too close for Gene's comfort.
'Can you not stand this close?' As Gene was about to voice her displeasure, she suddenly sniffed her neck. Gene froze in place staring straight at Jolene who did a 'well, get used to it' attitude.
"You smell good. Good."
Gene got back her courage and immediately responded, "Can you please not do that." Only to see Jolene shaking her head.
She suddenly felt a soft touch on her cheek turning it moist.
"Eh?" Confused she slowly focused back on Wewick who was eagerly tasting her cheeks as if she was a tasty popsicle.
"Delicious…" Wewick muttered in between licking. "Let's go. Jolene, you can go back home." Wewick grabbed Gene by the waist and before she could react, the two disappeared with a pop.
As Gene came back to her senses, she found herself in a massive crater. The ground around her was deep red as the temperature was exceptionally high.
You have entered Dragon God's Sacred Space. You have received permission from the Dragon God. Penalty removed.

As Gene looked around, Wewick walked to a raised platform and started...stripping?
The clothes fell one after the other as she slowly stuttered to the platform. Before the last gown dropped the girl started transforming starting with her skin turning red. By the time she climbed the platform, she was already thirty feet tall with a body that was more than 70 feet long. Her wings spanned over the sky as far as she could see and the tail was too long for her to make out its length. Laying down on the platform, she gave a light screech and looked at the stunned Gene.
A voice echoed in the crater making Gene shiver. "So why did you choose Dragon God's Path?"
Wewick waited for a few seconds for Gene to gather her courage and collect herself.
"Because I thought it would be awesome?" Recovering from the shock, Gene finally understood why Wewick was such a powerful NPC that even the highest level player stood away from. Above the dragon's head were the dark red words that scared her to her wit's end.
DRAGON GOD WEWICK
Level 1000
Considering the fact that players could only level up to 999, this was someone that no one could offend and live to tell the tale. It also made sense why so little was recorded about the dragon god. It was cheating. Shouldn't it be a dragon goddess?
"Awesome?" Wewick tensed up hearing her response. There was a soft chuckle emitting from her throat. After waiting for a little while, the dragon stared at Gene again, deeply. "I think I judged you wrong. I thought you didn't want to fight. My mistake."
'What is all this about?' Gene had already recovered and regained enough courage. She felt she was about to regret this meeting.
"So, I've decided to change it. You aren't fit to be called a pacifist. I think this should suit you better."
Dragon God has punished you for deviating from the path of the Pacifist.
You have lost the class pacifist. All related skills have been deleted.
Dragon God has chosen a new path for the player.
Player Gene has received, Path of the fearful.
Player Gene has received the Epic(hidden) class, Scaredy Cat.
"Scaredy Cat? What do you think I am, a baby?" Gene was about to throw a temper tantrum but found she no longer could speak. 'Silenced?'
"I think it's time for you to run back home, little girl." The dragon blew hot flame at her.
You died.

First RE:Guards
Status: Never to return again in this form (But the characters shall appear in a rewrite) I used to be a fire fighter. The requirements were easy enough with today's technology. Machines did the heavy lifting. Artificial intelligences put together action plans with the greatest resolution possible. Most days were simple jobs, first aid on minor fires, cats stuck in pipes too fine for machines, or when alarms went off that normal security scans couldn't eliminate. Most of the time our only skill was being willing to go into dangerous areas and follow orders, only I died running into the latest in biological terror. A beast that spawned fire. I remember the pain, it overwhelmed everything. Now I've woken in a new sort of existence. One where the only creature to view is a little girl, and she needs my help. Isabella Brand. Izzy, my one light in world of darkness and pain. She has the makings of a mage in her world and I'm going to be her spirit animal.

Let Me Explore The Interstellar in Peace
Her third life began unlike her last two. From an ancient battle field to the magical interstellar, Ciel was finally going to live her life how she wanted to: freely exploring the new world. But she'll soon find that a brewing war between galaxies won't let her rest easy. He awoke to find himself one thousand years in the future, but the first thing on his mind wasn't the new technology around him. It was the woman he'd seen die in the battlefield just days before. Her, the prince of the interstellar and he, their genius. What will happen when they cross paths? Updates: Expect updates at least once a week. A/N: The first three chapters are set in an ancient setting and then after that it's interstellar, so some patience is required. Does this novel have comedy? Yes. But that's not the main part. What went into the cauldron of whatever this novel is was angst, age progression, and Technoids. I like to kill off my characters, but I also don't. So come check this out if you want redemption arcs, an MC who travels through death, and cool fighting robots controlled by people. We have friendship, romance, and random drama, so buckle up and have fun.

Sage ▸ Stiles Stilinski [Book One]
"You do realize that I'm supposed to tell you when you're throwing yourself into a dangerous situation and that doing this will probably get you killed, right?" "I don't need you to take care of me, Sage." "Says the werewolf that fell into the floor." Sage Connelly was notoriously known for the fire that killed her entire family when she was only ten years old. Granted, that name held importance for an entire year before people eventually forgot about the Connelly's and the other family involved in the fire, the Hale's. Nearly six years later, when the little girl is not so little anymore, Sage comes back with more than just a leather jacket hanging on her shoulders. She comes back with a personality distinctly different from what her old friends remembered, not only stunning Jackson Whittemore into silence but efficiently taking away Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski's ability to talk about the dead body found in the woods the night before. Even more, the bite on Scott's body that held an importance only two people in town could help him with: Sage, to her dismay, was one of them. When Derek Hale calls upon her help, giving her the title of Scott McCall's personal babysitter, she's inevitably forced to tag along with the boy's trusty side-kick. The introverted and overly, well, intimidating qualities that the blonde had lead Stiles Stilinski into an unfathomable struggle of convincing himself that Sage Connelly was just a crush, and that Lydia Martin would forever be the one holding his heart. That lasted as long as the one-way conversation the boy had with the strawberry blonde in the middle of a hospital. His downward spiral leads him directly into the arms of a stubborn, damn blonde that was confident she didn't need a boy in her life that was still tripping over an elementary school crush.
