「Elder Treant's Wrath.
After killing countless of its children (alone) you made the elder angry, it didn't took long before finding out where you were, and now you can't escape since it can easily find out where you are.」
After glancing at the quest window, he soon returned his eyes to the elder treant and used inspect on it.

Race-Elder Treant

Soon after using it and reading the window, something appeared on the corner of his vision, but before he could see exactly what it was, Grekorio could feel the tremors intesifying. Moving his eyes he was stunned by what he was seeing, it, the elder treant, was running, strangely, but was running in his direction and now its body was not hiding in the shadow cast by the moonlight, so Grekorio could now see the sickly white bark, humanoid body, the face showing a angry expression, short hair made of leaves, 15 meters giant running so it's not strange that the earth was shaking.
Not suprised by it, Grekorio try to think of a plan that don't sound absurd and rely on luck,'No ideia of how to defeat this thing. I can only try the simple way, climb it, search for a weak spot and kill it.'
Taking out his gladius and putting the greatsword back inside his inventory, he check his belt for the knives and health potions on it, confirming that everything is okay, the treant was already next to him, putting the sheathed gladius on his back, he sprinted on its direction.
It didn't took long before they are close to each other, while Grekorio about to pass between its legs, its left foot that was lifted started to descend quickly, logically it want to stomp the ant beneath it to end it soon, and that ant was Grekorio, who seeing the foot coming in his direction threw himself to the side, dodging the foot from the treant but was send flying by the shockwaves.

Rolling on the ground, Grekorio got up for one second and jump to the side again, this time wasn't send flying, the place where the he was before now has a curtain of dust, soon the curtain dispersed and a white bark fist buried in the ground started to move again, the treant pulled its fist from the ground.
Grekorio seeing this as a chance sprinted and jumped on the fist, digging his fingers through the crack on the bark, he tried to quickly climb the treant's arm but the treant started to shake its arm, Grekorio was in dispair but soon got a glimpse of hope's light.
The treant started to shake its arm even more strongly while reaching for Grekorio with its right hand, seeing the dispair more closely, at the same time the glimpse of hope became more clearly, when the treant shaked its arm on the direction of its body Grekorio let go of the treant's arm. The force from the treant was enough to send him flying to its other side, but Grekorio soon after letting go of the arm unsheated his gladius and waited for the right moment.
Luckly it soon came before the treant right hand reached him, he thrusted his sword forward where the treant's chest was located, and while holding on the hilt with both hands for dear life, he slid down leaving a narrow but long scar in its chest and soon a thick liquid white in color flowed slowly out of the wound.
It soon felt the pain, while bending down it roared(?) in anger, pain and shame, while it was almost kneeling on the ground, Grekorio used this small opportunity to climb to its back so he sheated his sword and started to crawl like a spider upwards.

Finally remembering the situation where it was, the treant straight its back and search for the ant that is crawling around its body. This movement of treant almost knocked Grekorio out of its body, but he reacted quickly by strengthening his hold on the cracks, probably thanks to his high stats he wasn't thrown off its back.
Reaching the treant neck, and the treant still searching for Grekorio, he took this chance and unsheating his sword with his right hand while holding himself in place with his left hand between the cracks, Grekorio thrusted the sword between the cracks and pulled his sword and together with it white blood gushed out, the treant screamed and lift its hand to its neck trying to slap Grekorio out of its neck.
Grekorio not giving it a chance jumped to the other side of the neck and used his sword to stop his fall and quickly without thinking of anything else climbed to top of the treant head hiding between the leaves that are probably its hair, leaving the treant to hunt for him like it was searching for a flea in middle of its hair.
Grekorio stopped to think a little and noticed that again, he isn't acting based on a plan but luck and quick decision. Having mixed feeling about it, he look at down and focused in the skill, and a window soon answered him.
--------------------------------
Race-Elder Treant
Lvl- 40
Hp-80/100(Bleeding)
Mana-???
--------------------------------
Suprised by how high the damage he dealt to the treant was, and half of it was probably due to the bleeding effect, that probably means that it will lose HP overtime slowly. Looking down a thought came to him,'It's not like a have any other option besides jumping down from here and try to score its eyes.'
Lifting the sword above his head with the sword tip pointing down, he thrusted the sword down until it was half inside the treant head, again thinking about the skill while looking at the treant. The window appeared showing the constant decreasing HP until it reached 50 after which it's still losing HP albeit more slowly.
The treant screamed loudly that almost made Grekorio deaf, and when he about to thrust deeper, he heard something that shocked him.
"MERCY!", could be heard from a voice below him.

Tainted Reflections (A Litrpg Portal Apocalypse)
Thirty-five years ago, the world ended. A small subsection of humanity was sent to a brand new world with a game-like system that 'ensured' our survival, and the rest simply disappeared. I fought my way to the upper echelon of levels, made and lost friends over the years, and it finally felt like humanity had carved itself a small foothold in this Godforsaken place. Until one final person died. Until the system reset, and took everything I'd worked so damn hard for with it. I found myself staring at a face I barely recognized as my own, and the Earth began to end once again. Updates every day Monday thru Friday.

Outlook: The Stars (Consciousness Unbound Book 1)
The year is 2152. Rune Yahui is a nineteen-year-old failure, not having gained entrance to college or the military, with no significant prospects in life. Even worse, Rune is the poorest of the poor, hailing from the mega-slums of New Southern Chicago, the lowest pit of America. In a desperate last-ditch attempt to gain a future more lustrous than toiling the rest of his days away in abhorrent conditions in one of the near sweat-shop level factories that dot the megapolis, Rune signs up for the Virtual Citizen program, a program to cull the excessive world population by transferring just their brains into a video game. In a stroke of rare luck, Rune is admitted into the program and happily submits himself to the surgery and digitization process. Unfortunately for him, he wakes up several hundred years later than he expected... or does he? **Author's Note** This isn't a type of story typical to RRL. You may have noticed LitRPG in the tags, but it's a relatively minor element in the story until later. You may also notice Slice of Life is in the tags. This story is going to be slow and there won't be any power tripping until way later if at all. The focus will be on character development. That doesn't mean I won't still have action/excitement, however. I encourage you to give the story a try. Maybe it will be your thing, maybe it won't. Thanks for even taking the time to read this, and if you do give my fiction a try, I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, well, I hope you find something that you do enjoy. Happy reading!

Supreme Formation Immortal Sovereign
Falling under the Heavenly Tribulation, Ascending Celestial Oalur Kang finds that he's back in the past. Watch him pursue the Heavenly Path of Formations and rise to the peak of the Immortal Path! . . . . . . . . . Hello, this is F-Rank! This is my take on writing cultivation stories. Though I'm sure nobody cares, the intent behind this story was focused on creating a more or less logical cultivation system. I read several stories where the mc transmigrated to a cultivation world (not calling names to avoid unnecessary angst) and was able to completely break the cultivation system and the logic of the world because they had the power of science on their side and were able to think more logically than everybody else. Despite the fact that some characters in those stories were older than the scientific method of thinking and even the human civilization as we know it and the whole society was older than our human race. So I decided to write a story where things about cultivation make sense (as far as a magical world full of super magical people can make sense), so here we are. I don't know if I will be able to fulfil this purpose but I hope that the story will end up enjoyable. Can also be considered a prequel for my other story "Wasn’t my new life in a magical world supposed to be easy?" but has very little overlapping content and can be read as a stand alone story. Also if your feeling like this series is very much like Arifureta, then I'm sorry. Because the beginning of this story will sound very much like that series.
