Chapter 6: I will break your face.

Lawrence then paired up two students that are both 2 stars. It was a young man with blue hair and the other was also a young man with long green hair.

“Okay, now watch these two wielders battle first then after them I will pair someone again but before that let me explain the rules and I will tell you how to manifest your armaments. There are only one rule, no fatal blows so our medics can treat you immediately. Now to manifest your armaments you have to concentrate, then a name will sound in your mind and call it out to manifest it. Once you know the name of your armament you can call it out without concentrating.” Lawrence explained.

“Then let the battle begin!” Lawrence voice reverberated all over the dome.

The two wielders began to call their armaments then enchant it with their element. The blue-haired man was wielding a double edged sword with a dark blue aura (water type) and the green-haired man was wielding a green bow with gold linings and it has a violet aura (lightning type). Clearly the green-haired man has elemental advantage but that was not the case.

The blue-haired man sprinted to quickly shorten his distance with the green-haired man but the green-haired man didn’t move the slightest, he just pulled the string of his bow then he shouted. “Scattered lightning arrows!”

Arrows made of lightning began to rain towards the blue-haired man but then he extended his palm and said. “Ice barrier!” Dark blue mist appeared infront of the blue-haired man then it crystalized and form into a shield of ice.

Some arrows hit the barrier but was unable to pierce it. The blue-haired man was now close to the green-haired man so the green-haired man was unable to use his long-distance attacks.

“You lose.” The blue-haired man said then he shouted “Water Wave!”. Then a wave of water gushed from his sword then it directly hit the green-haired man and he was unable to counter it so he was sent flying out of the stage. Medics came out quickly then used their healing magic to treat the green-haired man. The blue-haired man got off the stage then went back to his seat.

“Okay that is how a two 2 star wielder battle, so who wants to volunteer to be next?” asked Lawrence.

Jack then stood up, “Sir let me volunteer.”

“Okay so your opponent will be-“ as Lawrence was looking for someone suitable, Jack then pointed at Lucas and said “Sir I want to spar with my friend over there.”

Lawrence looked at the direction which Jack pointed, “Hey you boy with the black hair, do you want to spar with him?” asked Lawrence.

Lucas the stood up, “Yes sir if that is what he wants.” Lucas replied.

As Lucas was about to go to the stage he felt someone grabbed him. He looked then he saw Lily holding his hand.

“Onii-chan, please be careful.” Lily said with a worried expression.

“I will just teach this brat some lesson so he won’t bother you anymore, okay?” Lucas replied with a smile.

“Okay” Lily said while she unwillingly let the hand of Lucas go. Lucas now went to the stage.

“Because you are a 1 star wielder I will give you time to concentrate then call your armament to start the battle.” Lawrence said.

“Thank you sir.” Lucas said but then he saw Jack grinning nonstop.

“Haha, You will pay for stealing my fiancée Lucas.” Jack said to Lucas.

Lucas only ignored Jack then he concentrated. After a few minutes of concentrating he heard a voice.

‘Sigmund’

After he heard it he opened his eyes and he found himself in a place with clear sky and clear water below his feet.

“This?! Where am I?” Lucas asked to himself but he was startled when he heard a voice behind him.

“Obviously you are in your spirit world.” (???)

He turned around and he saw a beautiful girl wearing a white dress, she also had black eyes and waist-length black hair with beautiful face and fair skin. She was the most beautiful girl Lucas has ever seen between the two worlds.

“Who are you?” Lucas gulped.

“I am a spirit and I am also your other armament Master. My name is Riviera.”

“What the hell?!” Lucas was stunned because infront of him is a girl but she said she was an armament.

“Hihi, Master no need to be like that, I will explain next time when we can talk again, see you later Master.” Riviera said while waving.

“Hey wait—“ Before Lucas can even finished he snapped out of his concentration and he found himself in the previous stage.

‘What did just happened?’ Lucas asked himself but was interrupted by Lawrence.

“Hey boy are you done yet?” Lawrence asked.

“Yes sir.” Lucas said softly while arranging his thoughts.

“Haha, took you some time there Lucas.” Jack said while grinning.

“It does not matter because today I will break your face!” Lucas said as he assumed a fighting stance.

“Okay, Now begin!” Lawrence shouted.

“Averto!” Jack shouted then a long red spear appeared.

“Haaaah.” Jack sprinted toward Lucas.

“Hmph! Sigmund!” Lucas shouted and a single-edge sword appeared with black and red color.

As Lucas finished manifesting, Jack neared him and thrust his spear in Lucas’ neck but as it arrived at his neck, Lucas suddenly appeared behind him.

“Wind Blade!” Green aura surrounded Lucas’ sword and slashed it to Jack’s shoulder.

“Shit!” Jack face paled and quickly withdrew his spear and forcefully blocked the incoming attack.

Jack succeeded in blocking but he flew 10 meters away. He sprinted again to Lucas, “Inferno!” Red aura surrounded his spear and thrust it to the ground. Pillars of fire sprouted from the ground and trapped both of them inside. The other students can’t see what is going on inside and can only wait for the outcome of the battle.

“Now you can’t use your petty tricks and can’t escape me!” Jack revealed a savage smile.

“Who said I will escape.” Lucas grinned as he pointed his sword to Jack.

Jack felt a chill down from his spine but he readied his spear.

“Fire Armor!” Jack cast a defensive spell just in case.

Lucas saw the armor of Jack but he thought of the techniques God gave him and he couldn’t help but smile.

“Hahaha, do you think that petty armor can stop me?” Lucas pointed his sword upwards and then.

“Sword Tempest!” As Lucas flew in midair, green aura began to surged all over Lucas’ sword then blades made of green lights circulated it.

“What is this?!” Beads of sweat began to form in Jack’s forehead.

“You won’t beat me easily! Flame Vortex!” Flames began to swirl in Jack’s spear then he thrust it at Lucas’ direction.

“Hmph.” Lucas snorted then he pointed his sword towards Jack’s direction. The green blades then swirled violently and formed into an arrow.

As the two techniques collided, the green blades easily pierced the vortex as if it was made of paper and it landed beside Jack.

Jack upon seeing the attack missed, he rejoiced but when he saw where the attack landed he couldn’t help but tremble because beside him was a deep large hole into the stage.

“I- I am sorry! , I will never come near to Lily ever again! So please spare me!” Jack bend down like a caterpillar and he asked for forgiveness to Lucas.

“You should have thought that earlier but don’t worry I will not break your face miserably.” Lucas grinned and he kicked him in the face and Jack’s 4 front teeth were removed and flew out of his mouth as he flew out of the stage.

The students that are watching, saw a figure flew out of the stage. Medics approached the figure and began to heal him. They couldn’t help but wonder who it was but Lily who was watching the fight couldn’t help but worry about Lucas. As the flames died down, they saw a young man holding a black-red sword going down the stage. They were stupefied because they saw he was a 1 star student and they also remembered that the other one was a 2 star student. Their jaws dropped down because that 1 star student was walking leisurely as if he didn’t went from a battle. Lily who was worrying a while ago was now filled with joy as he saw Lucas was unscathed. Lawrence who was calm couldn’t help but narrow his eyes.

“This boy… Is he the one that the headmistress personally welcomed right at his enrollment?” Lawrence thought and he looked again at Lucas going back to his seat.
