Chapter 3: Dual Armament wielder
Lucas found himself again in the previous white room.
“You forcefully transported me again?” Lucas asked.
“No I didn’t, I just connected your dreams here in this white room so when you fall asleep you can either dream of something else or you can go to this white room.” (God)
“Oh that is convenient then… So why did you call me here for?” (Lucas)
“Can’t I just check if you are having fun here in Elex.” (God)
“Hmm… regarding that where can I have fun here it is almost boring except for the magic, other races and also the Armaments.” (Lucas)
“Good thing you asked, either you join the Aegis Academy because every year they held an event that let the armament wielders battle each other and the victor will get certain prizes or you kill demonic beings that are lurking in the forest, plains and mountains all over Elex.” (God)
Lucas face paled, he clearly remembered the big Demonic Wolf in the forest and God suggests to hunt it all over Elex there is no way he could do that besides he still don’t know how many of those are there and also if there are other demonic beings besides the Demonic Wolf and he still don’t know how to use magic and also armaments. “I will just join the Aegis academy first to learn magic and how to use armament then I will join the event to test if I am strong enough before I explore Elex because you might not know when danger approaches.” Lucas explained nervously.
“Good choice, then you should start training as soon as possible and also the books in the interspatial ring are not ordinary books, they are books with different kind of magic techniques that may help you in your training, use your soul to absorb the books so that no one will able to learn it besides you and also to avoid leakage because that techniques can destroy a city if it is used by the wrong person. The clothes that are there can also enhance your power so use it whenever you like.” (God)

“Why are you telling this to me?” (Lucas)
“Because something will happe—. No nevermind what I said.” (God)
“If you say so then I should sleep now, I am very tired you know.” Lucas said while yawning.
“Ok ok, I will cut the connection for now. Good night boy.” God said then he wave his hands and Lucas disappeared with a *poof*.
“Now boy or should I say Lucas when something happens in the future how will you deal with it, I hope you can entertain me.” God said grinning while stroking his white beard.
…………………………………..
Lucas then woke up and looked at the window. ”It is already morning huh? I should wash myself a bit and try the clothes that God gave me.” Lucas then washed himself a bit and he wore the clothes that God gave him, it is a black-colored clothes with red linings at the edges with a pair of black leather gloves and boots and also a black cloak. Lucas looked at the mirror and there he saw a youth with black hair and brown eyes with a good build, he praised himself a bit, “Not bad, I look like a hunter or maybe even a vigilante.”
Lucas was about to inspect the other contents of interspatial ring but was interrupted of a knock at the door.
“Sir your breakfast is here.” a female voice rang.
“Enter.” (Lucas)
The female then entered the room, “Here is your breakfast si—“ the female was shocked at what she saw, infront of her is a youth with a 5’6 height and can be considered handsome because of the clothes that he wore then she blushed. Little did Lucas know the clothes does not only enhance power but also has effects to people depending on their gender.

“What is wrong?” Lucas asked.
“No—nothing Sir.” then the female quickly leave the room.
Lucas was confused but he shrugged it and proceeded to eat his breakfast. After eating he leave the room and he went to the counter but he can hear whispers from other costumers.
“Hey, who is that?” a man said.
“I don’t know but he sends chills down from my spine.” The other man replied.
“Who is that he is so handsome.” A female said.
“He is so mysterious… I want him to be with me.” Another female added
‘What the hell, what is happening to these costumers?!’ Lucas thought and quickly leave the key at the bearded man at the counter and asked, “Where is the Aegis Academy?”
“We—West here my lord.” The man said nervously.
Lucas thanked the man and he walked out of the inn and walked toward west.
…………………………
After walking he was now infront of a big tall gate with a writing at the side ‘Aegis Academy’ Lucas mumbled then walked towards the guardhouse, “ Sir where can I take a test to enter Aegis Academy?”
“R—Right this way Sir”. the guard said nervously.
Lucas then followed the guard to a room with the sign ‘Testing Room’ then the guard took his leave quickly.
‘Really now, what is happening to the people’ Lucas thought quietly but was interrupted by a voice.
“Please enter.” an old voice sounded
Lucas then entered the room and there he saw an old man with a long gray beard and gray hair and also a crystal ball and a clear square crystal at the table, “You are here to take a test?” . Lucas only nodded.
“First, let us see if you have the ability to summon your Armament, hold this square crystal and feel it.” The old man said.
Lucas held the crystal and he closed his eyes to feel it. He can feel a weak surge of energy flowing from his body to the crystal.
After a few seconds the clear crystal began to emit two bright lights and the old man exclaimed and was endlessly shocked, “Un—Unbelievable two armaments within one person, a dual Armament weilder?!”
Lucas was startled at the words of the old man then he remembered God said that there is another soul within him so he assumed that soul has caused the appearance of another armament.
“Put your palm here in this crystal ball to test what element do you have.” The old man courteously said because infront of him is a youth with vast potential.
Lucas then put again his palm and closed his eyes to concentrate. After a while the old man jumped in surprised causing Lucas to open his eyes, “This— What is your name boy?” asked the old man kindly.
“Lucas, Lucas Helios.” Lucas replied.
“Lucas you know you will be a unbelievable person in the future, I must tell the headmaster to come and meet you.” The old man hurriedly said.
“Wait before that what is my element?” Lucas asked excitedly.
“Ohh I forgot, your element is—“

The Ruins of Magincia
They say all things end in time, but the exalted City of Magi would’ve begged to differ. Yet when an attempted coup goes wrong, the city finds itself brought to the very brink of destruction. In the wake of the calamity that left no survivors, the autonomous infrastructure still operating the ruined city seeks to restore what was lost. Luckily for it, the Mana-devoid Universe it awoke in holds an unexpected surprise: a planet full of sentient life forms. All capable—with a little help—to become the next generation of Magi. Back on Earth, Millie McArthur is a pregnant out-of-work mechanic struggling with the prospect of moving back in with her parents after leaving her unfaithful fiancé. That is until she finds herself just one of the hundreds that have been shanghaied by the callous artificial constructs still manning the ruins of Magincia. Now, she must struggle to learn magic, compete for resources, get good 'grades,' and fulfill the seemingly arbitrary requirements for her future job in this broken city. All while keeping herself, and her son, alive. Is the miracle of magic really enough to make up for all the pain? The Ruins of Magincia is a dark fantasy that's heavy on the drama (LitRPG aspects are very light). Chapter lengths can be anywhere from 7k-12k and there's no current release schedule as I'm focusing on wrapping up volume one.
