It had been a week since the Battle of point 5891. A total of 2,000 people, mostly the sailors from the Hirio that sunk, died in the operation. Admiral Hakuya took full responsibility for their deaths.

Kazuya and many other officers who blamed him for this, filed a petition to higher command. Admiral of the Fleet Shoushi was internally delighted. Shoushi wanted to control the fleet how he wanted. The previous Admiral had many connections with higher ups so he couldnot interfere much with him. But now he could kick this boy out and place a new Admiral whom he could control on his whims.

He immidiately formed a court Martial and summoned Hakuya to it on charges of carelessnes in command, getting his fellow sailors killed, incompetency and many others.

For the entire week information was gathered from officers and the sailors of the fleet. And today the hearing was in progress. Hakuya was in the centre of the room with the jury before him. The prosecution stated their charges. While The defence kept silent. Afterall Hakuya had no laywer for no one would stand for him. They all thought that all those lives would not have been lost if The late Admiral and not this boy was in charge.

One by one many officers and sailors of the fleet were called for their accounts of the battle. Most of them said that Hakuya was responsible for the deaths of the sailors and the loss of The Hirio. Only a few including Marshal Ayase Spoke the ckear truth.

“Defendant Admiral Yatogami Hakuya, Against the charges placed on you, how do you plead?”

There were five judges. The head judge was a man in his 60s who had seen his share of criminals. But from this boy before him he didnt sense any such criminal vibe. On the contrary, Hakuya seemed too silent and composed for someone in his position.

“None.”

The judges were speechless. The charges on him were severe. He may even be given the death sentence. But he didnt even flinch. How could they have known? The boy in front of them had no attachment to life. He had no fear of death. But that didnt mean he would willingly get killed.

Meanwhile.....

In a lonely corridor of the court.

“This is Treachery!”

Marshal Ayase berated Captain Kazuya who frowned. “What do you mean?” He asked raising a brow. Ayase who knew who had made these false accusations searched around for the perpetrator had found him talking with his fellow sailors in this corner of the building.

“You know well what I mean! Framing him up like this!? For what? Doing his duty!?”

Kazuya scorned at that remark and retorted back, “..the hell you mean? He was the reason why our fellow sailors onboard the Hirio died! If Admiral Haruto had been here that would never have happend. He got so many people killed.”

“That is not ture! You know it. Protocol states that the investigations team has to check the area where the rift opens. Now what could he have done if there was a Hive Queen waiting for us in ambush!? Not to mention he saved all our lives. If not for him the Kuroe would be gone too! And do you think you could have defeated that enemy if you were in command?”

“Tch...” Kazuya clicked his tongue, “So what? That bastard save himself. You all happened to be there. Thats all. Well not that it matters now. He will be duly punished and stripped off his rank. Admiral Shoushi would definitely make sure of that.”

Ayase gritted her teeth. It was true that she disliked the New Admiral, but she had her morals and values. She who had stayed beside him all the while knew what happened first hand. She had also said that when the investigators had questioned her. But Kazuya had managed to brainwash most of the others into purposefully speak in ways that would make Hakuya look guilty. She was about to burst Into the court room when Kazuya held her arm.

“Let me go.”

“Cant do that. You should not disturb the judgement.”

She glared at him and tried to free herself from his grip. They were both Neo humans. Whose strengths were about ten times that of the strongest human. However Ayase was weaker in pure physical strength then Kazuya and hence she could not release herself from his grip.

“Listen Marshal. Your opinion is not needed here. After that bastard is dealt with I will be Appointed as the next admiral, That Shoushi promised me....” Kazuya gave a smirk, “So you better not get in my way or you will regret it-” *Slap*

“Hmm....?”

With a burning sensation on his cheek Kazuya reflexively let go of her hand.

“...So that was what you were after....y-you are such a low....” Ayase said in utter disgust. Kazuya was enraged at this insult. His juniors who were with him had seen him getting slapped. His Excessively large ego was hurt pretty bad.

“You bitch!”

His Arm flew at her face at full force. Ayase hurriedly blocked it with her hands but was blown back and lost her balance and fell down. Kazuya’s eyes were burning in rage.

“You bitch! Just because Admiral Shoushi favoured you, yoy think you can do whatever you want. Looks like this bitch has to be trained.”

He opened his heavy leather belt. Its buckle weighed around half a kilo. And with the power of a Neo-Human behind it its momentum increased dangerously.

“You....you are assaulting a senior officer! Do you think you will-”

“Hahahahaha.... Ah dont worry Marshal. After this will put you oncharge of some conspiracy against the state. You know i have some conncetions. And once I become the Admiral i will have you executed you hear...?”

“Hahaha sir she is such a hot chick! Cant we have soms fun first!? I always wanted to have a go with her you know!”

“Me too.” “Yep me as well”

His lackeys chimed in. Kazuya once again looked at the girl fro head to toe with a lecherous gaze. “Damn right...It will be a waste to kill her like this...Oi drag her to the empty room...we have a long day ahead of us!”

Ayase became terrified. She understood what was going to happen to her. Lust was clearly visible on the faces of Four people surrounding her. She tried to shout

“St-”

But Kazuya pressed her mouth shut with his hand. “ No need to scream Marshal. We will make sure you enjoy it...hahahaha” He began dragging her while still closing her mouth. She tried to fight back but it was useless. She was dragged into a dark corner and Kazuya tore away her skirt and upper uniform. Exposing her slender waist and bountiful breasts. Only her white underwear hid her precious parts now.

“Woah look at those tits! They are huge!”

“Hurry up Captain I can’t wait!”

Kazuya gave a wicked smile. Tears were forming in her eyes. Her glasses had fallen and crushed by Kazuya’s feet. “Someone save me...anyone.....please...” she begged in her mind. But there was no one who could hear her. Kazuya streched his hand towarss her brearst with a vulgar smile. She closed her eyes nit wanting to see what happend next.

“Lets go boys time to have some f-” *Bang* *Crash*

But the hand never reached. The three other people looked in disbelief as Kazuya was blown into the wall nit knowing what hit him. Ayase opened her eyes trying to see what happened.

“You....?”

Standing There beside her was a boy clad in a black uniform. His lifeless eyes looking at her. Then he slowly opened his coat and wrapped it around her speaking nothing.

“Damn! Who dares!”

Getting up Kazuya spat on the ground. His head was still a bit dizzy by the sudden hit. He was blasted into the wall by a kick on the side. He looked carefully at the attacker and his rage began boiling.

“You damn bastard!!!!!”

For Hakuya was standing befors him and he was the one to have sent him flying. “How the hell did you het here, son of a ****!?” He swore at the young boy but the later didnt respond. That infuriated Kazuya even more. He took a stance and dashed at Hakuya. “Take this M*********!!!!” He threw a punch with all his power into Hakuya’s face. However with small movements of his feet he neatly dodged it. Hit after hit he launched but each missed its mark, being dodged effortlessly. Kazuya was about to explode in rage.

“Damn it stay still you!”

Kazuya was now breathing heavily. He had launched hundreds of strikes by now. Yet not one hit the boy before him. This should not happen. Kazuya was the strongest Neo human in this fleet. He had trained more than anyone to fulfil his ambitions.

“Captain Kazehiko Kazuya....” Hakuya began, “...I hereby charge you wih sexual assault of a senior officer, Attempted rape of said officer, and deliberate martial assault against a high ranking officer.”

“F***k you! Oi you fools shoot him! He must have escaped from arrest! No one will blame you!”

The other three men readily took out their pistols and were about to open fire but.

*Gah!* *Gofuuu!* *Gyaaaaa!*

With a kick to tge solar plexus, the neck, and the groin, three bulky sailors were out cold on the ground. In a flash Hakuya had taken down three trained men. Kazuya once again fumed. This guy was stupidly strong. He knew by now that direct attacks wont work on him. So he decided a different approach. With all his speed he neared Ayase. If he could take her hostage then...

“So you wont listen...”

A fist hit him under the ribs and sent him flying. He spat out blood. What monstrous power! With one hit he had been internally injured.

Hakuya walked slowly towards the fallen man. “Click-Clock”, His boots making the only sound in the empty corridor. He reached beside Kazuya and pulled something from behind himself. Kazuya’s mind went on red alert. “Oi you are not going to use it are you...? You cant kill me or you will become a mur-” before he could continue his eyez met Hakuya’s. He understood. There was no escape.

“I...I am s-sorry...It was my fault...Arrest me! Arrest me! I will con-confess my crimes! Arrest me please!”

Hakuya pointed his shiny jet black Dessert Eagle at Kazuya’s head.

“You are mistaken....” He said in a voice devoid of any warmth.

“Huh?..” Kazuya let out a stupid voice.

“Men get arrested....” His heterochromatic eyes showed no emotion, “Dogs get put down...”.

“No wai-

*Bam* * Bam* *Bam*

An entire clip was emptied in his head. Kazuya’s head was blown to bits. Hakuya loaded another magazine and thdn repeated the same process with the other three.

All the while his eyes never wavered niether did his hands shiver. Ayase who saw all this almost puked but held it in. Then Hakuya put his gun back in and walked towards her.

“Hiiiii”

Ayase on a reflex began crawling back. That person was a monster. Her mind waz telling her to run away but her body was paralysed by shock and fear. She had never seen a human so cold-bloodedly kill another human. Hakuya saw this and stopped. He loooked back at the gore once and then before him. He wanted to say something but decided not to when,

“Now thats the Captain I wanted to see~”

A happy voice was heard in the silent corridor.
