That afternoon was spent designing the house they were going to make. Each gave their opinion of what was essential for them. In the end the so-called house ended becoming something akin to a mansion on paper. With each of them having a room large enough to accommodate all of them comfortably. A large bath where all of them could soak in warm water together. A massive kitchen among other things. All things considered their planned mansion ended being about fifty square-meters with a total of five floors. two underground and two above ground.

The next day everyone began working. Silver’s duty was to dig the area for the two underground floors. As expected since silver is a wolf(big dog lol) he got into it with a lot of enthusiasm. Sapphire's duty consisted of flying to the nearby mountain range searching for large boulders. These boulders would be cut to make tiles for the underground floors.

Lilith, Aurora and Mia got into cutting wood. A rather easy task for the lot of them thanks to their inhuman strength. As for tools they used their claws and magic. Aurora would cut the trees, Lilith would carry them to Mia who would cut the branches with water magic. Finally, Shadow was tasked with hunting dinner.

Likes this the days went by as all of them worked together. Of course, trouble would occur from time to time. One example would be silver who ended up digging a whole hundred meters downwards when he was supposed to only dig a quarter of that. Another worthy mention would be sapphire, who mistakenly dropped a giant boulder on top of some already processed wood destroying it.

Alas they managed to finish the whole thing after two months of hard work. Unfortunately there was no furniture yet. After all, they had just finished the structure, now they had to go through the tedious task of furnishing the place.

“It’s finished! We have a giant home for all of us! hahah”

As all of them saw their finished home Aurora could help but scream in excitement.

“Well, we still need to do the inside you know, we don’t even have bed’s yet”

“Come on Lilith, don’t be a party pooper!”

“I agree with the both of you. Even though there is still work to do, we should still celebrate”

With that said they sat inside while chatting, eating, and drinking. It was a given that the vampires were drinking blood while eating dried meat. On the other hand, Aurora was stuffing her face with raw meat and downing it with water. The reason behind this is that she once saw Silver enjoying a cut of raw meat and she got curios. After a bite she got enamoured with the taste. That is not to say that she has stopped eating cooked food though.

At that moment a loud explosion could be heard far off in the distance. Following the first a second and a third came. Worst of all the explosions grew louder pointing out that whatever was the cause is coming nearer. With their guards high our merry group ran outside to try and find out what was happening. As all of them came out they saw a figure zooming by and crashing onto the house breaking one of the walls.

The next instant another loud boom could be heard as the same figure as before zoomed out of the house from the same hole it came further damaging the structure. At that moment all everyone froze as they tried to comprehend what had just transpired. The first one to come to was Lilith. Due to the fact that all of them are inhuman they could clearly see what had crashed into their home. It was a lady.

Fueled by anger Lilith dashed after the lady. In an instant she caught up to her just before she collided against another lady. With fluid movements Lilith grabbed the first lady by the nape be before slamming her against the floor with all her might. A loud cracking sound could be heard as the soil bellow blew up forming a crater.

“I don’t know who the fuck you are but how dare you destroy our hard work! If you are still alive you better apologise now or I will snap your neck!”

No words of apology followed, instead the poor girl vomited a small pool of blood. However, that does not mean that Lilith didn’t get what she wanted. Instead the other person present was the one to apologise profusely.

“I’am sowy, I won’t do it again, hic, p-please! Don’t kill me!”

With a tear stained face the second girl apologised over and over again. This was enough to appease Lilith’s ire just enough for her to notice the oddness of the two. The crying girl has beautiful glossy dark green hair. A pair of long pointy ears and a well shaped face. With this anyone would assume she is an elf. However, there is a rather obvious indicator of why she isn't. That would be her bottom part. A long snake tail is just below the torso of the girl.

Noticing this Lilith couldn’t help but glance at the girl she was tightly holding by the nape. Short black hair and a voluptuous body covered by a silky one piece dress. Everything looked normal until she glanced at her face and back. On her face below her eyes on her forehead and next to her eyes one could see round black crystal like things. On her back, Four long spider legs protruding from her spine.

Right then the others managed to catch up to Lilith. It is worth mentioning that Lilith is the fastest of the bunch by far. When she gets serious, not even the flying Sapphire is able to catch her.

“Ehm, Lilith, who are they? and is she alright?”

With a tinge of worry, Aurora pointed at the bloodied spider lady, who’s blue blood was freely flowing from her wounds. Unlike Lilith, Aurora wasn’t as affected by the destruction of their house. For her, as long as everyone is safe she doesn’t really care.

“This is the girl that destroyed our house and I think she is fine… probably”

“Master, let me check her condition. As for you, you better start explaining what is going on”

With a glare Mia pointed at the still whimpering snake girl. Who after a few attempts at talking managed to calm down enough to speak.

“M-my name is Nina, the queen of the nagas. That insect’s name is Elize, the self proclaimed spider queen. We don’t have the best of relationships and quarrel often. Because of this a hundred years ago we agreed to fight here instead of fighting inside our territories. Since our brawls would usually leave the place devastated. We were having our usual bout when you guys appeared”

“hmf you call yourself a queen but you begged me for mercy while crying like a little girl”

“That! I couldn’t help it! It’s the first time I encountered someone as terrifying as you! Hic!”

With a glacre not only Lilith but also Mia shut up the poor Nina. It is worth mentioning that the two are young for their respective species. Nina is a hundred and seventy-two years old while Elize is even younger at a hundred and twenty- three. Their species can live up to five hundred years, sometimes even six hundred. This coupled with the fact they have never encountered anyone stronger than each other has led them to believe there is no one above them.

“Anyway, that does not give you guys the right to destroy our house. I will be looking forward to the two of you helping out with the reconstruction”

“Why should we!”

“Oh? you don’t want to? what a shame, and here I was thinking about letting the two of you live”

“We will help! We will help as much as we can!”

Like that Nina and Elize were dragged inside the destroyed house. After some medical attention from Mia and an hour of rest Elize woke up. As soon as she saw Nina her blood boiled with anger. She would have leapt to strangle her if it weren’t for the sudden wave of horrifying killing intent that froze her in place. At that moment she noticed Lilith and realized the one that had knocked her out was her.

“Erm, w-who might you be?”

“I am the person whose house you destroyed. My name is Lilith.

Elize gulped audibly before continuing with the conversation. After Nina explained what happened Elize understood what she needed to do to survive.

Days went by as the two worked not only to patch but also enhance the mansion. The one who had it worse was Elize. Thanks to her being an arakne she was forced to make many thread based products for Lilith and her family. From curtains to bed covers, there was no end to it. This is not to say that Nina had it easy either.

Nina was unlike Elize and had to do the hard labor. While Elize had to work with her threads which was something she was very used to, Nina had to work physically. Even though she is a humanoid monster with inhuman strength that does not mean she has infinite stamina.

Finally, two weeks after the incident the two were released from their enslavement. With glee and joy the two wanted to rush to their respective territories while hoping to never see this monstrous group again. However, Lilith’s words before they left made all their hope turn into despair.

“If we need anything we will go looking for you girls. Don’t worry, we are not evil so we will offer a fair trade okay”

“S-sure”

“y-yeah, you can visit any time… hehe”

Like that the two left while containing their tears with all their might. They wished for the little vampire girl to forget about their existence. Something that simply wouldn’t happen.
