Len Zen watched as everyone focused on him and felt a little self-satisfied at heart. This is the feeling he loved the most after all.

Clearing his throat, he continued "As you all know soon There will be an arrival of a representative from Red wind institute, as the most promising of the younger generation of our respective clans even so it is not known what the requirements for the acceptance."

"So what are you suggesting we do?"Ranz said.

Everyone also wondered after all this wasn’t a decision they can affect especially since they don’t even know the criteria used.

Len Zen watched everyone’s doubtful eyes, but was not surprised, this was all within his expectations. So he smiled and responded.

"I have just gotten news from one of my father’s old friends who is in Basin City that the recruitment would be allowed to anyone under the age of 18 and the requirements are; talent, battle experience and at least a cultivation of elemental body 4th tier."

When the group heard this some frowned while some had hope in their eyes.

Len Zen then continued "The cultivation level isn’t a must though as ones talents may overrule this need"

"In terms of if you do not meet the cultivation criteria in terms of talent you must have a High compatibility"

When Len Zen finished his sentence those that had hope in their hearts when they heard they may not have to be an elemental body of the 4th tier suddenly lost hope.

Having high compatibility with an element isn’t rare but its not completely common for example four youths here are of medium compatibility with respective elements.

"Of course if you are compatible with a derived element or rule Then you can get through" When He said this Len Zhen had a sneer aon his face and everyone knew why.

In this world there are; wind, water, fire, Earth and Wood or better known as plants.

Then there are derived elements such as lightning, ice, metal etc.

Then there are Laws such as ;Light ,Space ,Darkness even poison

Unless one was born with the compatibility with the derived elements or had some earth shaking change due to some kid of treasure then it would be impossible to use them before the realm of the Law seeker.

The same is especially true for the laws.

During the elemental body realm, the point is to saturate your body with the elemental magic particles flowing in the air of the respective Elemental affiliations. Most people have compatibility with multiple elements but its best to only absorb those you have the strongest affinity with.

For example, if someone has a low affinity with water and fire and a medium affinity for earth and Wind. While having a high affinity for wood they may choose to absorb only those particles and keep the wood as the one with the most particles absorbed.

You can choose to only absorb and one type as well but this may speed up or slow down your progress depending on person to person and the environment.

Law seeker realm is where the mage contacts laws and may incorporate them but for those living in blood mage city this level is almost a legend.

While everyone was feeling down someone came upstairs, it was a young youth dressed as a butler, he then proceeded to Len Zen and whisper something in his ears.

Listening Len Zen became annoyed

"What’s wrong brother Zen?" , asked Mia

"It seems someone feels we aren’t doing a good job" he said

He then proceeded to tell in detail about what his butler told him which was about a vigilante going around helping people in the slums.

Their purpose for being sent out is actually to be training by handling the crime problems in the slums. Now someone has come and done their job better it has naturally annoyed these self-centered youths, especially after the pressure of the Red Wind institute they were looking for ways to blow off steam.

So they naturally stayed and started planning how to deal with this sea gull trying to play canary.
