The bus soon reached back to West district high school, Liu Feng along with the other students got down the bus.

“Liu Feng come see me in the staff room.” Han Yau said as he gestured to Liu Feng.

Liu Feng nodded and headed to the staff room. Soon all the students who went for the competition told the rest of the students how Liu Feng got first place, with his 20,000 points. As well as how Liu Feng found an asura that was on the run from the pillars and told them their location.

The rumors spread wildly all over the school, and it soon reached Lei Jun’s ears. “Damn that bas***d he took my chance to enter the scholarship, and he even got first place. He must have cheated, he told me that would tell me his secret on how he breaks through so fast. Should I blackmail him for that? It is the least he could do after killing my sister.” Lei Jun plotted.

Avoiding all the gazes the students were giving him some filled with envy and hate while others were filled with admiration, Liu Feng entered the staff room.

“You made it, how is it being at the center of attention?” Han Yau asked chuckling.

“Does not feel good, makes me feel as if I have something on my face with all those eyes on me.” Liu Feng said as he walked towards Han Yau.

“Anyways the reason why I called you was, to tell you that Infinite University starts in 1 month. Thus you will have a 1 month holiday before you enter University, rest well during this one month, and don’t do anything dangerous.” Han Yau advised him, taking out a certificate before handing it to Liu Feng.

“What is this?” Liu Feng asked taking the certificate from Han Yau.

“This is your graduation certificate from high school. Congratulations.” Han Yau patted his shoulder.

“Thank you Mr. Han for your guidance and your concern, I will make you proud to have a student like me in Infinite University.” Liu Feng said bowing to Han Yau.

“Boy, you already have made me a proud teacher, having one of my students enter University at the age of 14 is something I can brag about for the rest of my life. But remember in University there will be older students who have more experience than you, take care of yourself and don’t do anything stupid.” Han Yau said.

“I will keep that in mind, Mr. Han.”

“Now go-go, enjoy your break you definitely need it.” Han Yau said as he shooed Liu Feng out of the staff room.

Liu Feng chuckled as he left the staff room. “Mr. Han is a good teacher.” He thought.

“Now time to go back home and upgrade Kumo into a grade D weapon.” Liu Feng thought as he rushed back home.

Reaching home Liu Feng took out Kumo placing it on his lap along with a Foundation establishment beast core, soon enough red Qi started emitting from his necklace.

“I knew it I had to be at Foundation establishment to upgrade the weapon using a foundation establishment beast core.”

Soon enough the beast core disintegrated merging with Kumo causing it to glow with a gold tinge. After a while, Kumo entered Liu Feng’s body and into his Qi Sea.

“So this is the sign of a weapon entering Grade D.” Liu Feng thought.

He then took out Kumo from his Qi sea, he noticed that there was now a total of 6 engravings of clouds 3 on each side.

It is engraved on my ring as well, once I enter Infinite University I will also have to enter the weapon smithing and armor forging organization in Central District.” Liu Feng made up his mind as there was still things regarding forging and smithing that he could not understand.

And no amount of books would be able to compare with practical experience.

Entering the Phoenix building he showed his VIP card and immediately asked for Chu Meng.

“How have you been young sir it had been a long time since I saw you. What can I assist you with today?” Chu Meng asked.

“I would like to sell some things but can we discuss this in the VIP room?” Liu Feng asked as he did not want to create a commotion at the lobby of the Phoenix Building by taking the huge amount of beast heads and cores.

“Sure Sure let us go to the VIP room.” Chu Meng escorted Liu Feng to the VIP room.

Liu Feng sat on the sofa before telling Chu Meng, “I would like to sell 2000 beast heads at the Qi refinement realm, 5000 beast heads at the Foundation establishment realm, 4000 beast heads at the Essence transmutation realm and 12,999 beast cores.”

Chu Meng was stunned for a while, “Young Sir you are not joking with me right?”

Liu Feng ignored that question and walked to the corner of the room before unloading all the heads and the cores from his ring, he then asked Chu Meng “Does this look like I am joking?”

“This…this is a lot of stuff. I apologize, young sir, I will immediately call upon a few assistance to count and evaluate the products so that we can put a price on these items you are selling. Please sit here for a moment it will not take long.” Chu Meng said as he hurriedly rushed out.

Liu Feng sat back down on the sofa and slowly sipped his tea. He watched as 20 attendants entered the room and started counting the heads and the cores.

After 30 mins Chu Meng walked up to Liu Feng before saying, “Young sir we have evaluated the products and we are willing to buy 12,999 beast cores for 1 orange dram. For the beast's heads we are willing to buy all of it for 75 purple drams, is that okay with you?”

“Holy shit that is a lot of money!” Liu Feng thought

“Yes, that is okay with me.” Liu Feng said as he took 1 orange dram and 75 purple drams from Chu Meng.

“Is there anything else young sir?” Chu Meng asked politely.

“There is nothing else, I will see myself out. And also don’t call me young sir next time, I am but an orphan my name is Liu Feng.”

Chu Meng was stunned as he watched Liu Feng walk out of the room. “This means he is not a young master from some big clan? Then how does he have so many resources? Either way, I will have to assist him, because of him I was promoted time and time again. With this sale now, I will be promoted even higher than the 11th-floor manager.”

Liu Feng reached back home and crashed on his bed, he then took out all the 75 purple drams and the 1 orange dram and placed it on his bed.

“I am rich!” Liu Feng screamed before rolling around all over the drams.

After a few minutes of rolling around, he kept all the drams back into his ring and started sorting out and arranging the things in his ring.

Liu Feng then noticed Bai Li’s gauntlets sitting in a corner of his ring. “I totally forgot about this gauntlets, I will just keep them for now maybe I will have use for them in the future.” He thought.

Liu Feng planned to rest up today before leaving for Central district tomorrow, just then he heard a knock on his door.

“I don’t have visitors at all? Who the hell could it be?” Liu Feng sent out his Qi trying to sense the person outside. He determined the person outside to have a cultivation of Qi gathering 9, “Is that Lei Jun?”

Liu Feng ran to the door excited that Lei Jun might have forgiven him after so long. Opening the door, he was stunned to see that Lei Jun did not have the atmosphere of forgiving someone.

“Liu Feng, what is your secret for cultivating so fast? Tell me or else I will tell everybody that you have a secret for cultivating so fast, I will also report to the authorities that you are the one killed the Bai clan as well as my sister!” Lei Jun said staring at Liu Feng with a threatening gaze.

“Lei Jun are you seriously doing this?” Liu Feng asked in shock that his friend he had known for so long would do this to him.

“Of course I will do this, I have come to collect the debt of protecting you during middle school. As well as the debt for killing my sister.” Lei Jun said as he pushed Liu Feng.

Liu Feng stood firmly not moving from the push, “The debt for killing your sister? The debt for protecting me during middle school? Are you actually serious right now!” He screamed.

“Yes the debt of protecting you during middle school must be paid, as if I had not done that my sister would not have died, my mother would not be in so much pain. Dammit Liu Feng it is all your fault!” Lei Jun screamed as he punched Liu Feng in the face.

But Liu Feng did not flinch at all, “Lei Jun I gave your family the purple dram I took from Bai Li’s ring what more do you want from me?”

“You think 1 purple dram is worth my sister’s life? I want your secret on how you cultivate so fast, give me that and I will consider the debt you owe me paid.”

“Human beings are trash!” Liu Feng screamed in his mind

“You want my secret? And with that, you will consider the debt paid? All this while you thought that our friendship was a debt I owe you?”

“There was never a friendship in between us it has always been a debt you owed me.” Lei Jun said with an arrogant look on his face.

Liu Feng was shocked that the friend he knew for so long had changed just because of greed and jealousy.

“Okay, I will tell you my secret.” Liu Feng said his voice full of sadness.

“Tell me, faster tell it to me.” Lei Jun’s greed was overflowing from his face.

Liu Feng looked and Lei Jun for a minute, with a sigh he said “I am not human.”

“What do you mean you are not human, don’t lie to me and try to hide your secret by saying something so absurd. Tell me your secret now!”

“I am sorry my friend.” Liu Feng said looking at Lei Jun’s eyes before grabbing his neck and snapping it.

Lei Jun was stunned, but that only lasted for a split second before his neck snapped and he died. With the look of surprise still on his face, surprised that Liu Feng killed him without any hesitation whatsoever.

Liu Feng then kept the body of Lei Jun in his ring, walking back to his bed he sat down and started to think.

“Was killing Lei Jun the right course of action? Was there anything I could have done to prevent him from going to the authorities or telling people that I could cultivate faster than normal people?”

“If I had let him go, the pillar would become suspicious of me and they might investigate me. I cannot let anyone know that I am not human."

“Even if that person is my friend.”
