The light radiated from Ye Yingyuan’s entire body. And then a pillar formed in his body, to be exact in his spiritual consciousness. This pillar stood proudly even though it lacks one energy point to make it a standard pillar.

A booming sound echoed through the entire residence! A light pillar was formed from the sudden explosion of energy which caused the entire room to be gone.

“This is...” Ye Canghai confused upon seeing the pillar that stood in front of him. He never encountered something like this so he just enjoyed it thoroughly.

The dark sky dissipated and the cold wind stopped. Everything turned to normal and even the ice needles that pierced Ye Yingyuan’s body started to fall one by one. Each time it fell, a sound like glass shattering could be heard.

“So, why are you hugging me?” Ye Yingyuan tapped Li Ling on her shoulders softly. After that act, she raised her heads and looked at the face of that boy. Li Ling stared at him for some time before she said, “I’m afraid something might happen to you.”

She said it with her sincere tone without hiding anything. This increased the good warm feeling inside Ye Yingyuan’s heart. After that, they separated from each other and then the second one to come was Ye Canghai.
