《Sanctity of Blood》Chapter 11 : A meeting for the all powerful.

As Drake activated his wood ability and poured the remaining vitality he had into the ordinary branch, small branches endlessly grew on it going in the direction of the beasts. Before long, all the beasts, Simba included, whether they were in the sky or on the ground, whether they had a body or just a nascent soul, were trapped into a lush green prison made of branches.
The branches were being supplied with vitality, so no matter how much the beasts struggled and cut some, a hundred more branches would grow in their place.
Even Simba seemed to be forced to ignite his body on fire in his hopeless struggle against the unending branches.
"Drain." Said Drake as he used the branches to activate the draining ability of the Wood element to allow him to siphon the vitality of the beasts.
Whether in body or in nascent soul, the beasts saw themselves being drained of their vitality. They started dying one after the other.
Simba seemed to be at peace with the whole situation. His vitality was being siphoned away but it seemed negligible. It seemed that the little human had other plans for him. For some reason, his enemy wanted to keep him alive and that scared him immensely.
Simba spit his strongest fire after he made a decision to detonate his Void Soul. His fire burned a way towards the child and red wolf. Before the way closed with new branches, his Void Soul left his body and used the way he had carved out to get as close as possible to the enemy. The closer he was, the more impact the explosion would make.
Simba wasn't sure he could kill them, but he didn't want to be at their mercy. He reckoned that his wife and kids were far enough and he didn't want to reveal the location of the Undead God Corpse should the two ask for it once he was at their mercy.
'Maybe they came for that corpse. All the more reason not to give it to them.' Simba thought.
Of course, he had no idea that Drake could find it without him.
As the battle had almost reached its conclusion, a hidden figure could be seen just below the clouds. He exuded mystery and power. In fact, he was one of the most powerful in the Allverse.
An Allverse was a cluster of multiple multiverses. It was also governed by an Allgod in most cases. To be an Allgod, you had to be chosen by the spirit of an Allverse or become an Allgod Candidate by being bestowed that power and title by another Allgod. Once chosen, whether mortal or immortal, you would be imbued by endless power by the spirit of the Allverse, a strength surpassing any being in the Allverse. Once, you were chosen, there was no way your immortal reign would be disputed.

That being boasted of a strength that was on par or even above that of an Allgod.
He was black. He was born on the African continent as a God of a tribe. His name was Anansi, the african trickster god. He was born with a body whose upper body looked human and the lower body of a spider. Now however, he looked completely human.
Time seemed to slow down as another being arrived. He was wearing a robe that looked a like it had be carved out of a starry sky. The same for his hair, skin and eyes. Everywhere you looked, it was like looking at a black background draped with stars.
"You're finally here Silas. Who else did you bring with you?" Anansi said to Silas.
"Good to see you too, Anansi. I brought the United Pantheon with me. I guess they are homeless now...hehehe." Silas said with a grin. He waived his hand and then three figures appeared out of thin air. Of those three figures, one was a dragon with three eyes trying hard to maintain human form. The second also had three eyes and had a human body that was transparent and made of a multitude of colors, there was a fist sized transparent multicolored little dragon on his shoulder, he also had a sword with a pummel in the form of a white dragon. The third wore a simple blue robe and had a skin as white as snow just like his three eyes. The three men all had the same facial features, as if they were triplets.
Anansi then asked the white eyed blue robed being of the United Pantheon, "Lord Devinn, did you perhaps piss off the Allverse Spirit of your Allverse? I know Allgods do not have that authority so it can only be the Allverse Spirit. It threw you all out into the Chaosverse did it not?"
The white eyed man, Lord Devinn, just chuckled and said, "We only sought equality for all, but it doesn't always end the way we want it to. Look at our dear friend Drake, he tried his best but ended up dying at the hands of the Allgod of this Allverse. We can only leave it to fate."
Silas then seriously said, "Lord Devinn, we asked you here to ask you to make a wish. Based on what I know and have seen, the Allgod isn't completely sure that Drake is dead in the future...and he's right. I shared my power with Drake before the decisive fight fearing that he wouldn't be the Allgod's match. He can now create his own space time continuum like I do allowing him to detach himself from space and time and appear anywhere and anytime without creating ripples in time. When he fought the Allgod, he had only sent his most powerful clone. Right now, he's hiding in another Allverse. I know that the Allgod is going to be here at this specific time to kill Drake before he accepts the legacy of the previous Allgod of this Allverse. We ask that you help us this time."

"I understand. What kind of wish do you want?"Lord Devinn asked.
Silas paused for a moment before he said: " We ask that you make the Allgod forget about Drake's existence."
"I know we're among friends here but a wish of that magnitude will take a good chunk of my wish energy...so how much are you willing to compensate me?" Lord Devinn said with a grin.
"Your wish energy accumulates on its own with time. What if I were to share my power with you? You can then accelerate time at your leisure and have endless wish energy at your disposal." Silas said.
Lord Devinn then chuckled, "Alright. When is the Allgod going to be here?"
"He's already here." The three eyed man with dragon characteristics said.
Anansi turned to the dragonman and then said, "I'm surprised you found him before I did, Alwyn. After all, I'm stronger than you."
"You? Stronger than me? You can't even survive a normal punch from me. You think those eons I spent in our paradise was just for show? Every second you spend in there, your power is doubled. Our newborns are born with bodies powerfully enough to fight Elder Gods. In the future, as our people gain more power, their offsprings will be born with the power of Allgods while you will still be at your current level. Hmph, don't talk anymore nonsense with me." Alywn the dragonman said.
Anansi grinned, "hehehe...you know what my power is like. You can't even manage to kill me with all that endless power you boast about. Wanna have a go at it? Let's see if you've grown stronger than the last time you lost to me."
In anger, Alwyn's humanoid body was about to let its Dragon side take over.
Seeing this development, Lord Devinn hastily said, "Alwyn, stop! Your true dragon body is as big as a universe. What's going to happen to this little planet if you undo the seal I put on you? Besides, you know very well that you're the only one here who cannot beat Anansi. That's why he always picks on you. Last time he almost tricked you into killing yourself..."
The little multicolored dragon on the transparent man's shoulder then abruptly opened its eyes.
The transparent and multicolored man then grasped his sword and then disappeared from where he stood.
Silas then turned to Anansi, "Cast your Incandescent True Limbo while Kane pins the Allgod down. Now!"
A ball of light came out of Anansi's palm who then crushed it. From the place where the ball had been crushed to the confines of the universe, everything disappeared and turned white. Only six beings were left into that world made of white light: Silas Stewart, Anansi, Alwyn, Lord Devinn, Kane and then the Allgod.
"I should've known that that despicable beast's friends would come to protect him. One of you should have time related powers to be able to bring you back so far in time. Once I've killed him the rest will be at my mercy." A seductive voice said before a beautiful woman appeared before them. She had blue hair, blue eyes and she wore a blue attire.
She was so beautiful that the other five were at a loss for words.
Lord Devinn was the first to break the ice, "Silas, can you tell me what's going on? How could that lecherous Drake not fall in love with her to the point of abandoning his candidacy at being the Allgod for her? Instead, he wanted to kill her...Something must have happened between the two of them. Tell us."
"Well, Drake felt so guilty that he almost went mad..." Silas said as he scratched his head, trying to find a way to break the news to them.
"What? She ignored him?" Alwyn asked amused.
Silas then tried to seriously say, "Well, despite what our eyes tell us, that's not a woman... It's a man..."

Covenant Sinners: The Origin of a Demon Queen
Demon-slayer knight Hector Aeronwen became an enemy of all humankind after saving a dying half-demon girl out of pity. Little did he know, his impulsive action had forever changed the course of the world and the fates of many. This is the story about Hector's desperate quest and the beginning of the demoness whose destiny is to shake the world to its very foundation. Author's note: At the risk of spoiling too much of this story, I want to reveal a bit about the core idea behind this work of fiction. I set out with the idea to write a story in the perspective of the second in command of a demon lord, which then would be followed up with large scale kingdom buildings and warring states. But then I asked myself: what past do they have between them for the Demon Lord to have so much faith in her second in command, and for him to be so loyal to such a horrible being? So this is my attempt at writing the origin of those two, who, while hated by all races in the world, still have each other as the only confidant to entrust their life to. If you are like me and want to see where this premise, with a vague destination in mind, will lead to, please have a read and give me your valued feedback!
