Flight 0 – The Creation of the Universe:
On a large, sandy planet a lone figure riding a flying motorbike races towards the edge of a large cliff around 5 miles away. As he glances at the small countdown at the edge of his vision he notes the time, 400 seconds and counting down. Revving the engine up, and increasing the speed the Flyer roars towards the cliff at break neck speeds. With 34 seconds remaining on the countdown the rider gets off the bike and looks over the cliff towards the setting sun. When the countdown hits zero, bright spots of light appear, one popping in after the other until the entire sky is lit with thousands of different colors all trying to dominate the crowding sky. Then in a flash of searing light everything turns black, as if the world shut off all light. A box appears in front of him,
You have Died.
One level is lost.

When he logged out and removed his Unicorn VR headset, the young man got up and washed his face, as he thought of the last month of game play he shivered with excitement for when SPACE AGE would be released for real.
The next day the long awaited video came up. As a man, around 25 with a strong steady look, walked into the field of view suspense built, “Hello,” the man said in a deep voice, that was calming but authoritative,” I am Charles Gouth, CEO of ViviTech , and lead developer of Space Age, We are happy to announce that in one months’ time the second ever V.R. game will be for sale, The Space age team is happy to see the public’s response to our endeavor and can’t wait to see you all enjoy the game we have created.” With a slight grin appearing at the edge of his mouth and a small chuckle the screen fades to black and the words ‘ Space Age, The Greatest Adventure, come on screen. Then the clip ends. When this video first come online social media blared, the Space Age website was so overloaded that the site was shut down, and the video had to be re-uploaded to YouTube and other video sites in order to be watched.

Surprisingly, in the fantasy LitRPG genre. A girls death forms the foundation for a plan centuries in the making. But when she shakes off their control, and forces the plans of beings millenia old to change, can she avoid being tied up as a loose end? With only what she could take with her in her mind, and a new body with surprising depths, she begins her new life in a world unlike her own. This is my first writing project in almost a decade, so there is going to be a lot of improvements from me as I shake off the rust. And of course, as the world I'm creating comes to life! So if you like the concept, please bear with me, and hopefully I'll reach the high standards I know you have. Edit (04/04/2018): Witness the power of my complete lack of any artistic talent! There is now cover art for this fiction. Its just barely better than the default, but hey, minimalism is in, right?

Junkyard Scavenger
Junkyard does not discriminate. This place where rejects gather is impartial to your past. Almost completely cut off from the Overworld, its limited resources put the residents at odds, as they struggle for each scrap they can get their hands on. You can decide to live in peace, but poverty, or try for a chance to leave. If you choose to leave, then be prepared to steal, plunder, fight, cripple, and kill if necessary. Gather items and become stronger. Crush your opponents as you take theirs for your own, and roll the weighted dice. Marco has watched for years how humans treat their lives like gambling chips. He saw delusion, confused with hope, and warnings falling on deaf ears. A million believing they are the one. Because don't you just need a few rare items to be unstoppable? Some EXP to dominate? Just a little luck? Surely, if you keep trying, fate will work out in your favor, no? Marco knows better than that. He's learned that patience is a virtue. He hopes others will listen; that they would learn. In time, things could be better. He plans to see to that himself. But when he meets Jeanne, their values clash. They both desire the same, yet their means differ. One would risk it all on a hunch, the other waits until the perfect moment. Does either understand the consequences of their methods? How does patience fare when time is not your ally? Do not hesitate. Doubt will drag you down. Beware of friend and foe. Because Junkyard does not forgive mistakes. A grimdark LitRPG story that's not just LitRPG, and not just grimdark. Updates about twice a week. Please feel free to leave some feedback. I'll appreciate it very much!
