The princess held out her hand. There was a teacup in it. Moniker tilted his head in confusion.
"You drink it."
"Drink?"
The princess suddenly had a frown on her perfect face. It was a frown that could sadden the Gods(not Moniker though).
"You don't know how to drink?"
"...no."
"Oh..."
The princess reluctantly took back the teacup. Then a mischievous smile grew on her face.
"What are you exactly?"
"...sky elf."
The mischievous smile continued to grow. Moniker flew away from. The table that the princess was sitting at and began to absentmindedly play with the mana in the air around them. The princess got up from her seat and walked over towards Moniker. Tiny multicolored sparks of electricity could be seen around Moniker.
"What's your name?"
Moniker looked over at his status.
"...Moniker."
"That's an odd name."
The princess walked closer towards moniker.
"Hey, Moniker!"
The sparks around Moniker ceased. The princess pulled Moniker down to the ground.
"...?"
The smile on her face was gone. She held Moniker's hand with hers's and in the other, a metal object could be seen.
Moniker was watching the mana float by and suddenly, he felt pain. Soon a fearful expression took over Moniker's face. A message appeared before Moniker.
[Warning]
Status effect 'tranquilize' has been...
Moniker's vision faded to black before he could even read it.

"You want me to find your boyfriend?"
"He's not my boyfriend!"
Scarlet could be seen talking to her grandfather. Dracula seemed to be teasing her.
"Why do you want me to find him so much then?"
"B-because..."
"...fine. I'll see what I can do."
"Thank you!"
Scarlet could be seen carrying a joyous expression. She then left the room Dracula was in.
"Kids these days..."

Moniker woke up in the evening in a forest that he didn't recognize. The ground was oddly tough.
Moniker look at his wrist and a small scar was there. Moniker began to feel sad.
"Why?"
Moniker got up off of the ground. He left the ground for the air. It was almost difficult to do so. However, he still flew into the air gracefully. Then he noticed something.
"Where did all of the lights(mana) go?

Unwitting Champion
"In stories this is always easy. There's magic and powers, and quick steps to claiming that power for one's self. This doesn't feel true for me. I'm supposed to be a Champion, whatever that means, and yet I don't feel important. I don't have all the bells and whistles, which honestly feels familiar even in a new world. But what was I expecting? I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.
