"How much coin do you have?" Fierlo asked Saer.

"For this deed. None! Try something else."

"Calajhans are in danger. Time is slipping from our hands. Do you want them exposed to perils?"

"You don’t understand! This is all I have got."

Fierlo snatched his coin bag and said, "Then consider that you have nothing to lose from this point."

Saer watched his wealth being distributed to those people standing ahead of them.

He could do nothing except controlling his urge to punch Fierlo into unconsciousness.

Fierlo is trying to help me. He convinced himself while this bag started to become empty one coin after another.

Looked like Fierlo's plan was working.

Queue was contracting in a very short period.

I will not need the gold if I get inside Calajhan's home. Saer was getting used to of Fierlo's charity now.

"Here you have it." Fierlo offered a coin to man on front, "Now get lost till tomorrow."

The peasant had no problem in doing so.

Saer followed Fierlo to get in the house.

Tadeas sighed after seeing them once more.

"We come here by your rules." Saer said, "Now tell me where Nortze is."

"Is your head fine, madam?" Fierlo asked Mrs. Tadeas.

She had no intention to talk with him.

"Saer, I am on work." Tadeas breathed.

"So?" Saer narrowed his eyebrows.

"Sit." Tadeas said by pointing at a chair in front of a table. He sat in his own chair and waited for Saer to get in the armchair at the other end.

Tadeas slid a cup at his direction.

"I don’t drink." Saer said.

Tadeas laughed.

"I don’t expect you to drink from empty mug either."

His eyes fell on the mug.

"Make this heavy." Tadeas locked eyes with him.

Fierlo came with the pouch and put two gold coins in there.

"Heavier." grinned Tadeas.

Fierlo leaned towards Saer's head and whispered, "No coins left."

Tadeas heard it crystal clear.

"Fill this with coins till tomorrow and I will do the job for you."

"This is outrageous." Fierlo snapped.

"Yes it is."

Saer clutched the mug and walked out of the chair.

When they were about to exit, Tadeas said, "You two can skip queue when you come tomorrow. And if you don’t have coins till tomorrow, at this time, then consider my kindness expired."

The door closed another time, but the opportunity for them was still open. Saer was looking to make large of it.
