《Nirvana》Working Together

They rejected some players since Emile or the other members of the party didn't like them. If everyone liked the person, then they would be accepted into the party.
Scarlet Sunset also stuck around and watched the recruitment process. She gave her opinion on the people.
In Emile's eyes, she was almost as pretty as Lily. She had dark red hair that went past her shoulders. Her eyes were dark green. She had a pale, white face.
Another person came up.
This person was equipped with common equipment. Nothing stood out from him. The only thing that Emile felt was a strong fighting will. He was always ready to fight.
"Hi... my name is Nimble Rob. Like my name suggests I use a rod as my main weapon." He was nervous at first, but this went away after he spoke.
"I have the water skill system. I created an original skill using water." He said. He mentioned his strong points,
"You're the person who got a 98% proficiency on your water sphere," Emile said. When he saw the proficiency, he felt surprised since most players had their proficiency in the 50's or 60's.
This person caught Emile's attention.
"Can you show me the skill you created?" Emile said with interest.
"Okay," Nimble Rod said.
He took out a rod and attacked the sky with it. Water particles surrounded his rod. It was visible to the naked eye.
He told them it did water damage alongside his physical attack.
This was a passive skill that used a set amount of mana for each attack.
He surrounded the rod with particles of water.
It required a lot of concentration to maintain it as a passive skill. Most people would keep it as an active skill since it required lots of manas to keep up.
"How does your mana keep up to your usage of this skill?" Emile asked.

"I got an item from the lucky box that gives mana regeneration." Nimble Rob replied. He revealed everything without a second thought. He was an innocent person who didn't know much about the world.
This was why Emile felt a sense of fighting will. He had a passive skill that made him always ready for a fight.
Emile messaged Flower Queen and Scarlet Sunset. Emile added Scarlet Sunset to his friend's list after she joined his party.
"I like this guy. I think we should add him to the party. He's also a genius for having such high proficiency." Emile persuaded his party.
Flower Queen and Scarlet Sunset stared at him.
Nimble Rod felt nervous. He knew this was the deciding choice.
"Yeah. let's add him." Scarlet Sunset said.
"I agree," Flower Queen agreed with Scarlet Sunset.
"Welcome to the party," Emile said.
Emile added him into the party.
"Thanks, I feel so excited," His joy couldn't be hidden. If he could he would jump around.
But he didn't want to embarrass himself.
"That's enough for today. If you would like to join our party, then come back tomorrow. Tell your Nirvanic friends about us and we might accept you. Thank you for your time and efforts. I'll check the rest of the results today." Flower Queen said.
They were waiting here for 3 hours. They had done little other than recruit two players. Time Walker finished his quest and logged out to eat.
Emile and Lily logged out to eat.
They ate together after Emile asked her. They went to a nearby restaurant and ate dinner. It was turning late, so they skipped lunch and ate dinner.
It was 8 pm.
They returned home. Their first date was complete with nothing interesting happening.
When Emile entered his home, he noticed that Azure was moving around more than normal. Emile memorized Azure's movement since she lived with him for over 10 years.

Emile thought there was something wrong with her.
"Is there anything wrong," Emile asked. He hoped for a certain response.
"No. Check pictures." Azure replied. She repeated the same phrase.
He felt relieved when it said there was nothing wrong. Emile checked the pictures. Azure opened to a mini screen which showed different pictures.
Emile was alarmed. He saw a few people in his room. There were three people who removed a few things. He zoomed in on the picture and saw it was a small camera.
Someone was watching his movements. He didn't know the implications of this.
The only thought he had was: when and how did they get the cameras in his room?
Azure was always active. How did they insert the cameras into the room? This was a mystery to Emile. He didn't know who the people that entered his room were.
Emile calmed down Azure and thought about ways to deal with this. He couldn't figure out a way to learn more information. They covered their entire head with black so he couldn't see their faces.
Emile didn't worry too much about this. He couldn't do anything about it so he logged onto Nirvana.
"Do you guys want to go level up?" Emile asked.
The new party members were both level 6. They were weaker than all the other players.
Emile wanted them to reach a level 7 or 8.
They agreed to go grind. Emile showed them the location they were grinding at. He teleported to Kantaro Mines with them.
Emile looked for more Mythril before heading off. He found 2 pieces of Mythril in the market. He now had 9 pieces of Mythril.
Emile's party headed towards the swamp with everyone in his party. He wanted to see how the new members would do against stronger opponents.
They let them try a fight with an alligator. They damaged the alligator a decent amount.
Nimble Rob was nimble. He could dodge the attacks of the alligator with ease. Scarlet shot Air blasts at the alligator. She did loads of damage to the alligator.
Even though they had never fought together, they were adapting to the other's person's movement.
After the first alligator died, Emile, Flower Queen, and Time Walker joined in the fights. They wanted to improve their teamwork become stronger.
Emile, Nimble Rob, and Flower Queen attacked in close range while Scarlet Sunset and Time Walker attacked from the distance.
Their efficiency skyrocketed.
They could kill the alligators in about fifteen seconds which was a mind blowing pace. There weren't enough alligators on the outskirts of the swamp so they went deeper into the swamp.
The party was getting better at killing the alligators. They were even faster at killing.
Since the level of the alligators was higher than his party members, they would get more experience than normal.
After killing 30 alligators, Scarlet Sunset became level 7. She was aiming to become a strong DPS dealer. She put her free attribute points into Spirit.
"Wow, this is the fastest I've ever leveled up," Scarlet Sunset said with surprise.
"I'm about to level up," Nimble Rod said.
For the first time, Emile felt a sense of competition that arose in him. He wanted to improve his skills and fight against his party.
They headed to the center of the swamp. They noticed a giant alligator resting in the center of the swamp. It was an alligator king.
Emile felt that this fight wouldn't be a problem for them. He believed in their skills.

Are they just there for games, or is there a greater game being played? My first attempt at writing LitRPG. I I'm learning as I go and therefore will probably stumble over numerous cliches of the genre and writing in general. Definitely a work in progress.
