《Divine Intrusion: The Demonic Repentance》Giving a First Time

So officially, we were unofficially dating.
Cassie came to see me everyday after that. Her presence was getting more and more calm being around me. I enjoyed it. Her anxious demeanor from before was slowly fading as well, it gave me a break from bloodthirsty and intense Demons I interacted with on a daily basis. Don’t get me wrong, we haven’t done anything I would write home about, her sexual abstinence was more real than it needed to be. We did corny stuff: holding hands, cheek kisses, cuddling, the boring stuff. Though we had been together, we hadn't been together. In any situation where we could be seen by Angels or Demons, we split pretending we didn’t know each other. We didn’t want some Angel telling on Cassie and I didn’t want any Demons to go after Cassie if they saw us together.
My mark had somewhat faded after a while so of course she wouldn’t be protected by my aura any longer, but we stayed together anyways. As of late, we hadn't seen one another and I decided it would be a good idea if we did something even Demons would shun their eyes too. I decided to visit her in Heaven. Satan knows she would have a fit the minute I showed up there, she’d freeze my ass off and hide me until we were away from sight. I showed up anyways, I could feel the faintness of my mark and navigated in the bright upper world of Heaven. The near blinding white houses sat distances from each other, cleaned and free of any debris.
I found her home. The two story house stood alone with deep green grass growing beside it, I found myself stepping on the grass and approaching the door. I hoped Ren wouldn’t be here, but I could always just make an excuse, that I wanted to kill him and that’s why I was here. Thankfully, Cassie found herself at the door in front of me when it opened. Her pearly white shirt hung off her shoulders and rested beside the length of her thigh stopping right above some loose fitting tights she wore. She looked heavenly!
“Akuma!” She yelled, but soon softened her voice, “W-what are you doing here?” She whispered, I removed my shades.
“What other reason would I have to be here for?” She shook her head.
“I don’t know, but you have to leave now! If they see you they’ll hunt you down and mout you on the mantle like a trophy!” I chuckled.
“That is if those weaklings can catch me, this isn’t my first shake down with you guys.” She made a face, in the same moment she suddenly grabbed my face and put her hand over my mouth. Before I could do anything I felt ice at my lips. She froze my hand and shoved me down behind the thick bush I was next to. She stood above me as she spoke.

“... Nothing Ren, it was just another Prophet.”
“Next time tell them to tell everyone else we don’t want anything.” I saw another pair of feet stand next to hers, “Is it like… hot to you?”
“Is it? I really can’t tell.” They were quiet for a long time.
“Oh, maybe it’s all those clothes you’re wearing. I’m sure Mar thinks it’s too much.”
“What! He does? Did he tell you that? He must have… Oh man, I bet he thought I looked horrible today!” At the expense of his crying, he left out, Cassie’s feet didn’t move and in a second I heard the door close and she spun around propping me to sit up.
“I’m sorry, Akuma, but I told you to leave. Ren almost found you and all the heat you give off.” I gave her a look, my lips still being frozen, she brought her hand up and it melted away. She did my hand as I spoke.
“Next time you think to freeze my lips you better freeze the rest of me too.” She stared fearful of my threat. I moved to sit up, “I wasn’t going to stay, but now I am.”
“Well maybe if it weren't for you talking so loud, Ren almost heard you.” I chuckle and start to move my hands a bit lower.
“Who cares?” She grunts and opens her mouth, I take this chance to try and kiss her. She flinches back violently. She stood up a small distance away from me.
“Don’t do that! I wasn't ready.” I chuckle and grab her hand.
“Sorry...” I kiss her knuckle. “But can I get a proper kiss then? I’m sure your heart is just pounding right now.” She grabbed anything she could on her and occupied herself.
“Well of course not. This is dangerous!” I smirk licking my lips, I step a bit closer to her pushing her against the side of her house.
“That’s the whole point. I’m giving you a fantasy.” She blinks several times before gasping.
“H-humans have those… T-they come from a place of sin and I-” I chuckle pecking her cheek.
“At least you know what I’m talking about. Now c’mon I’m still not done.” I lifted her in my arms. My wings sprouted and we flew into the air. “Where’s your room?” She crossed her arms and turned her head. I sigh and let go of her, she yelped and grabbed onto my neck nearly pulling me down with her, I held her back and she frowned at me. “Don’t you have wings?”
“You’re a jerk!” I smile and nuzzle my nose in her neck.
“I sure am. Now tell me where your room is.” She sighs and points.

“In the back, the first window.” I nod and fly us over to her room. I release her feet and she holds onto my neck.
“Hold on real quick.” She does as I say and I slip my hand through her window and open it, I put her down inside first then I sit on the still and fly over to her bed plopping down.
“We could have just snuck in through the front door you know.” I smile sitting up and crossing my legs.
“I know, but that’s pointless. It defeats the entire reason why I’m doing this.” She sighs and walks over to her bed sitting down like a real lady. Her knees together and the dress was pulled down covering what little skin I could see. Her shirt held against her breasts loosely while her hair rested between them somewhat, her hair was really growing from the last time I saw her. “C’mere.” She grunts and turns sitting on her knees in front of me.
“What?” She pouted her lips. Man it was hard not to just pounce right there, but I shook my head and sat up.
“You really don’t seem to want me even here… Maybe I should just leave.” I went over to her door and put my hand on the knob.
“No, Akuma wait!” She touched my shoulder stopping me from opening the door. “Don’t leave. I’m just nervous… see?” She grabbed my hand and put it where her heart was, it seriously was pounding hard.
“Woah…” She nodded. “Well…” I grab a hold of her and push her against the wall once more. “I should calm you down.” She was stuttering trying to prevent me from kissing her, but soon I felt her arms relax and watched as her eyes closed…
This time I heard the same noise she did, the door closing and footsteps in the hallway down stairs. Her eyes opened and I moved away from her.
“My parents are back…” I sigh and lean back.
“Just when things were getting good huh?” Cassie looked to me.
“You have to go.” She said with a slighly somber voice. I sigh.
“Cassie?” She looked to me surprised. I went over and kissed her forehead. “I should at least get a proper goodbye from you.” I heard her mother call her.
“I'm coming..." She responded. "Bye then.” Her baffled look made me smile. I went to her window, she followed me and spoke.
“Oh, I forgot, I probably won’t be able to meet with you tomorrow.”
“Why?” She asked.
“I have ‘work’ to get done for Lucifer.” I rolled my eyes.
“Oh right, you told me about him…”
“Yeah, but tell you what, if I can get it down before sunset I’ll take you out in the Human world. We’ll go see sites and stuff.” A small glow came behind her.
“Really?” I nod.
“Yeah, I’ll try and work quickly, but don’t hold me to anything.” She giggles.
“Looks like Demons aren’t so mean after all!” I chuckle letting her believe that. “I better see you tomorrow.” She said playfully, I leaned forward.
“I better see you tomorrow.” I chuckle and the look in her eyes was something I had never seen her before. It was like she was totally in love. “Later.”
“Bye, Akuma!” I start to fly out of Heaven and back to Hell.
...
The next day, I was somewhat conflicted. I did have more work to do and that would earn me some dinner, but I wasn't about to skip out on meeting with Cassie. It sucked, but I went another day without eating for my girlfriend. I got to the Human world, we agreed to meet back in the forest like we always did. Though for some reason, she decided to dress sexy as hell. Not that she knew she was likely, skin exposure was probably a new experience to her. We met up and I just had to admire her outfit.
“Well looks like someone decided to dress sexy for me today.” She turned with a read face.
“I did not dress s-sexy… I just dressed nice.” I chuckle getting closer to her face.
“Yeah sure, think what you want, but either way we’ll be together today in the Human world and makeing this worth it.” She smiles a bit.
“But what about your wings, can’t Humans seem them?” I shake my head.
“No, only contracted Humans who have done a deal can see wings of any kind.” She looks elsewhere.
“I didn’t know that.” I chuckled.
“What, did they keep you out of the loop that badly?” She shrugged and took my hand to swing our arms together.
“I didn’t think of anything like that, so I just didn’t ask about it, and they didn't tell me since I was never going to get to go to the Human world anyways.” I found that wrong beyond relief, but it’s not like I could say anything about it, after all I was just a Demon, but I smiled to her and pulled her closer to my side.
“Alright… Well let’s make the best of this!”

The Stormcrow Cycle
Once a powerful and lauded witch, Ba'an salu-Ba'an now lives alone in a cave in the desert, waiting to die. When she rescues an outlander from certain death she becomes embroiled in a deadly game of politics and empire, of heart and soul, but worst of all--of hope and love and a chance at a peaceful future. Can a disgraced witch find a reason to live her life again--and if so, what price must she pay? The Stormcrow Cycle is a trilogy comprising of The Exile, The Lion, and Abomination. Tags or genres for each book: The Exile: romance, slice-of-life The Lion: romance, slice-of-life, politics Abomination: tragedy, high/epic fantasy (aka "Everything is on fire!") Updates once a week whenever I have time. Cross-posted on Wattpad and Scribble Hub. The CBMokedi cover will return! Excerpt: She looked down at him again. Young. Healthy, from what she could see, except for the wound that was killing him. He was handsome in a way that suggested a life of wealth and plenty. She did not think he had ever starved. Someone important. Her shadow fell across him, and he frowned. Blearily, he opened his eyes. They were amber and bright, even as he lay dying in the dirt. She could feel his soul, blazing inside of him like a fire refusing to die even as his body began to fail. He met her gaze, eyes widening in what she guessed was surprise—or shock. But he never looked away, staring up at her as though transfixed. Ba’an made her decision. She raised her hand and covered his eyes. In another moment, a murder of crows cawed as they took wing. The man and woman were gone from the road, leaving only the dead staring up into the sky. Note: This is a high-fantasy set in a low-magic world. The first book is largely character-driven and we really only hit the real plot in Book II, so if you're not fond of long epic yarns you ought to skip this one. I also don't include trigger warnings, but mind the "traumatizing content" tag--all societies minus one practice slavery and the world is indeed, rather grim!
