《Abnormal》Chapter 33 small mission

Sean went the oppsite way, just when I was about to enter my class.
"WHO BROKE MY OFFICE DOOR?!" someone yelled, the voice echoed through the corridors.
I giggled and stepped into the class, immediately recieving stares.
I stood there with my mouth in a thin line.
"What are you guys staring at? (Never seen a hot girl before?)" I said, feeling uncomfortable.
The class took their eyes off me, but didn't start talking, it was total silence.
Mr.Marco walked in, and broke the silence, "Morning class, take out your text book, we have no time to lose....why does everyone look so...stunned?" He asked, and looked at me.
He waited for an answer, but no one said a word.
"O...kay.... Turn to page 102 then."
****************
Alright, lets test this out.
"DAMIEN! " I yelled, the baboon butt face flinched.
"Why the hell are you avoiding me? " I said.
I walked towards him, then something unbelievable happened.
He ran.
I stopped in my tracks.
"Why are you running? Why are you running?!"
I stopped waving my hand over my head, and groaned, he clearly isn't going to start, the crowd stared, again.
"STOP STARING PEOPLE!!!! MIND YOUR OWN DAMNNNNN BUSINESS!!!!!" I yelled, my arms crossed.
The crowd jumped in fright and scattered away without a word.
I was about to walk around the corner when I heard muttering.
"Have you seen the cripple, the one in blue hair ? "
"No, but I saw the other one."
"You don't wanna mess with her! She'll rip you apart! "
"What? How? "
"Haven't you heard? She beat Eric in fighting yesterday! "
"What?"
"It's true! "
I sighed, the two immediately stopped talking.
I walked around and out of the corner, "Are you people done spreading rumors?"

I did kick Eric's butt, but I can't rip people apart?! That's brutal!
The two girls lowered their head, like a small bow, " W..we..."
"Save it." I said, cutting her off, " Just go to class."
The two girls nodded and rushed away.
Actually, this kind of treatment is not bad at all....it's actually feels pretty good....the familiar kind of good...
Except I don't have to get beaten up, but Sean.... Might be in big trouble, since I'm not a proper target anymore, Sean will be their first in the list.
Speaking of Sean, where is that guy now?
I checked the time, 5: 25, I guess I could wait for him.
I walked towards the school gate, took out my phone and started playing 'cool' stuff....
......it's already 5: 50! How is Sean still not HERE?! Where the heck is this guy?!
I kept my phone, the sky was redish orange, night is almost here.
Sean haven't walked out of school, he did not forget to meet me here, right?
I ran inside the school, no one was here, everyone is gone, even the teachers.
Well, maybe not the janitor, because I see him right there, the guy in the classroom with a mop and yellow suit.
6: 00 pm, where the fudge could this guy be?
I ran into an empty classroom.
Since no one is here.... I guess I can use my quirk for a bit...
My right eye glowed crimson red, everything turned black and white, the clouds stopped moving, the whole world stopped.
A second in the real world is more than an hour in this world, technically my world.
I jumped out of the third floor window and landed quietly.
Since Sean is no where inside, then maybe outside?

I took a stroll outside of school.
Hm?
There were books on the floor, I crouched down and flipped the book over and searched for the name....Sean white.
I looked up, Sean's dark blue bag was hanging from a tree branch.
Hmmm.....conclusion, Sean in trouble, mission, go save Sean, target, big bad bullies, time limit, 3 minutes.
I took the bag and stuffed all the books in it, I swung it on my shoulder and ran forward.
Finding Sean on the corner, 3 bullies in front of him, two had their quirks activated.
I went back to the real world.
"Take this cripple! " The boy on the left said, his hands glowing red, my guess is heat palm.
He grabbed Sean's wrist.
"ARGH! " Sean yelled, his wrist started to burn, showing a blackish color.
"OI! " I yelled.
The three bullies flinched and looked back, " Sh*t."
"Pick someone your own size! " I yelled, in my fighting stance.
1 minute and half left.
I ran towards the three, with both hands, I grabbed the two of the boys' face and slammed them on the ground, one was knocked out, the other one struggled weakly.
I threw both of them to the third one, "WAHHH!!"
"Not so tough one now." I scowled.
I jumped on the stacked up pile and hit the back of their necks, they stopped struggling, most likely to be knocked out.
Mission accomplished, achievement, none, award, satisfaction from fists.
"Sean, you alright?" I asked, pulling him up.
"Don't! " He yelled.
I glanced at his legs, one of them was broken.
"Lie down." I said, he didn't move, "Just lie down."
Sean nodded at me, but gave me an unsure look, he slowly lied down and I grinned.
I picked him up bride style, he gasped and started waving his hands in the sir, "NO NO NO !! I can walk home with ONE leg! Put me DOWN! " he yelled.
"Pfft, you're gonna take 3 hours to get home like this."
****************
After a couple of minutes, he stopped arguing, finally knocked some sense into him.
"Drink this." I said, as I handed him a cup of green liquid.
"Where did you get this from?" Sean asked, he glanced at the cup and then at me.
"Tha doctor gave it to me yesterday, but I don't need it anymore, the chemical inside me h-----" I immediately shut my mouth, I wasn't not suppose to say that.
"What ? "Sean asked.
"No, I mean, my wound healed faster than expected so I got extras! " I said, trying to make my words sound logical.
Sean looked at my in disbelief, "Okay I guess...."
"Just drink it, it helps." I said, turning away.
"EWWW!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!" Sean yelled from inside of the guest room.
"PLEH! PLEH! PLEH! "
I laughed, I thought he had worse.

However, on what would otherwise be an unremarkable night, everything he had ever known, the only people he ever cared for, and all of the plans for his future were destroyed. House Candor, one of the six great houses that helped build the Eldoran Empire had been erased from history. By imperial decree, all those bearing the name Candor were hunted down and executed as traitors of the Empire. With no home, no family, and only death waiting for him, Jayce decided to escape north to the uncharted Northern Territories to begin a new life. Forced into situations he was never prepared for and trying to cope with his past, Jayce tries to find safety in a place spoken about only in legends. There for the first time, he will make true friends and find people he will come to see as family. He will encounter strong enemies, build powerful alliances, and become a person his ancestors would be proud of. But surrounded by creatures he thought only existed in tales and pressed by the Empire’s constant expansion, Jayce’s safety may be only an illusion. To survive a world fraught with danger Jayce will need to grow stronger with each new experience and rebuild his once forgotten house. ********************************************************************** Note: The story starts slow. Although there is more action as the story progresses, there is a fair amount of introspection and character introduction in the first 30 chapters. Jayce is the main character, however, other characters play a large role and the story is seen through multiple POV's. This is a draft, it is not a finished work. This is not a story that focuses on an OP MC who beats up on weaklings. At times there can be a fair amount of internal monologue. Some of that may be edited out when I rewrite the story. I decided to keep it in the draft because I think it is better to have too much material rather than too little when I edit. Constructive criticism is appreciated as it helps in the editing and rewriting process. Check out my other story Shattered Mind here
