After realising it was some sort of dream or illusion spell, Hakimi suddenly appeared in front of me and told me,

I couldn’t hear it properly, but it said something like that. I felt like I heard that voice before.

But before I had any time to ponder, there was a bright light, and suddenly I was back at the inn, standing on my bed, with Erebus in its shadow mana ball form in my right hand, a fireball spell in my left, and a strange man with negligible mana signature and assassin gear in front of me. Since he had his dagger unsheathed, I did what any normal person would do, I fired everything I had at him. But he dodged. So it continued my firing.

While barraging him with fireballs, I accidentally threw Erebus at the man as well. For a minute I panicked, but then something frightening happened.
