《The Demon Lord becomes the hero? DROPPED》Chapter 3: So now I know where I actually am

Author note: I decided to release the chapter earlier than 15:00 GMT. The thing I had to do in the morning took less time than expected so here it is. Also, this chapter contains less speech and more description. Just wondering whether you guys prefer this or not. I will probably do a chapter like this every so often.
_________
"This continent is called Acronia, the home of our ancestors and theirs' before that." (librarian halfling)
I was fairly shocked with the scale of the world I was in. There were 8 different countries, each separated by thick lines which I guessed were the borders. Each country seemed fairly large. There was a scale in the corner which showed that 1 cm was about 1,000 kilometers with the smallest country about half a metre wide. As I was inspecting the map...
"Well, study hard. You have 15 minutes left until the Captain picks you up for lunch then training. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to sleeping. Don't interrupt me rudely like you did earlier" (librarian halfling)
"Eh?!" (Drac)
The librarian walked over to a pile of books in a corner, then buried himself in it. That lazy bastard, he was supposed to teach me. I should be used to how the people from this world treat me by now but it still annoys me. When I conquer the world, after the King, he will be the second person that I will have hung by their own entrails. Back to the map now.
Like I said, there were 8 countries. Each of the countries have a name written on them, followed by the race that inhabits it and lastly a picture of the race. In the Northernmost part of the map, there was a country with many contour lines on. When I say many, I mean many. It looked like there must be a frikking huge mountain there. The words across the country said: Big mountain, Avians, then the picture of an avian.

I don't know what was more shocking; this world's naming sense or how anticlimactic I found avians to look. As soon as I saw the word avian, I thought it would be a man with wings. Not a normal looking man with bird legs. Yes, that's right. Avians are normal people, speak normally, do normal things but they live in a place which they clearly aren't evolved well for.
Luckily that was the only disappointing race. The rest were elves living in the Country of the Great Forest; Humans living in the Kingdom of Golrend; Dwarves living in a mountain range called the Iron Mantle; beastmen living in the Great Jungle; mer-people living in the Sea of Prosperity; orcs living in the Plains of Disembowelment and demons living in the Scorched lands of Ash.
I decided to mentally map out the continent. In the centre is the Kingdom of Golrend. South is the Great Jungle. In the West are the Plains of Disembowelment. Just East of Golrend is the Sea of Prosperity which is followed by the Scorched lands of Ash. North is the Iron Mantle and I guess one would have to go through that mountain range to get to Big Mountain.
(I kind of wanted to add a map here but I am not all that good at drawing ones so I will leave it to your imagination)
As I was memorizing the map, Arthur came in.
"Drac, it's lunch time." (Arthur)
I can't believe he is only punctual when it involves food. He arrived exactly 15 minutes after that lazy ass said he would. I thought that he would arrive late so I didn't have time to work out how I can use the continent's geography to an advantage or find out which country I should conquer first. (of course it's for after I defeat the demon lord and with an army)

I leave the library with Arthur without putting the map away. My revenge against the halfling has only just started. We do go to the hall which the feast was previously held in. I personally wouldn't have put it past the King that he makes me eat in an inn or the servants' quarters. Wait, I spoke too soon. The banquet hall is on the way to the servant quarters.
We arrive the servants' quarters and eat with the servants. Arthur and I had a slightly better meal than them. The chef actually decided to treat me like a hero. Shocking right? The servants eat some bread and jam, washed down by a pint of beer. Arthur and I are given some bread and meat, followed by some jell dessert. After the meal, I decided to thank the chef. Un-demon lord like I know but he was the first person I met who didn't piss me off immediately. Afterwards, we leave towards the so called outdoor training area.
When we get there, I notice the two soldiers from when I first got summoned, sparring against each other. I would say weak because the undead guards from my old castle were stronger but I refrain from doing so. I can't really comment when I am alone and weak.
I thought we were going to start training right away but instead, we go indoors into a small barrack.
"We use this to identify people as well as see their strength. Everyone has one, from the King to the citizens. Of course, the different metals represent a person status. Gold nobility, silver upper class and bronze everyone else." (Arthur)
He throws at me a cheap looking bronze amulet. At least there was no amulet worse than bronze. I would have probably got one if there was one, knowing this world.
"Say stats" (Arthur)
"Stats..." (Drac)
A box appears in my vision.

________
Author note: Any guesses to see what stats Drac has? I did give a clue in my description and the first chapter. Also, I don't really know whether the quality of my chapters is dropping or improving, please give your opinions below and hopefully continue to read my work. As I have said before, I will be releasing this series daily. I look forward to reading your responses. Reading every single one of them for chapter 1 and 2 made me ecstatic, even though there weren't that many lol.

This is my first time writing a story so any and all advice is welcome, i hope it is satisfactory and i will continue to make it better thank [email protected] The image is not mine i obtained from: https://charlottecarrendar.com/category/dead-nation-series-carrendar-writers/ It started with a whimsical thought of the gods that was all but tossed aside, never to bear fruit for all eternity awakens in the dark undisturbed. Now shall we see what a creature so abhorred and hated by the gods, where their very existence is blasphemous and chaotic may bring upon the world of Leis. Where endless races come and go with only the strongest remaining through the tides of change.

Elder's Game
In a world set upon by an ancient threat, a new cycle of civilisation competes for power and resources. Amidst the games and politicking of Elder beings, the masses are unknowingly ensnared in plots and schemes that were centuries in the making. At the heart of the world’s workings lies the Tyreal Valley—a land that promises to fulfil the desires of those who seek it. As a haven for the truly strong, the path to this promise is paved more often than not in warfare and blood. To two young stragglers fighting for more than just their own fates, it is left as their only answer. But maybe that’s just what their enemies want. Magic system vaguely similar to GameLit ones (no system nor interface to help), with certain elements that are a bit more analogue. Politics, war, looming apocalypse, a tiny dash of kingdom building, and a minor bit of crafting. There is a bit of a progression element as well as both environmental and cultural exploration. The story follows two youths more directly influenced by aforementioned Elder beings than most. Neither lead cares for politics but certain situations force them into participating, forcing them to make decisions that shape their morality. Initially, the focus is on the male lead as he comes of age in an environment with little scope to change his future, only to be thrust into new circumstances that permanently kill some of his hopes. 3k words every chapter

The Warrior King.

The Slavers and the Mercenaries hired to guide them fight for survival against the Magical Beasts, using the magic and weapons they have at their disposal. As well as the Magical Beasts. the presence of a nameless slave, who speaks a language nobody can understand and exudes a certain aura invincibility that has just about everybody on edge. This is a tale following the exploits of the nameless slave, and those around him. Author's Note Thing: Don't know if this is where to put this, but this story is something I'm writing and posting on RRL for the first time. Chapters are what I consider to be short, and I hope to finish the book quickly. PS: Is it better to have no cover, or a generic cover? Let me know if you read this.
