Soul Vessel Psyche
If it’s not obvious from the Title this is yet another reincarnation story. The story will be told from the perspective of one Novid Ollo; half-breed son of the Matriarch of the Knora Race and twin brother to Ovis Ollo the future Matriarch of the Vnora sub-Race.The world of Orro that Novid is born into has been ravaged by the demons from the demon world. The Demons were accidentally lead to Orro 500 years earlier by a conflagration of magic from feuding countries of the Vern Race; opening a doorway between the worlds which released hordes of Demons into Orro. The Dvern and the Svern are the 2 Subspecies of the Vern Race responsible for this calamity and were the first victims of the Demon hordes. The next to fall victim were the proud Knora of the North. The ice giants fought the Demon hordes to stalemate and seemed poised to prevail until the dragon rulers of the Demon Race joined the fight. While the Dvern and the Svern are essentially extinct the Knora managed to save 17 females and 55 males. How Novid Ollo is born as half Svern is also how he died in the previous life, and why he is both pitied and hated by his race and others. There are no Gods to offer special talents and Favours, there is no path to Godly Power and everyone is born with exactly the same potential. Novid Ollo will have to carry the weight of the sins of his father like the others who’s Souls were ripped from their lives on Earth and brought to this unforgiving Realm of Magic; filled with Monsters and Demons. What happens to Novid Ollo is entirely dependent on the extent of the effort he puts into preparations for when whimsical opportunity shines its light on him. Dead Circus
Sylas never knew he was a Cambion, a being with supernatural abilities called Arma. Society discarded him out of fear and subjugated him out of jealousy. Now, Sylas has joined Dead Circus, a group bent on achieving equality for Cambions, no matter the cost. Sylas has been given a chance to fight the injustice present in the city-state of Concordia, and fix society for everyone to live free of chains and tyranny. However, there are those who would rather see it all burn down so they can start over from the ashes. Who decides what is right and wrong? Who decides what freedom costs? At the end, who will stay true to their virtues and who will be swallowed whole by the jowls of a twisted society? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dead Circus is an original dystopian light novel heavily inspired by Japanese light novel style storytelling, character design and world building. My hope is that every chapter will include a few full illustrations to use as supplementary material to the chapter itself. Dead Circus will contain mature themes and some uncomfortable topics. Any chapters containing these types of themes will be noted before the chapter begins. All art associated with Dead Circus, including the cover art is made by me. Fanart or any artist collaborations for the chapter release will be tagged with the respective creators. Dead Circus is divided into volumes and will release weekly with small gaps in between the ends of volumes. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I deeply appreciate your taking the time to read both this description and my work and I look forward to any and all feedback I receive. -Branime

World Master
Hey! I once lived on your world back in 2056. But that was a long time ago and there’s probably no records of my existence. Or, maybe, I haven’t even been born yet… …I’m still figuring out of the timelines correspond. Anyways, I was or will be, or whatever you want to call it (maybe I am?), John Pitcher, a resident at St. Jude’s Hospital for the Mentally Ill. I was a computer programmer and my parents had me admitted there because I was convinced that I had been contacted by Set, the Egyptian god of chaos, about creating a world. Well, apparently, I’m something akin to the great times a hundred grandson of over 10 000 gods, and they didn’t want me to live an ordinary, dull life (well, except for the god of normalcy, but he doesn’t count). Set gave me three years to prepare myself. This begins right at the end of those three years. [participant in the NaNoWriMo Royal Road challenge] I originally had this as part of the prologue, then I realized that it made a better synopsis. Please note: this might seem a bit clunky because I haven't done a lot of writing, and this is supposed to be a kind of prequel to another story that I plan on doing in the future. I will not be fully explaining everything but instead will be explaining things in that other story. This is mainly to help fill in the lore of the world so that people will have at least a basic idea of how things function. Regardless of that, that story won't be written for at least another year, so deal with it. Note: I am using ideas from several different authors in order to make sure that this can be a proper story. You may or may not recognize where I got them. I am not writing a Fanfiction and do not claim these as my own. I will add to a list of titles below as I find myself using those ideas. World Keeper (obviously) The Wandering Inn The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound (not yet, but eventually) A bunch of others that I haven't thought of yet
