I feel like my novel is getting worser, due to followers leaving and ratings dropping...

But I don't care :D as I just make this novel for the fun of it while also trying to improve my grammar overall.

Fufu, I know when to stop and that is the time when I finish this novel :p

Sherah's POV

Some time later after the events of Quinx getting killed in an instant, his body was moved somewhere by Saladin and was burned due to reason of it decaying or rotting causing a bad smell.

My princess asked if I could hunt for animals that are good enough to eat which I complied and did what she asked.

Saladin joined me to hunt which I originally threatened him from not accompanying me but was forced from what Yurnixa said.

I was kind of not in a mood to be hunting with this sort of person who destroyed me not so long ago.

Though I admit, his way of hunting is quite ingenious.

Usually, I would track down animals from feeling the ground or checking if there are some broken twigs around but for Saladin was a completely different way.

He places small sorts of herb in the ground while dosing it with what seemed to be paralysis poison.

I told him that the poison would cause the food to be bad but he just ignored what I said.

A while later, we noticed a small rabbit like creature with a lizard tail came and ate the herb which caused it slowly to not be able to move anymore but still conscious.

Then Saladin went in front of the defenceless and stabbed it with his dagger which killed the accursed faithed bunny.

I though he was over until he showers the bunny with the same poison he gave to it, while sprinkling it with herbs.

'What the hell is he doing' - My thoughts

He then walked to me and started sitting down behind a tree while looking up to the sky.

I didn't know what is he doing and didn't care but I'm really feeling that he is an idiot as to why is he wasting a good animal meat like that?

Suddenly after a few moments, an even more bigger creature bunny with a large lizard tail came and ate the dead miniature bunny.

The creature then slowly became paralysed and fall to the ground while being unable to move.

I was really surprised as to what just happened.

Saladin walked towards the creature that is about two times my size while whistling a happy tune.

He pulled out his long sword and hacked the bunny's head which obviously killed it.

I noticed some type of white mist from the creature started getting sucked towards the ring Saladin is wearing.

Saladin asks if this is enough to me, which I just made an irritated look and move my face to the left while making the noise 'tch'.

Then I said to him

"Enough chatter and move to the camp already mr.show off." - Me

He then carried the dead decapitated creature and started moving towards where our camp is located.

I was kind of feeling jealous as I didn't caught anything special while he has something like that...

This is quite childish of me to compare something...

Anyhow, afterwards we ate dinner which Saladin made from cooking the meat from the creature he killed.

The food is horrible...

It is really bad and it's not good at all...

I can't stop eating the food as it has been a while since I ate something similar to mom's cooking...

I am trying to deny that the food is delicious in any sort of way..

But the food was actually really delicious, and I can see that everyone else was also enjoying the food.

Saladin asked me if the food was okay and I replied

"It's bad" - Me

He had a pissed off expression then just replied by saying to complete the dish at least.

I wanted to tell him that it was actually good but I didn't want to as i really hate that person but I don't know the reason for my hatred.

Is it pure stubbornness?, or the fact that he defeated me and groped my chest in the match?

Either way my hatred towards him would not change.

Some time later, we slept and the only one that is awake is me and Nyorin.

She was sitting beside the sleeping Saladin while caressing his hair which made me slight nauseous.

Ugh, why is she so attached to that person...?

Anyhow, I'll just go to sleep and end this day.

Saladin's POV

We finally reached the village were the dungeon is nearby while our group has increased by two.

The assassin girl named Shera and older sister of Nyorin who is name Yurnixa.

Though they tried persuading Nyorin to return with them back to the castle but was declined by her.

The reason why she declined was due to her being forced to marry someone she loathes deeply while not wanting to be any where near her father.

Her older sister couldn't do anything to change her mind and so gave in while deciding to join us on our adventure through the dungeon which Nyorin explained to them.

Sherah has a hatred towards me while I have an even more stronger one towards her as she freaking killed me.

Though the village was small, it had a calm breeze with a nearly cold weather though it was the month with the most heat.

There were not a single two stories building but instead there are a large variety of houses with only one floor.

The dungeon is located in the middle of the village which is protected by some sort of gate by the adventurer guild workers so that it can prevent monsters from going out.

I keep reminding myself, that the purpose I came here was to revive Kioni as he... I mean she or is it he.. is someone? that I cared about?

My mind is fuzzy and is really hard to think as I tried remembering Kioni...

Sherah told Yurnixa something in the ear and then she started going somewhere else.

I asked Yurnixa on where she was going and she replied

"She is going to the nearby weapon shop to purchase a bow as she prefers that more than anything usually" - Yurnixa

Oh, so I fought her when she was not at her prime.

Well, it doesn't matter as it is already over.

But I'm surprised that my head is still intact as I was pretty sure that she would do something to me while I was sleeping...

We didn't want to waste time as we already did by taking our time while traveling towards here.

Nyorin said to me that this village is the place where Muzaik and his family lives.

She (Nyorin) asked me if we could visit Muzaik which I accepted as it has been a while since we met.

Though we didn't know where his house could be, so we asked one of the guards and we found out that he is pretty famous.

The guard told us his house location after we told him that we are Muzaik's pupils.

Laura and Yurnixa was fallowing us while chatting happily to each other about something.

We reached in front of Muzaik's house and knocked on it.

The door opened by a man around his 20's who looked like Muzaik which caused me to have a obvious conclusion that this is my teacher's son.

He then asked us

"What is it do you need?" - the man asked us

"I am Muzaik's student's and just wanted to greet him while we are around here" - Me

"Oh, so you are dad's students?" - Him

"Yes, and is he your father?" - Me

He nodded and started calling out for his father who is Muzaik.

Muzaik came while scratching his head as if he has just awoken and then asked 'what is it?' to his son.

Afterwards he noticed our presence and immediately came towards us with a surprised look and asked what are we doing here.

We asked if we may enter the house as it will take a long time until we can explain everything which he approved and brought us in.

The house is a normal wooden one with no stairs going upwards but instead downwards.

There are beautiful paintings on some of the walls while there are flower pots with majestic plants on it.

Some sort of Chandelier to keep the house lit while having a small chimney with a timid fire burning on it.

It seemed like the wood that made this house was extraordinary as they are the color of marine green while not being able to catch on fire from the fire residing in the chimney.

Muzaik's son continued writing on something while started wearing his glasses which looked like he became dead serious on something.

My teacher (Muzaik) was curious on Yurnixa and Laura as I presumed this his first time meeting them.

There was a lady who I can tell is teacher's wife as she tells him the word 'darling' while greeting us as his wife.

She then placed a plate filled with cookies on a table which is surrounded by chairs and sofas.

Before we sat down, my teacher told us the names of his wife and son which where 'Clarin' and 'Jentun'.

We sat on the chairs while Muzaik also doing so and then I began explaining on what occurred to us while his absence.

It took some time but eventually I reached the ending part.

I noticed that Muzaik had a slight frustrated look with me explaining about Laura while having a pissed off mood when I said about me being assassinated from the misaccusation of the princess.

While I was explaining, Laura was eating the cookies with a happy face.

After I explained, Muzaik said that we had it rough when he left and gave us an apology which we toll him that it's not his fault.

Then he said to me that the dungeon I'm attempting to try requires for more than eight adventurer's minimum as it is a difficult one which he also tried persuading us to not attempt to enter.

Our teacher then told me that am I planning on ditching Nyorin and go for Laura as a lover which made me kind of pissed as to what he said.

I noticed that Nyorin had a slight sad expression while Laura had a confused look with a very small hint of red in her cheeks.

Yurnixa was silent the whole time as she doesn't have anything to say.

Then I said to Muzaik that I still didn't decided yet and maybe not even in the near future.

I then told him with an annoyed frustrated tone that the way he is asking was as if he wants to get rid of us.

Clarin (Muzaik's wife) was having a depressed look while looking at Muzaik who also had the same looks.

Our teacher then pleaded for forgiveness to his words and then told me on his condition as to why he wants us to be separated with each other.

He says that his son will achieve a place on a school as a teacher on the holy continent of humans called Morocrollix.

Jentun (Muzaik's son) gave up on his girlfriend by striving for to be someone acknowledgeable by every one in the continent.

Right now, he is practicing every thing needed to be one as it will be difficult.

And so we come back to the reason of Muzaik which was of him accompanying his son to the continent as it would be dangerous while long at the same time.

My teacher says that there is not much time till the dead line as the new enrollment is only in three years which seems long but it takes almost all the time with the traveling being long.

We understood now why is the teacher forcing me and Nyorin to get along as it would mean that his oath of protecting her will perish as I am able to protect her.

Due to his bad intention of doing this he asks us if he could help in conquering the dungeon with us which we asked if he is okay with it before accepting it.

He gladly nodded his head while started making his introduction towards both Laura and Yurnixa as if he was not in the mood with them before.

The wife asked if he would be okay and Muzaik replied telling her to not worry.

'I have a bad feeling about this though...' - My thoughts

Muzaik then told his son that he will be gone in the next three days which was the max a dungeon could last.

Then my teacher gone downstairs and was making some loud noise which seemed like he was wearing something.

I told Nyorin and Laura that to not pay heed to what he previously said which they shook their heads while both of them saying that they weren't really offended.

Though I noticed that both girls where giggling as they whisper to each other ears something.

After a while, Muzaik returned with a black tainted armor that covers most of his body except his head.

The armor made his size larger than before which was quite frightening for some one who would meet him in a dark alley late at night.

He had his great war hammer behind his back attached to his armor by a strap.

There was a cloak to his right which was the color of white while having stripes of blue in it.

A crest of a wolf paw was imprinted on the chest of his armor which looked rad.

He then told Nyorin that this armor was given by her father which made her frustrated from the word 'father' but quickly shook it off and told him that he looked strong in it.

Afterwards, we headed out of the house with Muzaik while giving our farewells.

Clarin gave a kiss to Muzaik while telling to take care as we exit the door.

Nyorin eyes was bringing with light from what she noticed from looking at the couple.

She then looked at me which kind of made be embarrassed.

Anyhow we journey forward towards the dungeon.
