《Warfare's Ultimate Frontier》Chapter 212 End Of Tournament part 1

After the intense bombing of the all-stars forces which resulted in half a million to a million deaths, the soldiers that were left there were able to rally together with the remaining strategists to figure out a way to survive the rest of the blasts. However, with their leaders nowhere in sight, the high ranking officers under them were forced to temporarily take over and guide all of the remaining soldiers back to the Yellow Wang faction’s capital base. The aerial bombing that they had just been through lasted no more than 2 hours, but the casualties were higher than anybody could’ve expected.
After Xuan Feng, Lun Hu, and Jiang Yan woke from their unconscious state, they were informed by Jie Zi Fang of what had happened while they were all knocked out. This came as a surprise to them, but they had been asleep for nearly a month. Meanwhile, there were many things that had occurred during that one month. First, Jiang Yan had to get them out of the enemy firing zone and so he took them all the way to the Yellow Wang capital base, which took him a little over a week. Then, he proceeded to go back to guide the rest of the troops to where the all-stars were resting. That took him a couple more weeks as there were many more bodies that had to be moved long distances.
Secondly, after the attack from who they presumed to be the Bair fighters, the actual Bair fighters bragged about who they just crippled for all of the strategists within the simulation to see. What they did next was something that everyone had expected them to do in some form or another for the past year or two while they had been busy keeping to themselves. The Bair fighters finally decided to start conquering the land. At first, they started relatively slowly just taking out their immediate neighbors. Followed up that act by taking out any of the other local threats, which to them was nothing more than child's play. Currently, they were taking on 3 mid-sized factions at the same time. Each battle that they coordinated they were vastly outnumbered, but somehow, they were able to pull off a win every single time.

Third, the Yellow Wang faction, Sun Alliance faction, and the Middle Kingdom factions all started to pick up their pace as well. All three had held their hand up to this point so as to encourage the more novice players to have a turn. However, now that the Bair fighters were making their move, every single one of the major factions did not hold back and started to take over as much land and territory as they could.
Fourth, with the rapid expansion of the most dangerous and powerful forces around, the small and mid-sized factions were quickly overrun and taken over. Even with a coalition of several of the most powerful of these smaller factions would never be enough to compete with these titans of warfare. Not to mention, the vastly superior blueprints that the top factions seemed to hoard whenever they got the chance.
Xuan Feng and the rest of the all-stars brought shame upon their faction name and they would be dealt with later, was what Lian Po said to Jie Zi Fang a few weeks ago before he left to go rampage into a battlefield. Lian Po was not only one of the leaders of the Yellow Wang faction, but he was also the all-stars immediate superior. Meaning that whatever orders he gave they would have to follow. There was some leeway if it was another one of the leaders, but there was absolutely none with Lian Po as they had a special relationship with each other.
(XF) “Jie Zi Fang, any more orders from our Lord, Lian Po?” Xuan Feng was a bit dissatisfied with their current situation.
(JZF) “Yes, he said to get whatever men we could salvage and meet him about a hundred kilometers northwest of here. He said that he might need some assistance with the foes that he was going up against. Apparently, he has chosen to fight with one of the more difficult opponents head-on. He has a 5 million man army at his disposal, and the enemy has over 10 million. We should get over there as fast as we can, I’ve already sent what remains of our army there just a few days ago.” Jie Zi Fang said with a spy, he was really not looking forward to the punishment that he had to go through later.

(JY) “It was quite unlucky for us to be hit with an explosion that was able to knock us cold for so long. A real tragedy that we weren’t able to detect them at all and let them disgrace us so shamefully.” The normally calm Jiang Yan was beginning to get frustrated.
(LH) “Ah, what about that Baron fellow? Has anyone seen him around?” Lun Hu said as he looked at Jie Zi Fang.
(JZF) “No, I went to go check with one of the guards that led Baron to the cell. It was hit by an explosion right on top of it. The one that hit us was a few meters away and still knocked you three out for a solid month, I believe that Baron would have had no way to survive such a sudden blow. Especially one that was right on top of him.”
(XF) “It doesn’t matter what happens to Baron, he was never really a threat to us anyway. The only thing he was good for was testing our recruits. Though it really is a shame that we weren’t able to find out anything about that blue beam weapon that you mentioned earlier Jie Zi Fang.”
(JZF) “If it ever comes on the market, we should snatch it up right away, but for now there are more things to worry about.”
(XF) “Right, let’s make our way our Lord, Lian Po and assist him in any way we can. There is no time to waste.”

Warden of Success - A LitRPG
In the future of Earth humans are no longer the dominant species. Monsters, vampires, elves and all manners of otherworldly threats now threaten the planet and its people. And for one such as Camille, there was nothing she could do. A failed martial artist, Camille swallowed her pride and dreams, all the while sinking into the world of video games. Until she died. Reawakening with newfound power in her very own bed, there's no doubting that she's an oddity. And as the only individual in the world with the body of a video game character, she's ecstatic. No longer will she just be content with playing games in her dark room, taking over fantasy worlds as a great heroine. Rather, she'll do something better. And that'll be to take over the real one instead. Whether it be mages, demons or other supernatural entities that stand in her way, it doesn't matter. Camille may be a level one at first, but dammit if she wasn't going to try to reach one hundred. This is not a crunchy LitRPG and gradually becomes more of a character driven story that just happens to have a main character with LitRPG abilities. There will be a variety of powers/abilities that are explored later in the setting involving magic systems and other technological advancements. The first 10 chapters were written with satirical undertones, but begin to develop more into its own entity after that.

Trial of Champions
It all began with a family trip to an amusement park. How were any of us to expect being transported from Earth to participate in some "Trial of Champions," whatever that was supposed to be? Given only an hour to choose the Classes that would come to define our strengths, we were almost immediately torn away from one another and thrust into a deadly game of survival. It wasn't all bad, though, as terrifying as it could be from time to time. The supernatural and magical powers of the Classes were like something out of an RPG, complete with leveling up by killing monsters and completing so-called "Sub-Trials." And despite the juicy Experience to be gained from killing other Champion Contestants, not all of the participants were bloodthirsty murderers; some could be allied with, or even befriended. Even if it seemed like everyone who had been chosen for this Trial, no matter what universe they came from, was at least a little bit crazy. I would survive this till the end, and I'd make sure that my siblings and parents did as well, no matter how many times we were separated from one another. No matter how long it took. No matter what I had to do. --- A first-person litRPG incorporating classes inspired by D&D and other sources. If you like blue boxes but don't need to have huge lists of numbers to scratch your itch, you should be satisfied on that front. Each chapter is, in my word processing document, seven pages long (approximately 3300-3900 words). The Traumatizing Content warning is there because of discussions of certain topics. Nothing that I think deserves the warning actually happens in the story.
