《Unparalleled Appearance: She is the Last with Divine Power in a Universal War》Hungry Deity Hamburger

Inside the building, there were a few people in black and white holographic uniforms.
In addition to that, she saw many large holographic screens with images of landscapes or cities.
"This place is known as a teleportation point."
Rose led Lanaery to the middle of the building, where many glass cylinders were connected to the ceiling.
In the middle of these circles was a black orb with colored lines that appeared and disappeared.
"Come on, our destination is Brilliant City."
Rose said as she activated the holographic display on her smart wristband. The same logo that was on the building appeared on the screen.
She selected the logo and with a quick procedure, paid for the trip.
With the employees around, who looked in surprise at Lanaery's heavenly appearance. She and Rose entered the circle as the glass swung open with a gentle rotation.
"M-Master Suries, I recommend that you close your eyes; teleportation travel can be quite tiring to watch."
Rose nervously used the term master for the first time since Lanaery had agreed to be Rose's master.
Lanaery just smiled and didn't say anything.
"Teleport activated. Destination: Shining City. Have a good trip."
Countless colored lights reflected in Lanaery's eyes. She watched as these lights constantly changed shape without stopping.
From imposing mountains to small birds that flew. The shapes these colored lights took were endless. It was simply impossible to count them.
Lanaery closed her beautiful eyes because she could no longer bear to see these lights; the incredible thing was that she was sure that not a second had passed since she started seeing these lights. But from her perspective, several minutes had already passed!
"Welcome to Brilliant City. Enjoy your stay."
With this beautiful and soothing female voice, they left the teleportation point, that exactly looked like the previous one.
Lanaery looked at this city with interest. Around her, she saw countless people leaving and entering many teleportation circles.
Walking out of the teleportation building, Lanaery, for the first time, witnessed the incredible sight of this city and its inhabitants, with very different styles of holographic clothing.
There were not only people. She saw all kinds of Kryons, some terrestrial and others flying.
For a moment, she felt that this world might not be so simple if there were so many experts with Kryons.
People who passed near Lanaery, be they men, women, and children, could not take their eyes off her until they were already far away, creating a very comical scene.
"I haven't set foot in this city for weeks!"
Rose said comfortably, as if she was coming home.
"Now then, straight to the antique store!"
Rrrrrr!
As soon as Rose finished saying these words, her stomach growled in protest for food.
"This..."
With her cheeks flushed, she said, "I forgot that I didn't eat anything in the end, haha..."
A small smile formed on Lanaery's lips. Ever since she met this girl, she hadn't had time to get lost in her memories, where every day she had to kill countless Abyssals Clones and also had to see the death of members of her race.
"This place must have restaurants or places that sell food, right?" Lanaery looked bewildered at the row upon row of buildings around her.
"Eh? Yes, there are quite a few." Rose responded by looking into Lanaery's eyes.
"I think we can take some time to get something to eat. Come on, surprise me with a place that prepares something delicious."
Lanaery suggested this because she was secretly looking forward to the food that they would prepare in this world.
Another more important reason was that her newly acquired divine power was even more scarce after spending it in the recent battle. So her instinct to want to fill her stomach with some food was resurfacing.
"Great! I have a hamburgers restaurant in mind that is incredibly delicious. I promise you won't regret it!"
"Hamburgers?"
Having never heard that word before, she hoped that the taste of it would not be disappointing.
Rose grabbed Lanaery's hand and lead her to the address while continuing to give information.
"When the Stars Masters accumulate enough points of mental energy, they only need to take the next Battle Sensil that will help them level up."
"The moment a Star Master reaches level four, they gain the first elemental energy ability in their path, which is the elemental energy barrier capable of defending against any damage below level four."
Lanaery nodded when she understood something and asked when she heard a strange term before letting Rose explain more.
In just a few minutes, she absorbed a lot of basic information from this world like a sponge.
One of the things that struck her the most was that there were unimaginably powerful level ten Stars Masters. Although she also learned that these strong Stars Masters were not on the planet but in space!
Exactly, the space. In the Sacred Origin, to travel beyond her world was to enter the abyss. Now Lanaery learned a new way to name that dark void from which Azther came.
According to Rose, the levels that the Stars Masters had depended on the city. In Brilliant City, where they were currently, the best experts were at level six, and these experts at level six were very few.
Furthermore, the youngsters from before were level two Stars Masters.
"We arrived!"
Rose, with a smile that made her look very cute. She pointed to a small restaurant on a relatively quiet street.
Lanaery looked curiously at this place. From the outside, it looks very lively, with yellow walls and very cheerful decoration.
At the entrance, on top of the building, was a sign that read: Hungry Deity Hamburger.
"Deity..."
Lanaery read this word that had many deep meanings in the Sacred Origin.
"Did the strange name of this place catch your attention, too?" Said Rose, looking at the poster.
"I guess we thought the same thing when we saw this sign... That's a really weird and funny name for a restaurant! What are they supposed to be trying to convey with the name Hungry Deity Hamburger? The person who named this place sure plays a lot of virtual games!"
Buzz!
With Rose laughing cutely at the name of this restaurant, they entered. The door opened as the doors to Rose's mansion did, hiding in the wall.
"Welcome."
A cute young woman with her eyes closed, who seemed to be about eighteen years old, greeted them kindly.
Aside from having her yellow work uniform, the appearance of this young lady was really pretty.
"!"
When this beautiful young woman opened her eyes, she almost closed them again for fear of being blinded by Lanaery's appearance. She swore that she had never seen someone so beautiful in her life!
"Th-this way, please, you can use this table. " With her voice a little nervous, she pointed to the table with the most beautiful view of the city.

"Eh?" Rose was somewhat stunned to see this immense change in the service.
When she had come before, she had never been shown directly to a table, much less to a table that was clearly only for extraordinary customers!
Like a level five or level six Star Master.
Lanaery, not knowing any of this, sat quietly.
She looked at a small holographic screen on the table. Lanaery had been interested in learning more about this thing that Rose always made appear on her wrist for a while now.
Rose, who saw Lanaery play with a simple holographic screen that was only for placing orders, said, "Master Suries, is there something similar to a holographic wristband where you come from?"
She pointed to the smart wristband on her left wrist.
With her fingers passing through the holographic screen, Lanaery thought for a moment.
"There is something similar, but it only served to activate or deactivate the supreme elemental barrier of the most important cities."
Lanaery remembered the defensive room in Lightfeather City.
In that place were all the elemental formations that functioned for both defense and attack.
One of these formations was a screen created with various elements that manipulated all the other elemental formations.
Rose, who was listening to what Lanaery was saying, suddenly saw a sad and lonely look in her eyes. So Rose internally promised herself not to ask for more things that had to do with her past.
Finally, the two of them ordered the restaurant's special hamburger.
A few minutes later, Lanaery saw the giant, juicy-looking hamburger on the table.
"I'm finally eating one of these again!"
With her purple eyes sparkling with excitement, Rose, without much thought, grabbed the hamburger with both hands and took a big bite, causing the oily juice of the hamburger to drip onto the plate.
Lanaery, smelling the fragrant aroma coming from this peculiar food, imitated Rose's actions and took a bite of the hamburger.
"!!!"
A strange gleam of satisfaction appeared in Lanaery's perfect eyes!

Inside Isaiah's office.
"So you're saying that girl from the Hesdia family is accompanied by a level four Star Master?"
Even after hearing what these three fools said, Isaiah still didn't believe that there was still an expert who was protecting that girl.
All of this was because since the third elder of the Hesdia family took over the position of the family head, no other expert would try to meddle in the internal affairs of the Hesdia family.
"Y-yes, boss. This expert is a young lady who seems to be in her teens. What stands out the most about her is her appearance. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen on Earth."
"She fought us without summoning her Kryons, yet she was able to defeat us with a never-before-seen light sword design that greatly increases her speed."
Isaiah was silent for a moment, lost in thought.
"Since a level four Star Master is protecting the target, I decided that I will forgive them for failing the mission."
"Thanks, boss!"
"We promise to fulfill all the missions you give us perfectly from now on!"
The three young men knelt in gratitude for having escaped certain death.
"Ah... Although I forgive them for failing the mission. They still delayed this matter for a long time."
With cold eyes, he said, as if looking at a trio of corpses.
"When they signed the contract with our Ward family, they agreed that they would be sent to either of the two danger zones for three months if the organization registered any failure in the missions that have to do with Corlum."
When he finished speaking, the three youths who were happy that they hadn't been punished now had completely pale faces, and their bodies trembled in fear.
"Look on the bright side. You three just have to survive in either of the two danger zones for three short months."
Every word Isaiah said grew even colder as he continued to speak.
"You bunch of fools know very well that if it were the other way... You'd already be dead."
"W-we get it."
The three pathetic youths said with their trembling voices.
"I'm glad the three of you understand. Now go pack your things; a Ward family car will be waiting for you outside."
"Yes!"
Buzz!
Isaiah, who was now alone in the office, lost his cold gaze, and with great concern shining in his eyes, he touched the corner of his floating desk, causing a holographic screen to appear in front of him.
"Damn, now this f*cking criminal organization will have an excuse to demand more Stars Masters from us and use them in their experiments…"
...Sigh
"I can't do anything at this point. If that girl is indeed being protected by a level four Star Master, then my Ward family would have to send a level five expert."
With a deep sigh of resignation, Isaiah could only accept the harsh reality.
"Sending an expert of that level would only cause too much commotion and if the world government people realize that my Ward family is making deals with Corlum."
"It would be the end of us."
On the holographic screen was a dark red triangle-shaped icon with a winged, horned human in the middle.
Isaiah selected this icon.
Immediately, that app demanded Isaiah a password and a scan of his face.
With this short procedure done, Isaiah wrote to a person who had a dark profile picture showing only a pair of sapphire blue eyes.
In an instant, a call notification pops up. "Incoming video call from Lifrith."
Upon accepting the video call a completely black box appeared on the holographic screen.
Suddenly, a pair of blue eyes slowly opened on the screen. The person on the screen began to speak in a female voice that was very pleasant to listen to.
"There's no problem sending an enforcer to your location, but you know that each enforcer is performing the organization's most dangerous missions."
"This is going to be expensive for your family..."
Isaiah just nodded helplessly.
A cute smile formed in this pair of blue eyes, and she said, "In a week or two, the level five enforcer, Jaxon, will arrive in Brilliant City."
"Now, let's talk about how many Stars Masters your family will send to Corlum."
Clenching his fists tightly, Isaiah said, "Okay, let's talk about it."

Bon Week-end
He runs the underground. She’s made it her playground. Their time together--the stuff of pulp fiction. When a corrupt corporate conspiracy threatens to tear them apart, they blast back with their offbeat brand of crime and chaos. This story is just one from the pulps. Film critic Roger Ebert once described them as ‘cheap, disposable entertainment that you could take to work with you, and roll up and stick in your back pocket.’ So do just that--and read it on the weekend. Bon Week-end is a novel written in the tradition of Jean-Patrick Manchette’s neo-polar, existing now as what shall be known as the neo-serial. This is Nippoten’s second serial following the superhero epic Entirely Presenting You. This novel will have a rather unique release schedule compared to others. To stay up to date, check out the main site and more specifically the chapters page.

That said, there is meaning and significance to the title, except that it will be unveiled only much later into the story. Magical elements and the like will not be a factor in most of the story until the very end. tl;dr: This is not fantasy, magic doesn't play a role in the story. --- Updates: Will try to post a chapter once every 2 days PS. This is my first novel so there might be several issues in various aspects which I might not notice so comments are highly appreciated. --- This is more to add pressure to myself rather than anything else... but anyways the story is now part of the pledge!

8 149Dear Spellbook (Rewrite)
Live. Study. Repeat. Tal never saw himself as an adventurer, but the call to adventure never much cared for his opinion. Despite his best efforts, his search for answers on the murder of his parents ever draws him into danger. Accompanied by a group of seasoned warriors, thus far Tal has gotten by on his own meager magical talents, but when one day he wakes up to find himself back in his bed of the night before, he is faced with a challenge he must conquer alone. What to expect: This story was born of an attempt to create in world lore reasons for many of the mechanics and tropes of D&D, but you do not need to know of them to enjoy the story. It's a single POV time loop story with slow paced progression fantasy elements. The story is not one of fast-paced power ups and non-stop action, but as it progresses, the action picks up. There is a lot of magic system exploration on a system built to unify the diverse magic of D&D into one cohesive magic system. The setting is an original world with familiar races and monsters but with new unique origins and motivations. Book 1 is complete. Book 2 is complete and coming out M-W-F. The complete book 2 is available on Patreon
