Oh no! My voice won’t work on him anymore!
Death stares at Shado with intense hatred for what he did. He undoes his crystal cape’s sash letting it fall to the ground. Cole isn’t sure if death is doing this because he drained those crystals, or if he’s weary of the fact that his back was covered in mini bombs that if shattered would cause him to explode palpable fear energy. Either answer is just as likely true. The fact of the matter is, Death is dropping his energy reserves fast.
Alpha and Omega charge in to protect Death. They quickly take control of the uprising with their specially combined powers, infinite force fields. Collectively every Ultra in the fight against Death, with the exception of Shado, finds themselves being squashed to the ground. Shado easily evades the attack by falling through a teleportation shadow. Everyone else however is left immobile, unable to breathe.
Time to put the pressure on. Cole thinks to himself.
Cole reaches into his pocket for his power crystals. First he squeezes the green, activating its power. This activates a force field of his own enabling him to counteract their attack, and allowing him to stand up. Next he squeezes both red crystals. In a flurry of red Cole combines his super speed and wind ability, exploding to supersonic speeds. He circles Death throwing relentless attacks of fiery wind blades. Again behind his force field, Death is unscathed by this attack. Except this time Alpha and Omega fall to their knees panting. Along with their siphoned energy, the powerful force field that was dominating the group disappears too.
Cole sends a voice command to Alpha and Omega, “Don’t fight us! Go to the human bunker and fight the Blood Hunters! Protect the people of the NGP!”

With the command Alpha and Omega appear to become dazed at first but ultimately can’t help but comply, stumbling away from the battle. Cole places the remnants of his power crystals in his left hand, and pulls out a black crystal, placing it in his right.
Death continues to laugh hysterically, “I told you! You can’t touch me! In fact I have no need for any of you! I will end you all now!” He pulls out a remote from his robe. He clicks a button then throws it to the side.
“It’s too late! You thought the Blood Hunters were bad before?! Now you can fight all of them!”
Cole calls out, “Now Shado!”
Materializing out of a shadow, Ryder, Shado, and Cinder arrive riding Mojo. The trio quickly dismount allowing Mojo to ferociously pounce on the ogres swarming the area. Ryder holds his hands out blasting a flash of light resembling a kamehameha.
Ryder calls, “Now Cole! He can’t use his powers but I can’t hold this forever!”
Cole combines everything he has, squeezing what's left of the energy in his crystals. He lifts his hands summoning an invisible attack. With a downward motion of his arms, a compressed swirling fireball ignites inside a force field encapsulating Death. Cinder sends more flames while Cole continues to swirl his arms. With each rotation of his arms he envisions his concussion attack with the drones. Cole compresses the flaming ball until his crystals empty, releasing an epically sized mushroom explosion. The blast sends everyone flying through the air. Shado, Brody, and Rush find themselves playing a game of catching people before they hit the ground.
Once again Death is still standing, mangled, gasping, but standing. Death has already started his healing process, though his face is no longer imbued with confidence. Cole doesn’t want to give him time to think. He flies in landing an air powered punch with an empty black crystal in his hand. The effectiveness of the power draining punch sends Death rolling backwards in the dirt, surprising even Cole. Again and again, wave after wave, Cole continues to pull black crystals from his pocket using them for powerfully effective punches. Each smash of the face giving Death the expression of despair.

Again, sinister whispers flow in carried by the wind. This time, much closer, and much more powerful, “Cole… Cole… You can’t win… You are nothing… You will be destroyed!”
The words cause Cole to feel nauseous, sending him to his knees.
Cain! Where is he?!
