When the teen saw fion’s gesture, he stumbled. Even though it seemed sincere, it lacked meaning and in a certain sense, it looked as if he was mocking the elder. He smiled a bit as he thought of certain resemblances between him and fion.

“Even though, he showed enough evidence and looked innocent, this feeling …. i am sure he is hiding something … well, let’s see how long you can cover your tracks ” he grinned. He looked at fion and spoke in a gentle tone.

“Brother, i apologise for the inconvenience. It’s just that i thought you were some spy or something and now i guess it must be my imagination. i hope there won’t be any enmity between us due to this”

“ ….. And, by the way, my name’s Raul and i really hope to get along with the brother in future” he chuckled a bit and went back to his group.

These words earned a disdain from the other two teens among the group.

Fion scoffed at Raul’s words. “Does he really take me for a fool ? but we will see in the end who outwit whom in the end”.

After that, everyone ignored fion as if he didn’t exist there excluding the Yu Clan elder and Raul. With the assistance of the elder, fion joined the group.Now the group has one more member and with fion, they travelled along the forest.

Along the way, fion noticed that even this group were also traversing only the periphery of the forest. He saw the Yu Clan elder, who was lost in thoughts. Fion exactly can guess what he would be thinking.

The Yu Clan elder was already smiling from ear to ear occasionally. In Yu Clan, excluding Fion and Lainshu, there were no great geniuses. Even the third most talented child in the Yu clan, who was the elder brother of Lianshu was only a late phase mitogene expert and his age neared twenties.So, the clan suffered a huge setback because of this, now imagine if he suddenly announced that he recruited a genius such as fion, then his reputation inside the clan would increase by a large margin.

“ He really was dreaming about his future. Humph! well if it’s like this, let’s milk out some information about the people here ” Fion thought and moved closer to the Yu Clan elder.

“Respected Senior, May i know the elder’s name ” Fion opened his conversation with a general topic.

Seeing fion with a respectable attitude, the Yu Clan elder naturally showed a kind smile.

“Remember fion, My name’s Baonim, i am a leader of one of the branch family of Yu Clan ” The Yu Clan elder said with pride

Fion nearly chuckled at the elder’s words who was clearly bragging about himself. He know how members of the branch family would be treated among the clan. They were basically no less than servants to the Main Family. Given an elder’s status, they naturally didn’t need to accompany any guests. The only reason Boanim was here was because he was from the branch family of the clan.

“Respected Senior is truly a powerful person ” Fion looked at the elder in reverence which further pleased Baonim. From the side, chuckling of raul could be heard.

“Damn that guy … is he trying to expose me ” Fion had a headache as he thought of the matter.

“Respected Senior, Where are we going now ? i mean … Are we going to hunt beasts or return to village ” Fion courteously asked.

“ Why ? You want to fight beasts … haha .. lads these days, truly don’t fear anything. We have been here since two days and our guests from the peng clan had enough training in the Amber mountains. So we are returning to Lochel village now ” Baonim patiently explained

“peng clan huh !” fion rumbled his head as he searched for information regarding the peng clan

“Ah, that’s it .. the peng clan, ruler of the Peng province which was the 5th most powerful province in the Minrah kingdom … well, that’s not a concern for me and regarding the destination ”

“Lochel Village! it was also my destination after hunting several lorn beasts, but now i am leaving too early … tsk … i only got two nuclei and …”

“ … how can i get out of this weird group …arghhh … damn my luck, where are you !” fion cried in his heart. What should have been a nice training and hunting session was completely overturned into a situation, surrounded by weirdos and stupids.

They travelled for about an hour before finally stopping at a place, when they saw the tracks of a large snake. It’s scales were deeply etched on the ground. Even the width of the track in the ground was a metre wide. So,there was no need to guess about it’s length. Along the track, several trees were overrun by the snake as it left a trail going deep into the forest.

The Yu clan elder approached the old man amongst the group “Senior flotopple, What should we do ? ” This question clearly shows fion who’s incharge here.

While these two old man were discussing, Raul came near fion and initiated a conversation “So brother Fion, can you tell me more about yourself ? i suddenly had a premonition that your life story would be interesting ”

Fion slightly chuckled as he thought in his mind “haha, you really want to know about me huh …well, if i really tell you my story, i am sure you would label me on the same category as the Yu Clan elder .. but this time i think your thought was right on. My story really was most mysterious and certainly be extremely interesting”

His thought was suddenly interrupted by a sweet voice. “Brother, can you give me some steam leafed pills. My mitogenes are already filled with Yuan Qi,so i am going to form more mitogenes and increase my cultivation a bit ” The only female teen of the group approached the duo of fion and raul.

Raul’s expression fluttered and his whole posture turned extremely gentle as he showed delight in his face. But fion’s expression turned into one of envy. Apart from red autumn pills, there are other powerful pills which can be used to form nucleolus and kill bacteria. Among these, steam leafed pills were one of the costliest and more potent pills.

“Really ? then, congrats my sister ! … You are only 15 and yet you are going to breakthrough to the mid phase of the Mitogene realm hmmm, if it’s like this, then when you aged past 18 and with your increase in cultivation, i have to search really hard for an appropriate suitor to you … now you are adding another worry to your big brother’s life ”

When she heard the praise, she blushed a little and immediately after, her face beamed with pride. Raul took some steam leafed pills from his space ring and gave it to his sister.

“When the time comes, i have to trouble big brother then” having said that, she took the pills and went to the other side without a single glance at fion. it was like she ignored the existence of fion the whole time.

“Wow, i just now saw the live version of how a young lady of a clan gets spoiled. i know these arrogant young masters attitude was because of the pampering by their family but seeing it up close … it’s really something” fion inwardly sneered.

Since fion was always a solitude person, he didn’t bother with all the praises and bragging about himself told by others. He know that this attitude would one day became a doom for the arrogant young masters.

Looking at the fion who was in deep thought, raul grinned evilly and placed his hands on fion’s shoulders. This startled fion as he immediately came back to his senses.

“Brother fion, She is my sister “ liflower ”, and …. hehe …. if you really want to have a chance at her, you have to reach condensation realm before 18 or at least peak of mitogene realm. Then only i can consider you as one of the suitors.” raul advised fion as he winked at him.

Fion gritted his teeth as he tried hard to contain his anger “This guy clearly knows how to piss me off … When did i ever got interested in her … what’s more important is your sister’s talent is only above average level but you want a person reaching condensation realm before 18 to be a suitor, Even if one count the number of persons achieving this in the entire kingdom , it won’t exceed five …Dream on dear elder brother … i guess you want your sister to be the next Availy … “

“ Regarding my cultivation, just give me some beasts nuclei and red autumn pills, i would broke through to condensation realm within 2 hours, though i don’t know whether my body can handle the massive power ” fion chuckled

Availy was an extremely beautiful women who lived in Minrah Kingdom several hundred years back. Her beauty goes far beyond the level of a human as even some people described her as a descendant of an angel. She didn’t marry nor had affair with any men as she repeated told to all her pursuers that she would only marry the most powerful person in the continent and waited for several decades. Since a person who stood at peak of martial arts would not bother himself with worldly pleasures, she didn’t got any marriage requests from any powerful experts at that time. Her cultivation level was not high and so she aged very quickly as her beauty faded away in time. Eventually, she died without marrying anyone as her tale began to spread and told through generations.

What fion meant was that if a person can reach condensation realm before 18, then he would have a great talent and his future would be very prosperous. That person can even get engaged with young ladies of the royal family. More over, Peng clan was only 5th most powerful clan in the kingdom and didn’t have that much influence when comparing with royal clan. If so, then why would anyone show an interest in marrying his sister when they had huge prospects ahead of them.

Fion sat on a nearby rock without saying anything to raul and closed his eyes as he began to meditate. Even though it has no use since all his mitogenes were already filled with Yuan Qi, it soothes his mind and thus, he meditate whenever possible.

Several minutes passed as the two old man had finally made a decision.

“Regarding the lorn beast ” the old geezer of Peng clan started his speech which immediately gathered everyone’s attention including fion who opened his eyes and looked at the former in silent.

“I am not sure whether this is a black tongued python or a green dotted viper. If it’s the former, then we have no problem passing through the region and even hunting it since it is only an earth attributed type but if it’s the latter, we would abandon this route and go through a different one” his indifferent voice fell on everyone’s ear.

Fion’s expression flickered when he heard that the name ‘green dotted viper’. It is a relatively rare species and had the unique attribute of poison. In the entire world, beasts having earth attribute were common and spread through out every region. The next relatively common beasts were of water attribute which one can find almost in any areas having large amounts of water. Beasts having air attribute were also as common as water attributed beasts but they live only on high altitudes so hunting them was a bit difficult and were considered rarer.

The most rare attributed type beast among the major four elements of world was fire attributed beasts. For every 20 lorn beasts of earth attributed type, there would be a single fire attributed beast. And the most rarest of beasts were those which had unique attributed and variation elemental Qi like poison, ice, magma, metal, thunder etc and there were even legendary beasts having attributes like aura,space and time. Of course, these legendary beasts exist only in stories and there had been no clear evidence of their presence or sight through out the history of the world of bartlen.

So, every person would crave for nuclei of lorn beasts having unique elemental Qi. For fion, who has different kinds of bacteria, this is a temptation which he cannot resist

“Hmm, if it’s really a green dotted python, then i would have to slip away from this group as soon as possible ” fion made a resolution.

After everyone nodded in approval, the group began to follow the trail of the snake. All along the way, the surroundings were awfully quiet which gave an eerie feeling to the members of the group. The whole path was filled with broken trees and deformed land.

liflower retracted back and came near the old geezer of the Peng clan Flotopple . And, other teens also followed suit. He lovingly gazed at the teens and made a Yuan Qi shield enveloping the three teens.

Fion’s expression flickered when he saw this scene. Memories of mother slightly resurfaced and tears began to swell on his eyes. Since his mother is the one and only person in the whole world who loved him as he is, it became his greatest weakness to break apart his emotions.But he quickly retracted back his memories and regained his stern and calm posture.

Suddenly, fion stopped almost at the same time Flotopple stopped his movement and everyone followed him as they came to a halt. Flotopple walked forward slowly and silently in small steps. Everyone does the same and proceeded with utmost caution. The pathway seemed to came to an end as they came across a small valley.

“Beautiful” exclaimed Liflower appreciating the serene beauty of the valley between the ridge of mountains. It was filled with colourful and lustrous flowers. She proceeded to walk forward and plucked a star shaped flower after which she put it in her hair. This only adds to her cuteness as she enjoyed herself the company of these flowers.

Raul came near fion and whispered slowly “ Hey, i will tell you a secret on account of our friendship , Another way to have her hand in marriage is to make her fall in love with you. And the only way to impress her is by gifting valuable flowers. She really loves flowers and if you manage to pluck the wisdom flower which is at the top of the small hill over there and gift it to her, then there is a slight possibility that she may have a normal impression towards you ”

Fion gave a strange look at Raul which had an implied meaning of “Are you really her brother ? ”. He was shocked that raul was giving ideas to hit on his own sister. While thinking of that, he looked at the wisdom flower at the top of the distant hill. His expression was as reserved as ever as he turned around and walked towards the Yu Clan elder.

Raul grinned at the nonchalant attitude of fion and followed behind him with different ideas in his mind. Abruptly, a huge roar shook the heavens after which a series of howls and cries immediately followed. The face of all the persons turned grim and pale in fright and extreme fear. Immediately Flotopple made a bubble of Yuan Qi which envelops the young masters of the peng clan, as he retreated back into the forest with lightning speed bringing the bubble with him. The two middle aged man and even the Yu Clan elder does the same, throttled at full speed and quickly disappeared into the forest.

Fion was standing there without any movement and as still as a statue. Infact, he very much want to run away as soon as possible, but he figured out that this is the best situation to get rid of this pesky group. As for the huge roar, fion confirmed that it has to be an outcry of an animal above the realm of a lorn beast.
