Titan's Palace
Titan's Palace is one of the largest forests in the Galgar crater. It spans about seven hundred square kilometres. The dryad that acts as the mother for this forest is Elvia Marlavius Eldara Okaril Nimarus Averaliunara Serias Kirals Uvals Esaldi, a mid-rank minor deity acknowledged by the greater deity Oberion, deity of nature itself. She has watched over the forest since before the times of beginning and is one of the few that remember what happened before the times of beginning.
The reason the forest is called Titan's Palace is because of the many mountain pillars which are said to be products of the titans. The forest is the floor, the mountain pillars are, of course, the pillars and the sky is the ceiling. A certain titan called TRISTAN, among titans known as Terminus Ralgium Iladem Serbarl Torak Anacktul Nerasil, is commonly named as the builder of Titan's Palace.
Titan's Palace is home to a variety of species, from animalistic to humanoid. And there is also a being referred to as TRISTAN's pet, Ilvaldira, the dragon that guarded the central pillar which held up the ceiling of the Titan's Palace. Ilvaldira is said to have been slain during the times of beginning, killed by an unknown person that is now referred to as the Riftwalker.
The pillar Ilvaldira was protecting later became home to a group of wood elves that had fleen from the blood-wood war and they flourished away from all other civilizations. A tribe of goblins later dug their way from the foot of the Ilvaldira mountain pillar up to the forest above the first layer of clouds where an illusion was present, an illusion of a world with only one moon and of an infinite sky.
The closest town to the forest is called Titan's Footprint, mostly referred to as either Titan's Foot or simply Footprint though. It is located north of the forest and is built in a crater that resembles a footprint. It is believed to be the footprint of TRISTAN builder of the Titan's Palace himself.

The Last Science
[This story is on a temporary hiatus due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I work in healthcare and unfortunately no longer have the freetime to continue posting on a regular basis. As soon as our workload decreases, I will return. Thanks for reading! 💙] No one ever knows the whole story. Nestled deep in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, something is emerging. Kept in absolute secrecy, it seeps into a fading town, quietly shared from person to person. For Alden Bensen, a directionless high school graduate, this discovery could mean an escape from his empty existence. To Rachel DuValle, perpetually underestimated and dismissed by the world, magic represents a chance to become something much greater than herself. In the face of an unsuspecting world, their decisions shape the growth of a budding society discovering untold power. This potent force offers anyone the power to change humanity forever—or send it cascading into swift and total annihilation. Want this story in smaller bites? Click here! The Last Science is an ongoing science-fiction / low-fantasy web novel series, focused on the modern world with a twist. New societies bud and grow, but the people who make them up are imperfect and flawed. The story includes elements of mystery, action, crime, interpersonal drama, relationships, philosophy, sociology, politics, and much more, all centered on the perspective characters driving the tale. Each chapter is pretty long (average ~8000 words), so find somewhere comfy to read. Content Warning (by request): This series delves into some topics and situations which may be upsetting for some readers. In American rating parlance, the narrative would be rated PG-13 (except for language), but some have noted the story can get pretty dark on occasion.
