Chapter 85: Bigger Picture

"Luo Ai, can't you see if Ye Meixiu joins forces with Lu Chen, it will definitely become a problem for me." With Ye Meixiu joining Lu Chen, Liu Fei Fei knew Lu Chen would have another card he could use. With the Ye and Lu family's influences, they could suppress her family's power.

And Lu Chen can easily manipulate Ye Meixiu to do anything he wants. With how obsessed Ye Meixiu is with Lu Chen, it would be child's play. But then, Liu Fei Fei's expression turns ugly.

This is the main problem Liu Fei Fei has with the two being together. The influences of the two family's combined can easily make Long Shen disappear like thin air without her family finding a clue about him.

As Liu Fei Fei shouts out, most of the customers look at her. She couldn't control herself as she could already imagine Lu Chen using deadly torture tactics on Long Shen to make him suffer.

Luo Ai sweats from how the crowd is looking at the table as she consoles Liu Fei Fei, "Fei Fei, lower your voice. Everybody is looking at us."

Liu Fei Fei looks around and notices the people looking at her, and she quickly looks down in embarrassment. I got too angry.

Seeing that she had calmed down now, Luo Ai explains, "Think about it. If Ye Meixiu and Lu Chen go out with each other, doesn't it mean that Lu Chen is over you?"

When Luo Ai said this, Liu Fei Fei's eyes widened. She hadn't thought about it like that. From how obsessive Lu Chen was with her, Liu Fei Fei felt that Lu Chen would use Ye Meixiu to get rid of Long Shen to get to her.

Still seeing the doubtful look she has, Luo Ai adds, "If Lu Chen loves Ye Meixiu as much as he did with you, then you wouldn't have to worry about Lu Chen attacking Long Shen. He'll probably go after Gao Jinhai instead." Liu Fei Fei laughs a bit from the last part.

"... Your right! If Lu Chen goes out with Ye Meixiu, then he would be out of my sight!" Even if there is a small chance of this happening, Liu Fei Fei knew she had to take the risk.
