Chapter 78: The Meeting Of The Four

When Liu Fei Fei said she wanted that cake, you can see the apologetic expression the waiter is about to make. He makes a wry smile as he apologizes to her, "I'm sorry, miss. But the last three-layered coffee cake has already been ordered by somebody else. If you want, I can recommend you something else?"

A frown starts to form on Liu Fei Fei's face as she asks the waiter, "I will pay more than the one who bought the cake." Usually, Liu Fei Fei would be considerate and not cause problems, but today isn't like those days. She knows it's wrong for her to be this selfish and obnoxious by throwing money around like this. However, she needs to distress her mind. These past few days had been stressful for her. The restaurant incident and then talking to Lu Chen one on one had taken a toll on her.

Even though Liu Fei Fei had offered him this suggestion, the waiter obviously felt conflicted about whether or not to agree with what she said. The waiter has a hunch that the girl in front of him isn't someone he should be messing with. However, the young man can be said the same as well. His demeanor and looks suggest that he comes from a wealthy background as well.

What should I do?!

Seeing how the waiter is confused, Liu Fei Fei felt sympathetic and didn't want to force him more. She suggests, "How about I talk to the person, and I will ask him for it instead?" She knew if she talks to the person instead, it would be better for the waiter. And Liu Fei Fei knew the person who bought it would compromise if she's the one talking.

Is she a goddess? The waiter couldn't help but smile at how understanding this beautiful customer is. He points towards Lu Chen's table as he says, " The young gentlemen over there is the one who ordered the desserts."

When the waiter points towards Lu Chen's table, Luo Ai and Liu Fei Fei turn to looks in that direction. Luo Ai could recognize one of the people as she exclaims, "Hey, isn't that Ye Meixiu?" Ye Meixiu could be easily recognized even in a large crowd. She had a distinct angelical look and a holy aura consistently around her. It's next to impossible for people to not even glance at her.

Liu Fei Fei didn't care if Ye Meixiu is at the table, as the person she needs to talk to is the person with her. She begins to walk towards the table. It looks like one of those runways models used as they walk.

While Ye Meixiu is immersed in eating her desserts, the warning flags went up in her mind as she felt a dangerous presence coming towards her table. She looks up and notices Liu Fei Fei and Luo Ai are walking towards them. Her warning instinct went into the red zone.

Why are the two of them walking towards us?! Ye Meixiu couldn't understand the reason why the girls are coming towards them. She already knew the moment they had come in, they're going to be a huge problem in her plan. Her face begins to pale from fear.

At first, Lu Chen notices Ye Meixiu's change in expression and looks at her in worry and confusion. He turns towards the direction she’s looking at, and he understood why Ye Meixiu is shocked. Even his eyes turn wide from seeing the two.

Why are the two of them here?

The moment the two reach their table, Liu Fei Fei glances at Lu Chen, and he gazes back at her. At first, Liu Fei Fei notices the guy wore the same school uniform as her. Having never seen such a handsome young student like him through the entire school year is a bit confusing. Yet, just locking eyes with him made her felt a sense of discomfort.

Luo Ai has the same thoughts as Liu Fei Fei as she stares at Lu Chen. There is only silence as the four of them gaze down at one another. Even though the crowd felt something is about to go down, they couldn’t help but admire how beautiful a scene they’re making.
