But the only thing he got from her is Ye Meixiu sticking her tongue at him. She immediately jumps out of the car before the stunned Lu Chen could retort to that.

That ungrateful brat! Gritting his teeth, Lu Chen yells out from the window, “You brat!! I should have let you walk the way home!”

Ye Meixiu laughs at how angry Lu Chen was and was about to go inside her home,

“Meixiu.” But Lu Chen suddenly calls out to her.

“Hmm? What is it, brother Chen?” Ye Meixiu turns around, wondering what Lu Chen’s going to say to her.

“See you at school tomorrow.” Lu Chen smiles as he rolls the window back, and the car begins to drive away.

Ye Meixiu gives a bright smile as she says lightly, “See you at school too, brother Chen,” and looks at the car driving away.
