Chapter 47: The Three Great Beauties

The beauty's name is Ye Meixiu. She is one of the three great beauties of First High. The three great beauties of First High were created by a group of male students a long time ago. They wanted to show off to the other school that First High had the most beautiful girls in the entire district. At first, these titles were just only for the men to glorify the prettiest girls. But then, the girls found out about it. The males thought it was game over, yet it is the opposite. The girls joined in and made the titles more significant throughout the entire school.

The titles of the three great beauties were supposed to be given to girls from each grade of First High. That way, they don't get the anger of the girls of a specific class. But that changed during the last two years. In their second year at First High, three girls in the same grade were given the titles.

However, there wasn’t an ounce of backlash. As the populace of the school were unanimous in giving those three the titles. The beauty of those three was uncontested by anyone above or below their grade.

Each one of them was given a nickname that specifies how they act. And the type of beauty the girls are. Ye Meixiu’s nickname was Angel, and as her name and nickname imply, she was graceful and kind to all students. The other two great beauties were Luo Ai, whose nickname is “Fairy,” for her carefree and lively personality. The last one was Liu Fei Fei’s, whose nickname was “Empress,” as she has a celestial aura around her that makes people bow down before them.

Ye Meixiu continues to read her book as the gazes from the crowd didn’t phase her at all. But her casual reading pose was enough to make all of the hearts of men to be swoon into love.

With the cherry on top, there is a skylight built into the library. The skylights begin to shine sunlight onto her, making it look like an angel had descended onto the earth. It is as if heaven was blessing her right now.

This scene made many boys go from being swoon by her to having crazy heart shape pupils forming in their eyes. Lu Chen, on the other hand, was shaking his head,

She has changed so much from our childhood. Lu Chen smiles as he reminisces the past between the two of them. During his childhood, the three girls; Liu Fei Fei, Luo Ai, and Ye Meixiu, would come over to his house. The four of them would do everything together.
