If I hear the drunk slandering my friends again, then I will personally make him have an intimate talk with the ground. It’s not a warning. It’s a threat.”

Lu Chen’s threat and tone made the people shiver that such a person could make such a clear threat without even flinching. Zhang Jian was also sitting there in shock and realizes Lu Chen had left him there. He immediately chases after him.

“Brother Chen, huff, wait up.” Zhang Jian was out of breath as he holds onto Lu Chen’s shoulder.

“Zhang Jian, you didn’t need to run to catch up to me. I was just walking.” Lu Chen shook his head at how overly dramatic Zhang Jian was.

Finishing catching up his breath, Zhang Jian smiles, “ If I didn’t catch up to you, I could have miss something fun.” What Lu Chen did in the restaurant was badass in his eyes. He was like the god of war, ready to smite his enemies down.

Lu Chen gives him a smirk, “What could I have done in the few minutes I walked out of the restaurant.” Even though Lu Chen said this, he felt very hyped from that incident. This was the first time that he ever talked back to Long Shen and smacked him down.

Like a child hype on sugar, Lu Chen wants to do more things; driving cars, fighting people, anything. But Lu Chen starts to take deep breaths as he knew that rushing headfirst into random activities would screw him over.

Before Lu Chen could think about what to do, Zhang Jian butts in, “Hey brother Chen, is it really true that you punched fatty Shao because of me?” Even though the two of them were best friends, during these few years, they have a little distance between the two of them due to Liu Fei Fei. But to see that Lu Chen actually punched someone for him, he couldn’t believe it.
