Luke, during this small reunion, finally notices the changes in his girls and Andrea.

All of them made tremendous breakthroughs!

And this was without his effort of using the soul link to speed up Qingyue and Lingxi cultivation.

It goes to show a genius will always stay true to themselves. But when Luke glanced towards Andrea, he felt a more subtle change of feeling about her.

The blackness in her eyes seemed a shade darker, her presence became a bit colder, yet she had a small smirk on her face like she was sure of herself.

Nobody else noticed this change, but Luke had instantly picked up on it. However, his attention was soon taken when Lingxi said,

"We knew you'd find this kind of greeting the best! So? How di-Oh? Sister Xueruo? You somehow got even more beautiful!" Her eyes had trailed over to Cang Yue, who was standing nearby with a small smile.

And indeed, for both Lingxi and Qingyue, they were a bit shocked at the subtle change of Cang Yue.

Down to her drop-dead gorgeous face, dazzling orange-red color eyes, and an even more delicate presence than before. She became a beauty that even other normal beautiful women would envy.

And when Lingxi mentioned it, Qingyue had trailed her eyes down her body and noticed the blue lightning bind around her hand.

Her face lit up into a small smirk since she was beginning to realize why Cang Yue's presence felt much more pleasing to be around.

"Hm? Not only more attractive but also, more attached to Luke?"

Pointing out the last part, Lingixi also saw the blue lightning bind on her hand. A teasing smile formed on her face in contrast to the still steady small smile of Cang Yue.

"Oh? Even in front of the mighty Divine Phoenix, you just can't seem to help yourself, Luke!" Lingxi's words were chastising, but her smile and tone of voice were the direct opposite.

"Fufufu~, it's quite true. I was under the roguish whims of him for the whole week, even under Senior Divine Phoenix watch. But, I'm sure you girls know, his charms are quite good."

Cang Yue teased back, not bothered at all by their words. At this point, the thought of sharing Luke was becoming greater and greater in her mind.

For one week, despite having little time to talk, she felt far more close to him than most people she knows. No words were needed, but their feelings for each other were already blooming and growing.

"Hey, I would have to have something seriously wrong with me to not want to get closer with a beautiful Phoenix maiden. I'm sure you girls agree, don't you?"

Luke was looking into their eyes while asking.

Still, for someone who's all new to this multiple partners thing, he always wanted to make sure all three of them were on the same page.

With his fused soul for no matter how much power he gains, it all would be in vain if his girls are unsatisfied and don't feel loved.

"Well...I can't argue with you on that point." Truly if it was any other girl beside Cang Yue, Lingxi would've felt a bit sour towards her.

But even at their first meeting, they got along with each other like fish in the water.

But this small moment got interrupted when Andrea said,

"Your charms are still running strong little Luke. And with this confidence, I suppose you're ready to go?" As she got next to them, Luke remembered that demon group.

Luke held no qualms about killing this group since they would've met a cruel fate if they fell into their hands. Lingxi and Qingyue had let go of Luke, and he asked Lingxi,

"Ah right, that group. What has happened since the week passed?"

"So far, nothing much. After Andrea warned Senior Baichun, he gathered his clansman here for protection. And that demon group couldn't break in here no matter what. But now, it's time for us to leave!"

Lingxi explained to the duo. A fierce glint flashed into Luke's eyes as he thought about how the boss of the group just immediately attacked without any warnings.

It was time for revenge!

"Ah! Young Luke and Xureuo, you made it out of the trials so quickly! Have you two received the blessing of the Phoenix God to deal with this group?"

The surprised voice of Feng Baichun called out to them as the five were making plans.

Behind him were the adorable Xian'er and Zu'er, who wanted to see these two youths specifically.

Once Luke and Cang Yue had exited the trials, everyone from the village felt their bloodline tremble in absolute suppression!

This suppression they all were familiar with—a clear superiority in bloodline quality of the Phoenix.

The rest of the clansmen were peeking towards Luke and Cang Yue since they felt intimidated towards someone blessed by the Phoenix God.

Though every single one of them was in awe of Luke's and Cang Yue's mystical looks.

"Xureuo had received the full Phoenix inheritance; I only helped. But you don't have to worry, we'll finish that group easily." Luke assured the elder as he got closer to them.

"Oh? And you brought the two kids to see us?" Luke said while he stared at the two children who had awe looks watching Luke and Cang Yue.

"You've left quite an impression on them. It's no wonder they wouldn't want to see you again." Feng Baichun smiled and explained while his kids clutched his hand tighter.

"Ah...Uhm...Big brother-"

"Wait a minute, what's wrong with your Phoenix bloodline?" The cute Xian'er attempted to talk until Cang Yue's eyes flashed in surprise.

More clearly than Luke's senses, Cang Yue felt Feng Baichun and the other bloodlines were slightly...off?

"It should've been obvious you would be able to sense it. Haah...for generations and generations, our specific clan has an inherited curse. By our Ancestor, our Phoenix bloodline will drastically slow down our cultivation to the point it's hard to break through even the True Profound Realm. Luke did recall some plot with this clan, but he didn't really pay attention to it.

"There's no need to push yourself young Xueuro. We all have already?" Feng Baichun could only voice out confusion once he saw the light show on Cang Yue's hand.

Bright Phoenix flame, pure white soul power, and Luke's blue soul mark all gathered above her finger. Yet her power was calm, and she was in complete control.

Soon enough, Cang Yue formed a luxurious drop of Phoenix flame that exuded incomparably vibrant life energy!

"Please don't resist Senior Baichun." Cang Yue sent the drop of flame directly into the mark between Feng Baichun's head with a flick of her finger.

And instantly, Feng Baichun felt a warm, refreshing power remold his body! His bloodline that was massively altered only needed a few seconds before turning back into a pure Phoenix bloodline.

Outwardly nothing changed about him until the mark on his head quietly burned away.

"Ah?! Father?!"

"Your curse mark is gone!!"

His children exclaimed in surprise while Feng Baichun was in complete shock. In just one second, he suddenly underwent a tremendous transformation!

Moreover, his body felt far stronger than previously, and his face gained a more vibrant look to it. His eyes stared fixedly at Cang Yue in awe as she looked pleased with her work.

"Oh, let me help you speed up this process," Luke said and held Cang Yue's hand.

"Eh? But you don't have a Phoenix bloodline?" Lingxi and Qingyue were confused since they believed only someone with a Phoenix bloodline could achieve this.

Cang Yue said to her, and instantly a blue lightning aura crackled out of the duo!

Like roaring thunder, their soul marks linked in perfect sync. Through this powerful boost, the duo raised their hands to the sky and,

A glorious Phoenix flame blasted to the sky, igniting the whole ruins up in a magnificent red hue!

The Phoenix flame, once high in the sky, burst into little droplets of purifying Phoenix flames.

Every Phoenix clansmen there were in total awe by the spectacular. Before anyone could react, every Phoenix member received one droplet of purifying Phoenix flames.

"Ah...ah!?! My-my bloodline, it's getting transformed!!"

"This is the work of the ones chosen by the Phoenix Gods!!"

"Baichun! Ah! It really is them!"

Feng Caiyun had gotten closer to the group, and she saw Luke and Cang Yue as some sort of prophets. And how couldn't she think that? The feat the duo just performed was beyond this world.

"Big brother and big sister are amazing!!" Feng Xian'er exclaimed out in heated excitement. She, along with her brother, also saw the duo as actual majestic figures now.

"We-we, how can we ever…" Feng Baichun was stuttering out words at this point since his whole generation was just saved in mere seconds.

"Don't mention it. Think of it as us repaying a debt for taking us here. And now, we have one more debt to settle. Senior Baichun, we'll meet you at the front of the village when everything settles." Luke swiftly said and pulled the also surprised Lingxi and Qingye close to him.

A faint feeling was pulling him, and Luke decided he didn't want to drag out any more time since there was no reason to, and he was itching for some action now.

With Qingyue in one hand, Lingxi and Cang Yue, in his other hand, Luke prepared to flash out of there once sensing the demon group's location.

"Ah? Shouldn't we stay-" Before Cang Yue could finish her sentence,

'Swish!'

'Swish!'

The four of them vanished from sight along with Andrea, who reacted in sync with Luke.

"Oh...they left so quickly too...wait, are they planning to take on that demon group?!" Feng Caiyun had suddenly exclaimed, but Baichun was focusing on where they last stood.

"If it isn't the Phoenix blessing, then what is it?"

On a clear dirt path of the Mountain Range, several fierce-looking men in black armor were lounging around.

There wasn't a single weak person in this group of men, and all of their eyes held cruel glints that showed little regard for human lives.

"Seriously, Black Demon, how long will we have to stay out here?! At this rate, those delicious chickens will croak of old age before we get to them."

One large daunting looking man spooky to the cruelest looking of them all. This man had wild spiky hair, a gross face, and a disgusting smile that would turn your inside out.

Turning to the one that spoke, the man simply told him,

"Gehehe, getting impatient, are we? Relax, just like how we kidnapped those children, one of these fools will make a grave mistake. All we need to do is wait."

The boss of the group spoke in an absolutely confident tone. Despite how those two youths managed to run away from him, he still held no doubts about killing and taking everyone there.

"So, this is where they're hiding…" Andrea's daunting voice quietly said.

From a mile away from them, Luke's group was hiding in the bushes. They all masked their presence by suppressing their cultivation with the cousins' Spirit seals.

"They're kind of like sitting ducks, huh? By the way, Luke, what was with that sudden rush?" Lingxi asked him while observing the demon group.

Luke, though he was eager to fight and didn't want to waste time, honestly didn't know why he wanted to leave so quickly.

It was like as soon as he cured the village, a faint feeling that wasn't part of him was telling him to leave.

'Oh...she really is getting ahead of us. Just tell them your soul is anticipating to fight.' Spooky suddenly spoke up much to Luke's confusion.

"Ah, sorry about that abruptness, but during the whole time when we left the trial, my soul was calling me to come here and fight," Luke said as Spooky suggested, but he knew that wasn't it.

"Eager to fight? Are you starting to become a battle junky?" Qingyue was raising an eyebrow, and there was no trace of joking in her tone.

"Well, I'm not sure about little Luke, but I might become one." Abruptly Andrea told them.

Ever since Luke came out of the trial, just the mere thought of taking their revenge was causing waves in her soul, pulling her to heated excitement.

Her aura leaked out a bit, but only to where the other four could sense it.

And this sense was something Luke could swear was familiar to the one he felt in the village just now.

"Andy, how did you cultivate during the week?" Luke asked since, from the mere small portion of Andrea aura, there was definitely something different about her.

"Oh? You'll see, after the battle." In return, Andrea lightly smiled at him, which only made Luke more curious.

"Right...in any case before we start, Qingyue, want to help me with an experiment?"

Luke already grabbed her soft elastic hand, and Qingyue only held a questioning look.

"Mnh? What kind of experiment? Is it something weird?" Luke nearly falters since Qingyue said it with the straightest of tones.

"Oh, Ah! Fufufu~, it's nothing weird, sister Qingyue; in fact, I think you and eventually sister Lingxi will quite enjoy it…"
