"Mom, I'm home!" Romnick entered as he gestured Jack and Arvin to go inside.
"Araaa, you earlier today." A young woman with long chestnut hair, oval face, and a gentle smile appeared in front of them. Couple with her green eyes, she seems like a big sister to Romnick, not a mother they imagine to be.
Romnick shrugged his shoulder as he expected their reaction. "Don't be fooled by her appearance, you may see her as a young girl bu..."
"Arara, my boy, what are talking about?" The woman revealed a sweet smile as she questions her son.
Beans of sweat appeared on his forehead. "Nothing."
"Well anyway, why don't lead your friends to the living room while I prepare for our food?" The woman said with a smile.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
At the dining table, Romnick, Jack, and Arvin sat on their own as they discussed the incident earlier.
"Romnick, you deserved to be called one of the sons of a billionaire." Arvin adjusted his glasses as he said this in a sarcastic tone.
Romnick scratches his cheek in embarrassment, in the first place Arvin already knew his status, so that only leave Jack not knowing anything about him. Well, less than a month pass when they got to know each other, so it understandable that Jack knew a little about him.
"Why are your words give a feeling that I was a secretive friend?" Romnick glared at Arvin while the latter shrugged his shoulder.
"Well, Jack, what do you think?" Romnick asks with a grin.
"It's okay;" Jack said lightly.
"Eh, so Jack did you know someone has mansion as big as this?" Arvin asked while Romnick looks at Jack curiously. Coming to this big house while acting naturally, one could tell that Jack already entered a mansion as big as this. When Jack heard their question, he was sneering inside as he knew that they are boasting about Romnick wealth.
They didn't know that Jack lives in a mansion with more than 500 meters of land. "Yeah." He responded vaguely.

Romnick didn't dwell on the matter as he knew that wealth only purpose is to make life better. As for Arvin, a bitter smile appeared on his face. "Well, I am expecting an awed expression to your face, but met with a disinterest respond."
"Aha, don't fuss it, when Arvin first came here. His eyes sparkled with delight and surprised that I can afford to live in a place this if you saw him that day, you will surely laugh when you saw his dumb expression."
'Am I the only one ordinary here?' Arvin thought awkwardly.
"Anyway, can you guys keep it?" Romnick said with worry. His mother will surely hire someone to investigate the incident happen earlier, so to not make it any bigger he decided to hide what happens to his mother.
"So, what are you guys talking about?" Romnick mother appeared with a smile on her face.
Taking her sit, Angelica Branagh looks at the three with amuse expression."So what are you keeping from your mother, son?"
"N...Nothing." Romnick was flustered and said in a panic.
"Romnick asks us to keep something regarding about our exam;" Jack answered to save Romnick from his predicament.
"Ehe, so why are panicking, son?" Angelica asks with a smile.
"He seems to be afraid of you knowing that he forget about the exam, so he wants to keep it from you;" Jack Kick Romnick under the table to respond.
Romnick gave a thumbs up and followed. " Sorry Mom, I forget something that you taught me."
Looking at her son lowering his head, a gentle smile surface from her face."Only that? That's fine, son, you don't have to be a shame. It was normal for a kid like you to play, so make sure to remember your study next time or else you know what will happen." Angelica smilingly said.
"Romnick, your mom always smiled but why do I feel a chill when I saw your mom like that?" Arvin whispered.

"Shut up, don't make it worse." Romnick kick Arvin in his foot that made him wrench in pain.
"Madam. the food is ready." A middle-aged maid appeared in front of them as she put the foods on the table.
"Boys, let's eat first;" Angelica said, unlike the Asian food, she preferred to eat western food.
Looking at the food prepared on the table, an aroma attack Arvin's nostrils, as he swallowed a mouthful of saliva. Jack look at Arvin and shook his head, unlike Arvin he restrains himself with a patient like a typical noble.
"This kid was interesting." Angelica looks at Jack with interest.
After eating their fill, Angelica put the knife and fork on the table as she stared at three with a smile on her face. "So can you introduced your friend, son?"
"Well, this is Jack, I only knew him recently so bringing him here was quite forceful actually." Romnick blush as he forgets to introduced Jack to his mother.
Jack nodded in response, looking at him, she thought that he was a kid without many words. "Romnick, your friends seem to be tired, why don't you guide them to their room."
"Okay, Mom." Romnick hurriedly took off his leave as he guided Jack and Arvin to his room.
Looking at their departing back, Angelica also walks to her room. "So what happened, Jeremy?"
A man suddenly appeared and kneeled in front of Angelica. "Master, when we reach the factory all of the men of Pontic are dead other than Wei being unconscious."
'It seems like an expert intervene, but why would an expert like that appeared in that kind of place?' Angelica was deep thought.
"So did you see the expert who took down the men of the Pontic family?"
"No, we didn't notice anyone," Jeremy answered with respect.
"I don't know their objective, but to involve my son is asking for their death, investigate the reason why would they abduct him." Angelica smiling face vanish as a cold expression appeared on her face.
"We will do everything to satisfy you, Master."
"So what about the thing I asked you?"
A serious appeared on Jeremy's face when heard that thing. "Master, we already suspect that the newly produce pill is already on hand of the Pontic family. And based on the investigation, it was likely consumed by the son of the Pontic patriarch."
"What a pity, a C-class pill was wasted just like that." Angelic shook her head.
" Then If the master doesn't have anymore order to this subordinate, excuse me."
"Wait." Jeremy was about to leave when Angelica remembered something that interests her.
"Look for the information of Jack, that child made me, interested in him." Angelica smiled playfully.
Inside of Romnick room, Jack suddenly shivered, bean of cold sweat appeared on his forehead. Arvin looks at him with confusion. "Jack, are you okay?"
"I am fine."
"Okay, Jack, Angelica is scary, right?" Arvin suddenly ask.
"Yes."
"Damn, as I thought, I am not the only one who thought of that." Arvin shivered, every time he remembered the kind smile of Angelica.
'Jack that woman was dangerous, you have to be careful.' Acedia.
'Yes, I also sensed it.' Jack.
'That woman gene was terrifying she can't even control it.' Acedia.
'How can you know?' Jack.
'Fool, those green eyes are the proof, if she can't turn those eyes to normal her aura will naturally leak.' Acedia.
'So that's her Aura." When remembered the green energy surrounding Angelica, he felt pressure coming from her.
'Anyway stay as far as possible from her, she's dangerous for you to handle right now.' Acedia.
