"What the hell?!" Rai grumbled, staring at his comrades. "How are we supposed to go on a raid without that idiot?"

"And how are we supposed to explain this to Guildmaster Gojou?" Yuya added, scratching his head.

"Are you both coward or something? Stop relying on other, that's the first step in becoming stronger." Taiga replies, making Rai and Yuya shut up.

"Ahh, Yuya-san." They heard a loud roughly voice approaching them. Yuya turned his head and anchored his attention to the speaker.

He saw the guildmaster of White raven's guild, Gojou walking towards them. "Gojou-san? Hey, don't add a 'san', I'm only seventeen." Yuya smiled, avoiding any awkward conversation with the old man.

Gojou quickly looked around him, looking for something. "Shu–, eh? where's Shun?" He narrowed his eyes and gives Yuya a suspicious glare.

"He's, ummm... out somewhere but he'll catch up." Yuya explained, avoiding eye contact.

"We'll atleast your captain will participate," Gojou approaches Ryuga reaching for his hand. "Good to see you here, guildmaster Ryuga."

Ryuga quickly grabs and shakes his hand. "I'm looking forward to it, " he responded.

"Two strong players is absent," Gojou spoked. "This is gonna be a one hell of a tough fight. I really wish Shun was here."

"Well, it can't be helped." Rai mumbled.

"Wait, guildmaster Gojou. I understand that not having guildmaster Ryouma in this raid was a great lose in firepower, but Shun?" A gentle feminine voice spoked beside Gojou spoked, it was Haru.

"Shun is strong though." Yuya thought.

"Wait, Ryouma is absent?" Ryuga questioned in disappointment.

"Yeah, that idiot don't want to participate. For some reason, he's been punching and digging a hole in their guild barracks." Gojou spoked.

"W-Why?" Ryuga gives a confused look.

"Nah, I told him a little story of my conversation with Shun yesterday. He's been mad since then." Gojou happily explains. "He's even whimpering about him being deceive by a kid, and he was like 'I'mma kill that brat for lying' he's been screaming that while digging a hole."

"That was some hardcore training," Yuya can't help but imagine and smirk. "I bet he's pissed off because of Shun," he thought.

"Eiiiingggg!"

"Everyone, gather in one place. guildmaster Gojou have something to say." A loud voice spoked from a megaphone. "Guildmaster Gojou, please come here in front. We're about to discuss our change of plans."

"Am I supposed to start another boring speech?" Gojou jokingly replied as he walks to the front to start a discussion.

"I didn't manage to accomplish my daily tasks yesterday. What's up with this place anyway? I been here for 24 hours and I didn't encounter any boss." He carefully looked around him to check for monsters lurking behind the darkness.

"Since this is the deepest side of the mountain, it takes time for sunlight to reach this far." Shun mumbles. "Maybe I should go hunting after I finish eating. Might as well check my progress."

"I need to fight a boss in order to level up quickly. I already fought two types of monsters so far." He thought as he stands up and started wandering around the mountain forest. "I smell terrible, I'm soaked with blood."

"Wait, I have a teleportation crystal with me. Can I use it to leave this place?" Shun wondered, opening his inventory to grab one of the said crystal.

"That sucks, I wonder what's happening outside. Maybe they somehow managed to finish the raid without me." Shun whimpered. "They have some overpowered guys with them like Gojou and Ao."

Shun reached the rocky part of the mountain. "Ugh, I better find the boss soon." Not too far away he spotted water coming from the rocky area. He assumed that the water came from a river.

"Ohh, I'm thirsty... just in time."

He ran to take a look and to drink some fresh water from it. Shun's assumption was right, it is a river with fresh water flowing down the mountain.

"Slrrrppppp.."

The sounds he makes while drinking the water in his palm is like the sound of someone hungrily slurping a bowl of ramen.

Shun sarted coughing after seeing the warning screen in front of him. He quickly gets up and takes out his weapon from his inventory. "What kind of–"

"booOOMM!"

A deafening sound echoed across his ears and water splashed, blurring his vision as he witnessed something landed into the water in front of him.

"What the hell–"

The monsters identity was revealed in front of him as he blinked his eyes and saw a giant brown bear standing in front of him.

"Ruuuaaaaaaaahhhhhh!"

The giant horrifying monster let go a growl that echoed across the whole forest. Shun is startled for a second but he managed to remain calm.

"First a wolf, second a boar, and now a falling bear. What the hell?" Shun chuckled. "But you have my gratitude for removing the blood stains from my body by splashing water at me. Let me formally thank you by taking your life." Shun gives a furious grin at the giant beast.

"You're not what I'm expecting but,not bad!" Shun sighed and smiled. "So that growl just now, it's a request backup growl?!" He looked around him and saw a couple of bears not as big as the boss in front of him. "Cowards always hide in groups!"

The bear leader let go another disturbing growl to order his comrades to attack.

Shun swiftly rushed at them and single handedly swinged his dagger at them one by one at a time.

"Dark Cloaked: Crescent Slash!" Shun directly aimed his diagonal swing to the giant boss, expecting for a hit. But one of the normal bears gets in the way and blocked the attack, as a result the black energy wave didn't even reach the boss.

"Crap!" To his surprise he lets his guard down that causes one of the bears to sneak behind him and crushed him with all it's weight.

The other bears joined the fight by stomping at him. The bear leader quickly rushed to join the battle, expecting that Shun is already weakened by his comrades. But to their surprise, Shun easily manages to lift an average sized bear.

"You're heavy," Shun with all his physical strength, throws the bear to their leader and raise his dagger. "You're comrades won't save you this time."

"Dark Cloaked: Crescent Slash!" Shun swinging his blade horizontally in front of him that wiped out all the bears with a black wave that covers 140 degrees in front of him. All of the normal bears has been wiped out by the attack.
