"What's his name again?...ohh, Touma Lee, he's dead!" Shun widened his eyes and evil smiled at Ryouma.
"What did you just... said?!" Ryouma's words was filled with anger. His eyes was burning with bloodlust.
"He's pissed off," Shun thought. "Get out of here, everyone!" Shun shouted at the people on the stage. "This will be a one hell of a fight,"
[WARNING]
[INTENSE KILLING INTENT DETECTED]
The people in the stage didn't listen, they gathered around and keep watching them. "A fight between a guildmaster and a kid, interesting."
"Cancel summon!" Ryouma cancelled summon his spear. "Fighting against a faster opponent with a spear is a bad idea." Ryouma raised his arm and chants, "Curse release!"
CURSED ARM: BAKUTO!
Ryouma's whole right arm turned into a molten rock filled with burning flames. "Hahahaha," he laughed.
"He's out his mind, is he planning to kill him." One of the audience spoked, he appears to be one of Ryouma's guild members. "Guildmaster Ryouma's right arm is as strong as a battle tank, if that kid takes one hit, he's dead."
"Oii, Oii, somebody stop him!" Rai glared at Ryouma's guild members. "Yuya," he turned his head to Yuya's direction.
"Calm down, I want to see this one." Ryuga smiled, stopping Yuya and Rai from interrupting.
Shun opened his hands, attempting to create a weapon using weapon alchemy. But he failed to summon any weapon and instead, a virtual screen popped up in front of him blocking his view.
[WARNING]
SKILL INVALID...
For some reasons Shun can't use his alchemy skills. "Wha–" Shun widened his eyes, watching Ryouma jumped right at him.
"Smash!" Ryouma chanted before intentionally slamming his fist into the stage, causing it to collapse.
"booOOMM!"
"Crack!"
A large explosion echoed inside the room, causing everyone to panic. Meanwhile, Shun quickly got up from the collapsed platform. Only him and Ryouma are in the platform, Gojou and his guild mates are no longer around.

"What the problem? Did I caught you off guard?" Ryouma grinned.
"That's a dirty trick," Shun wiped some remaining dust in his clothes. " I guess brothers really are the same." Shun annoyingly stared at him. "Summon Abyssal Dagger, from inventory," He chanted before pulling something out of nowhere.
[NOTICE]
ABYSSAL DAGGER HAS BEEN SUMMONED FRON INVENTORY
"I guess this is the only weapon I have," Shun holds his weapon tightly, before swiftly charging towards Ryouma in thrusting motion.
"Baaaang!"
"Whoooooshhhh!"
"Shiiiiiinggg!"
Sound of explosion and blade clashing against a hard rock can be heard inside the room. The people inside the room started panicking, screams can be heard.
Shun grinned, "I'm going even faster,"
"What the... he's going even faster!" Ryouma was surprised on Shun's speed.
Shun is trying to acquire enough momentum to defeat Ryouma in one hit. He keeps on moving around at a higher speed.
"I almost can't see him, but it doesn't matter I'll just blow this whole place." Ryouma raised his arm, preparing to lunch another blow into the ground. If he managed to land that attack, all players inside that room will be killed by the shockwave.
[NOTICE]
SKILL "DARK CLOAK" IS ACTIVE
After gathering momentum, Shun swiftly rushed at Ryouma with all his might to stop him from slamming the ground.
"That's enough!" A man appeared in between them, when he was about to slash Ryouma's neck.
"My body... I can't move," Shun eyes widened in surprise. "Is this you power, Gojou," Shun stared at the man in front of him, Gojou Yukimura.
When Shun angled his glance at Ryouma, he saw him knocked out on his knees. "What's going on?" Shun's body tried resisting, but his body won't move even a finger.
"Calm down, Futaro Shun!" Gojou spoked before releasing his technique that keeps Shun restrained.
"I didn't see him move, how did he..." Shun stood on the ground and tried moving his fingers. "I can move now, but what was that?" He glared at Gojou.

"Take him to the other room, keep him restrained. Call me when he wakes up," Gojou ordered two of his guild members to carry Ryouma.
"You don't have to do all of that, just to protect me." Ao removed his green hoodie, revealing his face, a high schooler probably older than Shun . "I have strong healing abilities, y'know. I don't need protection, but thank you!" He thanked Shun for saving him.
Shun looked around him and saw few peoples standing in the ruined room. "Did they–" Shun was about to spoke.
"Shun, are you okay?!" An approaching voice interrupted his thoughts.
Shun turned his head towards the person, it was Yuya , and Rai was running behind him.
"Yuya, where have you been all this time? You didn't even tried helping me," Shun angrily spoked at Yuya. "I'm just fine though." He smiled.
"This kid... he's equally as strong as Ryouma." Gojou thought, angling his gaze at Shun without turning his head. "I wonder, what level he is right now?"
"Ao-san, we need something from you," Rai suddenly spoked in loud voice. "Or should I say, we want to ask a favor from you."
"Eh, what?" Ao gently replied, looking at Rai.
"We came here just for you, we need your power to heal one of our friend." Yuya explained. "She was currently in bad condition, we don't know when she'll wake up."
"I see, what's making her condition worse?" Ao suddenly question that made Yuya and Rai looked at each other.
"Infinate mana loss because of a soul crack." Yuya bluntly answered, avoiding eye contact.
Meanwhile, Shun was still wondering about losing his weapon alchemy skill. "What the hell is wrong with me?" Shun keeps on asking himself as he stares at his right hand. He also noticed some black smoke coming out of his fingertips.
"Oii, Shun we' need to go!" Yuya shouted and started walking away near the exit.
"Shun-kun, can I speak with you for a moment." Gojou suddenly approached Shun from behind. He startled him in the moment.
Shun faced him and said, "What? I'm sorry sir but I have to go, my guildmates needs me." Shun sincerely apologized bowing his head.
"No you don't have to apologize, I'm not asking you to stay here so that we can talk. We can talk after reaching the hospital." Gojou smirked before walking together with Shun to the exit.
"You mean you coming with us at the moment?" Shun gives a confused look. "I thought your were busy preparing for the upcoming raid?"
"I mean, Yeah. Ao was our best support wizard, I can't let that guy walk alone and besides, one of our guild member is also confined in that hospital." Gojou suddenly frowned after his reply.
"A guild member?" Shun murmured.
"Yeah, She was one of the strongest in our guild. Apparently, she got injured during our raid in Harajuku station in unknown reasons.
"I see, that must be tough," Shun hung his head, a moment of silence suddenly filled the air as they walked together to the train station. Staring at Yuya and the other guild members who's walking ahead of them.
"What do you want to talk about?" Shun broke the awkward silence.
Gojou suddenly stopped walking and said, "About Touma Lee," He looked at Shun in the eye, fixedly. With a serious expression on his face.

The Long and Exciting Life of Kreet the Kobold (Life 1)
This is a coming-of age story of a kobold, set in a rather generic D&D universe. It is adult in that it certainly touches upon some sexuality, but it is far, far from anything that might be considered porn. It is ultimately a tragedy, but so is life. That doesn't mean it has to end badly, just that it has to end.

Yin-Yang
Mages in North America seem to have it all – typically from well-off families, and able to manipulate their environment in ways most of the world would never believe. They don’t even have to bother with the mundane details of life like housework, thanks to their sensitives, who also make a useful source for extra magical energy. After all, sensitives have no use for it themselves, and if mages weren’t meant to make use of it, then the sensitives would obviously have some way to prevent that. That a mage can transform a sensitive physically, with no restrictions beyond overall mass and basic biological viability, whereas magic tends not to work directly on any other living thing, is only further proof. And look at the way they live on their own, barely a step above animals. It’s better for them to belong to a mage. Sensitives in North America live on the edge of society and survival – typically so paranoid they avoid hospitals and anything else that could lead to being tracked, many of them with little or no education and no legal identity or existence. Mages exist, and mages want sensitives for some reason, but no one ever comes back to explain what that reason is. Waiting every day for the hunters to notice them doesn’t lead to much motivation or hope for the future. And once they’re captured, they’re the property of someone with a terrifying amount of power over them. Anything is better than capture. Mages are born to be the masters, and sensitives are born victims. Or are they? Jax’s life is turned upside-down when he’s caught by the hunters and sold to a mage. Andreas is still mourning for his previous sensitive, though, unconsciously creating a difficult standard for Jax to live up to, all the more so while still struggling to come to terms with this new reality as Andreas’ sensitive. A runaway sensitive isn’t what Van expects at the mental health centre. Is this a hunter trap, set for him and the rest of the Donovan family by the hunters? The hunters would, after all, love to see them cross the line openly and finally do something they can be charged with. Either way, Miranda’s genuinely in trouble, and he can’t just abandon her to it. Snatching a sensitive out from under the hunters and hiding her is odd behaviour for a mage – but then, Catherine is an odd mage, living in disgrace in the old servants’ quarters of her grandmother’s house, responsible for cooking and housework. Lila owes Catherine her freedom; is there a way to help Catherine achieve her own, and at what price? Tension is building between traditionally-minded mages and those advocating change, and something has to break. *** Yin-Yang includes a small amount of profanity and no graphic sex or on-screen physical violence. However, sex and gender roles and relationships within the mage/sensitive subculture are non-traditional in mainstream North American terms. The key criterion in a primary relationship is not relative sex or gender, but the pairing of mage and sensitive; given the transformation of sensitives by their mages, physical sex is non-absolute for a sensitive, and gender identity can vary as in anyone else. *** *** The way mages treat sensitives is extremely varied and, in some cases is outright abusive. The struggle against that is pretty much the point of the book. It is NOT grimdark or misery-porn! However, if you will be triggered by this, please, don't read Yin-Yang! *** Complete stand-alone novel, 153K words! Also available on Scribble Hub and as a free ebook.
